HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!
I feel bad for the front desk workers, I went to check in, voiced the price on THEIR exact website was $30 cheaper for the exact room, front desk worker asked the guy manager on duty to come over and possibly help with the price adjustment, he was extremely rude and degrading, he said if I wanted the cheaper rate, I d have to cancel my current reservation and make a new one.... BUT I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR THE 1st RESERVATION BECAUSE IT WASNT WITHIN HE 24 HOUR CANCELLTION POLICY... So pay $120 for a room I would be canceling and then ONTOP OF THAT pay $89 for the new room rate.... (which he said I wouldn t have a king room anymore if I did that because they were out of king rooms... MIND YOU, the room I had reserved was a KING ROOM... so how are they all filled???? and he shrugged his shoulders and said well it is what it is, if your unhappy with it, there are other hotels.
My heart was racing and I looked at the front desk lady and said I don t know how you work for that, you must have lots of patience!
She said that and practice dealing with difficult people I felt so bad for her, and said it s not her fault and I appreciate her help.
