Great hotel. Beautifully decorated. Quality rooms. Nice employees. Pillows were a bit fluffy but I'm picky with pillows. Will stay again!

A super clean hotel beautifully nestled along the lovely Fox River.

The floor was covered with rice when I entered my room for the first time and had to come to vacuum.

Amazing service in a beautiful location. Comfy beds and beautiful decor.

I think I was here for a wedding. The staff was very friendly and let me get as drunk as my body allowed.

The Premier Best Western Hotel in Oshkosh was a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, welcoming. I highly recommend it if you need a place to stay in Oshkosh.

Comfy, clean attractive room...quiet...nice-smelling, tidy hallways with newish carpeting, etc....pleasant lobby with multiple seating areas and hot drinks...convenient parking and ideal location very near our event at The Waters. Excellent value! Would certainly stay here again if in Osh Kosh.

I would highly recommend this hotel for wedding reception. The decor is beautiful. They are on time, organized, clean , friendly and the food was amazing. Amanda the coordinator was very personable , she made sure everything was running smoothly.

We had our wedding here. Miranda was super helpful and everything went flawlessly. Everything was beautiful from the rooms to the convention center bathrooms to the pool. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

We attended the Best Western for Breakfast with the Grinch. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Would definitely go back.

A++++++. This hotel is fantastic! Location couldn't be better. Great place to come back to after sightseeing. We had the opportunity to sit at the outdoor patio and watched the sunset then in the evening they lit the fireplaces, so wonderful! The pools is open late and everything was so clean an kept up! Can't say enough!

Great hotel, friendly staff... but two blocks from the fire or police station. If you can sleep through sirens you'll be fine.

Beds felt old, covered by a topper that was supposed to update them.

Hallways were freezing.

But breakfast and the staff (both at reception and restaurant) were amazing. The little touches in the bathrooms (make up remover wipes and q tips/cotton balls) were a great touch.

Views were the best in the city. Nice central location to downtown.

Had dinner and drinks at the outdoor seating area. It's located on the river front and has a nice view. Great service with friendly staff and great food.

Excellent quality and service. This is a very nice hotel and can serve as a romantic get away or a single overnight. Great views overlook either the River or the city. Generally quiet given the location.

Great facility, great location. Although very minor, sometimes the serving staff on the outdoor patio was a little slow in service.

Very clean environment there pool was kept up very well. Not to horrible of the chlorine smell. Only downfall was I didn't know about there $50 holding fee they put on your credit card when you first arrive and you have to wait a few days after you check out to get it back before it's in your account again. But we did get the money back since nothing was broken.

Great place. Our room faced the lake and river. My granddaughters and I loved watching the drawbridge come down for the trains. We used the pool twice which was great. A little surprised that we had to pay for the bottled water and breakfast wasn't furnished but all in all it was a pleasure. We will come again as long as we get a room with that view.

The hotel and reception area was clean and very well attended. The negative was that the the bride and the groom pd for tap beer to a certain time and the stalled at tapping another keg so attending guest would have to purchase drinks.

We had a great stay at the Premier Waterfront in Oshkosh. My daughter got married at the venue that was just down the river walk. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying there again!! We stayed there a few years ago for my daughters college graduation and it was a great time then also.

This hotel was great!!! Everyone on staff at the lounge, restaurant and hotel were fantastic!!!! I highly recommend this hotel in Oshkosh, Wisconsin....

Great Hotel. Well beyond my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the parking was convenient.

CON: The food at the restaurant was OK, not worth the price though. Cold beer at the bar was good.

We have been to the Ground Round before, but the service tonight was amazing. And the food is usually awesome and tomight was no exception. Good to see Aaron working hard.

The rooms where great But way too much chlorine in the pool and sadly no continental breakfast

We did not stay there but only was there to take pictures and the lobby is a nice place to do that. It has nice lighting and several nice places for photos.

One of nicest Best Western's I've ever stayed at. Very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Service was a little slow in the bar and restaurant, but it was very busy. Nice outdoor patio area overlooking the water. Overall, great experience.

It was great seating outside was amazing with fire places all over, also he tiki bar was fantastic will definitely be going back. Service was a little slow but drink specials made up for it

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!
I feel bad for the front desk workers, I went to check in, voiced the price on THEIR exact website was $30 cheaper for the exact room, front desk worker asked the guy manager on duty to come over and possibly help with the price adjustment, he was extremely rude and degrading, he said if I wanted the cheaper rate, I d have to cancel my current reservation and make a new one.... BUT I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR THE 1st RESERVATION BECAUSE IT WASNT WITHIN HE 24 HOUR CANCELLTION POLICY... So pay $120 for a room I would be canceling and then ONTOP OF THAT pay $89 for the new room rate.... (which he said I wouldn t have a king room anymore if I did that because they were out of king rooms... MIND YOU, the room I had reserved was a KING ROOM... so how are they all filled???? and he shrugged his shoulders and said well it is what it is, if your unhappy with it, there are other hotels.
My heart was racing and I looked at the front desk lady and said I don t know how you work for that, you must have lots of patience!
She said that and practice dealing with difficult people I felt so bad for her, and said it s not her fault and I appreciate her help.

We have stayed here multiple times, and had a our wedding here. They are always amazing, I have no complaints!

Front desk was very friendly, & the room/suite was great! Very spacious & well arranged. Had a nice kitchenette, plus the room had a view overlooking the river. Very nice!

If I could give 3.8 I would. At the front desk at check out I needed to book another week. They were unsure if there was any rooms available. I had to call back, on the clock and on the job sight, to book the room.

The noise in between rooms and hallway was very loud. Maybe I an nit picking but would recommend this hotel to family, friends and coworkers. But very professional staff that goes out of there way to help.

Best hotel in Oshkosh by a long shot. Reasonably priced, clean rooms. The pool is open until 2am, and the bar downstairs is great. Awesome Bloody Mary's too.

Location is always a plus on the fox river! There isnt to much I can say due to the fact that I arrived in the parking garage and went to one of the dining halls was near the parking garage. I only was able to see a small fraction of the business. As far as I could see, the dining area and restrooms were clean and modern. I only issue I could mention is a small one but an issue just the same. While at the event, during dinner, the waitstaff brought out milk and tea to drink during dinner. My wife ,and a few people that I know of, requested different beverages because my wife, she was lactose intolerant and tea made her sick.we were informed that those were are only choices other than water. Yet at the next table the staff were serving other people different drinks.when my wife asked for a refill on the water, she was completely ignored. Some of the staff were actually rude. We didn't stay much longer to notice much else.

Our group of five had drinks and dinner at the Ground Round. It was BOGO burger night (Tuesday). Food was excellent. There are a wide variety of themed burgers to choose from. Service was top notch. To round out a fantastic eating experience we ate along side the river on their beautiful, outdoor dining area.

Restaurant was nothing but grease, the servers did not come back to check on us, parents were bringing beer bottles in the pool, the General coffee area was full of spilled creamer and sugar, and the beds were like sleeping on rocks. For the amount of money I paid for the weekend... ummm rather go to a super 8!

Clean, comfortable room. Beds were the right blend of firmness vs. softness.

Wonderful place to hold you wedding reception or any other party. Rooms are very clean. The staff was very accommodating.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the wonderful whirlpool and fireplace suite. The view was beautiful too. It was a relaxing winter get away for us in Oshkosh. My husband enjoyed the nearby EAA Museum and I shopped at the outlet mall.

Had a room with ill-fitting furniture, and artwork hanging precariously off the walls. Everything looks new and clean though, just an ill-planned room design.

A very good experience this year, unlike several years ago. This seems like a very nice "convention" hotel. Too bad there is no free breakfast, and I don't think the hotel restaurant was open for breakfast either (Sun. morning).

I would definitely return, although the rate is at the top end of my budget zone.

We arrived early and check in was great, bit of a journey to park the car and navigate to our room. The room was clean, nicely decorated and the view was scenic, overlooking the river. It was a great weekend, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, staff and cleanliness! We will go back!
