I have used these products for years both personally and with patients. Response has been very positive. I had one problem with a patient and after several attempts to get the orthotic right the patient gave up and wanted their money back. This was explained to the reps at footlevelers and the patients money was returned to his satisfaction. It has been a win for both me and my patients
