Was a good environment for the conference I attended.

great accommodations, and wonderful return of forgotten stuff service

Great clean rooms, they were having elevator issues that was a little inconvenient especially when it was busy due to the conference I was there to attend

Here photographing a wedding and loved the area. The view was simply amazing from our particular room and the room itself was great. It was very nice being right next to the downtown area so we could go right outside for a walk. The area around the hotel was wonderful for taking the wedding photos and the hotel staff was very cooperative with helping out for things the wedding party needed. I would recommend this hotel to others for their weddings as well as to just be a guest and enjoy.

Rooms were nice and spacious. I felt the water tasted weird possibly due from being located right on the lake. Restaurant food was decent but the service was not great, along with false price advertising

What a great stay! The location was beautiful (on the water) and the staff was happy to help! They have a restaurant called the round, conveniently attached to the property. It's also walking distance from a great restaurant/bar called beketts! I'll be back for sure.

Food was good. The waiters washed there hands which is nice to see.

Power was not on when we arrived at 5 p.m. Couldn t check in and freshen up to go out to dinner. Has no free breakfast. No rewards member gifts. Water, soda, or snack like other Best Westerns we have stayed. Finally check in at 8 p.m. No compensation offered for the inconvenience. I know the power outage was not their fault but no offers of any compensation to a rewards member? Come on people!

Overall nice place. I only gave it three stars because the room was a lot smaller than the picture on the website looked. Also it said river view room and we could barely even see it. We could only really see the convention center and the roof of the restaurant. Also, there is not a free breakfast. They have pictures of old Oshkosh decorating the hallways, and I liked that. Price was about right, however they charge 50 dollars per night for incidentals in addition to the room rate and fee's.

Hot tub was not very warm , was given a handicapped room when not needed or asked for , my husband ended up stepping on a chunck of glass in our bathroom when we first got there an our microwave was nasty with food stuck in side brought our family there for our daughters birthday VERY disappointing !!!

Friendly staff. Has a pool. The restaurant inside didn't have a great breakfast

The hotel staff was very courteous and very efficient. The room was very nice and had a lovely view over the river. The lobby was clean and inviting. Very nice hotel.

We celebrated a college reunion and the venue was excellent. Having the hotel and convention center connected by a covered bridge over the highway made the venue convenient. Although the wedding next to us was quite loud we were just able to hear ourselves talk. The bar at the Ground Round was a nice place to finish the evening watching a sporting event.

Perfect location, a great view of the river, professional staff, good food, clean and modern rooms. They had a kiddy pool. We would stay here again.

A bar / restaurant is inside the hotel with TV screen that shows sports channels.

I have been happy with this establishment on several occasions but was not pleased to find it closed the outdoor seating before Waterfest concert concluded. That didn t make sense to me and was a huge bummer because the weather was still nice and we would have lingered after the music.

Went to eat at Ground Round the restaurant that is part of the hotel, the meal was good, and service was friendly.

I am originally from Oshkosh, and frequently return for family visits, some times business and also for pleasure. I have never had a bad experience with this property. Always top notch. Easy check ins, easy parking, great rooms all the amenities one would need. Great staff from the front desk to housekeeping. This past weekend, I was there for three nights, 8/22-8/25, I had my 50th class reunion, and besides that , the hotel was hosting 2 weddings. The place worked like a well oiled machine. They no what they are doing. Will be back late September for another event.

The staff is friendly and is able to answer your questions about the area. The hotel and the rooms are clean. I can't think of one thing to complain about this hotel.

I was attending a local wedding in the area. The hotel was in a great location and my room overlooked the river. Housekeeping was awesome going above and to make sure we had everything we needed.

Stayed for 1 night in August 2018 while passing through town. Located right on the river and walking distance to a bunch of cool shops. Easy parking situation, too. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Self-serve laundry on each floor if you're like me and packed like an idiot. Definitely recommend stopping here if you're gonna spend some time in Oshkosh!

I am a Bonvoy Titanium For Life member of their rewards program, and a Hilton Diamond member. I spend 100 nights or more in hotels around the world. This property is my absolute all time favorite, it's a beautiful property in a great location, with a staff that is second to none, and that includes staffs at Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton's! The staff at the Best Western Waterfront, REALLY makes you feel like a welcome guest, and when I say "the staff' I mean the entire staff not just the front desk staff.

The bed was hard as a rock so I barely slept at all, or room wasn't ready at 3pm which is check in time and the pool was I've cold! We stayed there 6 months ago and had no issues but this time was not a good experience

Clean rooms and everything as you'd expect but that was one of the worst nights sleep I've had in awhile, king suite mattress was miserable!

The rooms were beautifully outfitted. Lighting was subpar in the bathroom. A surprise feature included a mounted, lighted make-up mirror furnished near the bathroom counter. Water bottles were provided with a $2.00 charge if used. I did not utilize the pool or onsite restaurant. The Best Western is nearly the only accommodations in Oshkosh worth staying at if you are looking to be close to downtown Main Street.

Went for a conference. Nice rooms and a decent fitness center. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view and within walking distance of many places to eat, drink, and shop. Right by a nice walking trail as well.

Was a very clean room and was perfect for our overnight stay.

Hotel staff is extremely friendly, courteous and always makes our group feel welcome and appreciated we are staying at their hotel. Great location on the water. Would recommend this hotel if you ever visit Oshkosh.

Stayed on the 3rd floor for one night only. Very quiet. Found out during check out that there was some ridiculous $3.00 charge. All charges should be advertised no matter how insignificant in price.

Great friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and look like they were recently updated. I would definitely stay here again.
