It is vital in the complete correction of a patient s posture and spinal misalignment that they wear orthotics in all their shoes. I find adjustments hold better and correction occurs quickly and more permanently when a patient commits to wearing orthotics. What happens when you drive your car without an alignment and don t rotate the tires? The same thing happens to the joints in your body.
