Had dinner by the river. Nice spot and the food was good.

Great stay in every way. Super location on the river. Friendly staff. Great bar and restaurant (Ground Round) on the river! Highly recommended!

It's the 4th of July. Trying to watch the fireworks and the desk guy just came out and told us to leave per his manager. I offered to pay a ridiculous $130 to book a room and he told us we still couldn't watch the fireworks from the property.

Everything was fantastic.
Room was perfect-size, amenities, clean, comfortable.
Food was fantastic and service our awesome

Excellent hotel. Great setting on the water. Compares to any hotel chain with very nice, modern and clean rooms. My wife and I were very impressed and if again in Oshkosh would stay at this hotel again without checking prices elsewhere.

The rooms are very nice with extremely comfortable beds (the most comfortable that I have ever experienced). All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I would say that our stay was a little pricey, but absolutely worth it for the quality of experience we had. Should I come back to the area I hope to be able to stay here again.

Was a little leery to stay here due to marginal reviews. However the wedding was right at the attached Convention Center so we gave it a try anyway. Turned out to be a GREAT choice ! ! Hotel was very nice, clean, well appointed and right downtown on the river. All of the employees were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. They went over and above to make our 2 night stay enjoyable and comfortable. This will be my hotel of choice for all future trips to Oshkosh.

Room was nice. Attended a wedding in a large ballroom and had a great time.

Really we were at the Ground Round attached to the hotel on the Fox River in Oshkosh, but I also know the hotel is very nice and the Ground Round is my favorite on the water

Just a quick stay of one night, Emily was wonderful at check in, we had a couple questions that she answered with a smile on face, great customer service! Room was clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel not premier. Rooms a bit crowded with furniture. Comfy beds, plush towels, newer carpet, rooms poorly lit, nice view. The whole conference center, hotel, parking ramps just didn't flow well. A lot of up and down to get to where you need to go.Front desk very friendly.

Clean room, good facilities including a decent attached restaurant. The river view rooms have good views and the facility has a good fitness center inside.

I recently stayed at this Best Western Premier Waterfront Hotel. The room was very nice and the staff very friendly. The fitness room was good and the hot tub was great. The only thing that would have made my night better is having a USB port in my room. I forgot the plug portion of my charger and only had my cord so I was unable to charge my phone in my room. I had to plug into a USB port on the lobby computer to get a charge. AH

Not as clean in the public areas, especially the elevators as I would like. The amenities were cheap and skimpy.

Rooms were nice, but breakfast order was messed up a few times.

The room was beautiful! I loved it so much and room service was completely worth the high prices. However, there were multiple errors with my form of payment. I explained exactly how I wanted it done and it was messed up very bad which frustrated me a LOT! The room was amazing but not worth the financial headache.

The room it s self was nice. The bed was comfortable the room was clean. I would have liked to see a continental breakfast with the price that we paid for the room. The breakfast in the restaurant was OK not spectacular. We did like the half off margaritas and appetizers in the lounge at night.

Stayed here for a conference. Loved the skywalk to the Convention center and sunrise over the lake.

I attended a professional event at the hotel. Food was catered for lunch and dinner. The meeting space and the food were great.

Accidentally reserved for the same night instead of six weeks later. I immediately noticed the error and sent a request to correct the reservation. They refused. They recommended I cancel that reservation and reserve for the correct date, however it was 9:00 pm, and by the time I got that response I was already a no-show! Unfortunately, I still had to reserve at this hotel for a conference, but I never will from this point forward! Their customer care is extraordinary (insert sarcasm). I ll be sure to share my experience with everyone I know as well as conference attendees!! It would be negative stars, if it were an option!

I was just visiting a freind that had a room. From what I saw the rooms were very nice. It is in a beautiful location.

Food was good. I like their new menu options and will go back again.

Spent the night on a Saturday. Hotel very busy with wedding receptions. Even though, we had a good night sleep.

Great rooms, friendly service and nice overall hotel experience. No continental but there is a good restaurant on site. Always stay here and most likely always will as it is waterfront and we come by boat often.

Well going customer service and always nice clean location and enjoyable for fishing boating drink and eat I love it this location is my get away from IL every year if u ever want to go to a quite relaxing place here it is

The BW Premier Waterfront Hotel is situated in a great location. At the end of Main St., downtown Oshkosh and just as the edge of Lake Winnebago, it gives a spectacular view and the opportunity for good food and night life. The hotel is clean and modern with great amenities such as a great pool and great fitness center. While no breakfast is included, the hotel has provided a discount at the restaurant that is aytached, the Ground Round, which provides your standard selection of American cuisine.

I love staying here. I stayrd for a basket ball game for my high school and it was spitless and super clean.

Location was lovely, staff was very nice and friendly, had an enjoyable experience.

Nice place but i think it is interesting that the more you pay for a room, the less they offer. Like cheap hotels give you a free breakfast but this one doesn't.

We only stayed one night but I was impressed. Very very clean room, lots of pillows, up to date decor, love the bath products ( hair never felt softer and I'm a Cosmetologist ), great view, ample easy parking and laundry on the same floor. I have to say that I loved the blow dryer so much that I went out and bought one the next day. Next time I will use the pool cause the fact that they keep it open until 2:00am is fabulous. I checked every motel in the area and this was the best deal. Cheaper than some of the budget hotels in Oshkosh.

Good location, and it's pet friendly. Just make sure to call ahead and let them know you are bringing a pet. Only thing keeping me from a 5 star review is the beds were kind of hard, but that's a personal preference for me. I'd stay here again.

I stayed here for work and really enjoyed my stay. The views were nice, and I enjoyed being able to walk almost anywhere I wanted to go.

Having a wedding and staying in the same venue was a big plus for ease of setting up , practice, and enjoying the wedding and reception time! Many guests were able to stay here on the same floor, what I check was convient to visit and help each other! We used the refrigerators for snacks also!

Premier Waterfront Catering made and served dinner at our wedding reception, and we were absolutely impressed with their overall excellent service! The planning process couldn't have been more organized and simple; Miranda did such a wonderful job and it was a pleasure working with her! Every dish was well prepared and delicious, and their staff were very courteous, friendly, and professional.

All facilities were in stellar condition. Employees were friendly and helpful. The room was excellent. One improvement might be a channel guide for the free, in-room cable tv.

Nice hotel but staff were always cold and never friendly. They always seemed busy at the front desk and never cared that you were there.

Comfortable and quiet enough for the kids and grandkids. Highly recommend.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was great!! The staff were extremely nice, the rooms and bath were clean and everything was nicely organized. The staff was also incredibly helpful; there was a Valentine's day package that we didn't know about until we had already checked in, and when we asked, the staff did everything they could to help us. Even though we were unable to get the package deal, they were nice enough to give us vouchers for their connecting restaurant, Ground Round. They went above and beyond to make things right! Overall an excellent experience, I highly recommend staying here!

Great place for +1s (or more) at conferences. Husband had a work training at the conferencen center not long after we had a baby and we decided to extend the work trip to let us see his side of the family after the course was over. I called and asked the front desk if they could put us at the end of the room block for the training so the baby wouldn't disturb the other attendees during the night.

The hotel's group reservation guru (Christy?) put us in a suite with a soaker tub and great view of the river way at the end so the baby wouldn't disturb anyone and I didn't feel trapped in a tiny space during nap times. So thoughtful and nice to not have to trip over the stroller either. Plus it let the hubby work in the other room at night with all the lights on without waking the baby.

The bed was great, soaker tub was a bath lovers dream, and the shower was nice and large.

The staff had great recommendations for places within walking distance for me eat and enjoy the sights during the days my husband was at the training course.

Very satisfied with our visit.

It's a great place to get reservations for banquets and stuff. Their chicken is wonderful, waiters/waitresses are nice. It's fancy, they set up the tables super nicely and it looks wonderful.

Just left here from a long weekend. This place is highly recommended. The suite was one of the nicest I have ever been in.
