Definitely the place to stay when visiting Oshkosh. Clean, well maintained, decent prices, and all the facilities you'd want with an on-site restaurant, fitness center and pool. What is particularly special is the location. Directly on the water with a long enjoyable riverwalk, and a quick easy walk to the downtown shopping restaurants and pubs. All of the waterfront rooms have great views, and the higher floors beg for you to spend lots of time staring out over the water and lighted bridges.

Hotel was nice. But the down side was the pillows. They are the size of throw pillows for the couch..

Great location in downtown Oshkosh overlooking the lake. Very nice room. Service was polite & helpful.

Our event was awesome. However when we ate at the restaurant, service was slow, my food was overcooked, I never got my toast (apparently the toaster broken but I was never told), and my drink was wrong.

Very nice hotel and staff. Our room was not cleaned the second day of our stay which warranted the mediocre rating.

Awful parking. Rude staff in convention hall and restaurant. High price. Bright star was the nice person that checked me in.

Great hotel at a bargain price. Immaculately clean rooms, fine views of the Fox River, fine front desk staff. What's not to like?

A+++ Extremely well run hotel with an excellent downtown location on the water. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel when travelling to the downtown Oshkosh area... you won't be disappointed!

The Oshkosh Best Western is a beautiful facility, well-maintained and recently refurbished. The room I stayed in (king bed) was spacious, nicely decorated, and impeccably clean. Plenty of seating and a table for writing.

Spacious bathroom with a well-lit shower, lots of drawer space and hangers in the closet for clothing. All of the table lamps had outlets for plugging in mobile devices.

The coffee service (by the cup), microwave, and mini-fridge made it a home away from home. I'm pretty fussy about the hotels I stay in and even though I didn't choose this one (here for a conference), I'm so glad our group stayed at Best Western Waterfront in Oshkosh.

My only complaint is that a high-quality hotel such as this needs to upgrade the restaurant they have on-site. The Ground Round served rather mediocre meals (dinner and two breakfasts for me).

The location is right on the river. The front desk staff was very friendly when we arrived. The rooms look great and the beds are very comfortable.

We used the hotel for our wedding back in January and it was perfect! We stayed in an executive suite the Friday before the wedding and again Saturday night. The room was clean and welcoming and I had enough room for me plus my 12 ladies getting ready, 2 hair stylists and 1 makeup artist to get ready Saturday morning! I heard nothing but great things about other rooms rented by our guests (the hotel had set up a room block with a discounted rate for us!) and the Ground Round bar downstairs was a HUGE hit for our friends and family.

We also used their catering services for our hors d'oeuvre reception style wedding. Miranda was great to work with! One of our biggest concerns was the set up time; we used our venue for our ceremony as well so it gave very little time to "flip" the space for dinner but Miranda really eased my mind by working with the venue team to create a plan and get back to me! The flip was flawless, in the end I didn't even notice; it was so quick! Tina was our supervisor throughout the night and she was very attentive and kind! Unfortunately my husband and I were too anxious to eat but I heard nothing but great things about the food. Thank you again to chef Matt for the special sushi and crab rangoons!

Nice hotel on the river. Close to restaurants. Outside waterfront bar. Pleasant staff. Clean comfortable.

Attended a wedding at this facility. It was great for a smaller venue. The staff was very efficient.

The Best Western Premier Waterfront Hotel is a lovely hotel with a great location. The lobby is clean and well decorated. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. This this hotels conveniently located next to the convention center. I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Oshkosh Area.

Really nice hotel. Rooms had great bathrooms and the bed was comfortable. The bartender at the restaurant was fun and nice. Overall a great experience.

The reception hall was nice and the wait staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Room was clean and modern in design. Shower pressure was poor but the overall bathroom was really nice. The pool is advertised as "heated" but the water was really cold. There was no complimentary breakfast but there was coffee, tea, and water in the lobby. Overall, a nice hotel (and pet friendly!)

Hotel is fine. Love the access to the convention center. Don't eat at the restaurant unless you have unlimited time to spend waiting.

Dinner and drinks on the waterfront. Food and drinks were very good, outside dinning beautiful.

Went here to attend a wedding, very easy to locate and lots of parking. The rooms were super nice and provided some extra things in their rooms, like makeup remover. Pool and hot tub here, open til 2AM for adults. Overall a pretty awesome place to have a wedding, or just a nice stay in general.

This is a very nice facility - comfortable, quiet, convenient parking, nice view from window. We did have an issue with the shower /tub. The shower took some adjusting to work properly and the tub drained slowly. However, I would recommend this Best Western Premier to anyone.

I attend weekly meetings for the Oshkosh Rotary at the Best Western. I have always felt that I am treated very well by guest services despite the fact that I have never stayed over night. They are awesome!

Went to have breakfast with a friend staying there. Hotel is beautiful restaurant was just ok. Food was mediocre and service was a bit slow.

This was a great place and beautiful location. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. Clean and well decorated rooms, great service and good meals. Wish I had a picture, look it up.
* Warning* Recently I contacted the hotel in search of information about the room charges. The hotel was polite and very helpful to direct me to the manager at Ground Rounds Bar and Grill. After explaining my concerns she looked into them and called me back. I was only concerned about 1 of many transactions. I explained to her that I never charge to my room, I always use my credit card. After clearing up my confusion about the bill she started in on me stating that she viewed all the charges and that my signature was on every bill. So beware of this situation if you charge services to your room number. The computer system must be flawed. I was in my room most of the night. It was my boyfriend that was signing his own name to my room yet no one ever questioned him nor confirmed that he was a guest. Only my name was on the room. Once he realized that I was looking into it he was able to account for 3 of the charges. I don't like being lied to yet it wasn't worth my time. Because of the conflict with the restaurant, I won't return.

Let us do a late check on after green bay game. Very nice room. Close parking.

This hotel is beautifully located on the Fox River! Great view! I really enjoyed the fitness center and the spacious rooms! The hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly. I will be back!

We spent 1 night here for a wedding. The location, the room, the food and service were all perfect. I would highly recommend.

I had a great view from the third floor, easy check-in and out.

Absolutely worst service I ve ever experienced. Their lack of regard for doing the bare minimum for their quest is infuriating. We rented a conference room and was shoved in the back and forgotten about. I would do achmeds one stop no tell hotel before I do this place.

Great hotel. Needed for one night for my kids and grandkids for local wedding. Adults enjoyed the hotel amenities and grandkids had a great time away from wedding activities.

Everything was clean, modern, and convenient and the view was absolutely beautiful. The staff was stellar, from a pleasant late reception from Emily to several pleasant convos with cleaning staff, everyone was genuinely pleasant.

The only "negative" thing I would say is not all the table top lamps have the data ports that are advertised in the binder but the wifi is actually faster than my hardlined net at home so again, no complaints other than no hardline hookups available.

All in all I'll be staying here again and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Great hotel on the river in Oshkosh. Despite the dated look on the outside of the building, rooms were well decorated and laid out with modern fixtures and amenities. Rooms seem pretty comfortable and spacious, and everything was clean. Hotel staff was friendly enough. Hotel offers guest laundry, parking in a structure and an on-site indoor pool among other things. No breakfast, but attached restaurant offers discounts for breakfast with coupons included in our stay. Location on the Riverwalk and next to the convention center was great, and some good views were available.

Nice, clean hotel with great facilities. They don't clean your room daily due to COVID, so you may need to ask for things like towels, cups, etc.

We loved staying at this hotel. The bar is nice, clean and very Wisconsin-esq. I crave Spotted Cow, but they only sell it in WI so it's a great place to grab a beer. We arrived late, but check-in was fairly easy. Our only complaints would be the parking garage clearance. And the fact that we booked for a room with water view, but did not get this view.

Excellent, mid priced hotel. Clean rooms, ground round restaurant served good food at reasonable prices. Would go back again the next time I'm in town.

Great room, friendly staff, couldn't have been a better stay. I especially liked the fact that I could walk to many places located right downtown. There were restaurants, basic necessity stores...and a CHOCOLATE STORE. What more could I ask.

Would be 5 stars but a sock was found under the ottoman in the morning! But, we would and will stay here again. Wonderful service and location.

Great staff, room, lounge area, pool was awesome. The location was wonderful and quiet. If you like a beautiful lake view this is the place. I recommend the food at restaurant. If I return to oshkosh. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

This establishment is always a very good place to stay. It is clean, comfortable, the staff is friendly and courteous. If there has been any difficulties there is some problems with staffing in the restaurant when it gets busy but that is not the hotel's problem. That is the Ground Round's problem.

This hotel, with its free shuttle to The Waters, was an exemplary experience for us. We only spent one night at BW, but everything about our stay was stellar. Before we left to head back to the Chicago area, we met with friends for a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel. We enjoyed our experience so much that we shared it with our son, who recently proposed to his girlfriend: they are looking for a future reception venue.

Quick check-in. Room had great view and spacious. Awesome food at Ground Round.

The room was great. I stayed on both the 5th and 8th floor. Both rooms had great views of the river. I had to change rooms because my husband was there for two different events and the hotel was super accommodating considering checkout was at 11 and check-in was at 3. We didn't have to wait at all for our room. It was great.

What an absolute joke of a hotel staff. The hotel is nice enough, but the staff here is utterly moronic. Went here for a wedding, having a good time in one of the several rooms we had booked. We were being a little loud and it was 3 a.m. after the Saturday night wedding, so after being warned (and threatened with a call to the police), we quieted down. Lo and behold the police were called anyway and we were thrown out of our room at, again, 3 a.m. None of us lived anywhere near this place, so we were forced to take $200 cab rides back home. Not sure if it's a private security firm this hotel uses or if the security guy was employed by the Best Western, but him and the incompetent night staff were incredibly quick to call the police and throw us out over a noise complaint. The Oshkosh police department didn't fare much better in the customer service department, but they were acting on behalf of this hotel, which they reminded us was a private property and basically doesn't need a reason to kick anyone out. Spent $400 on rooms that we were able to enjoy for a good 30 minutes, and they are adamant about not refunding that money. Absolutely ridiculous that these people have jobs that require them to talk to other humans. If you're considering staying here, make sure to keep your voices to a low whisper, lest any of these neanderthals hear you and completely overreact.

Been here many times. Very nice hotel and will continue to keep coming back
