Come every year to vend for a conference and love it everytime! Beautiful view of the river from my room!

The hotel was great. The food at ground round was great but the service was terrible

We had dinner and drinks at the outside patio bar. Food and service were both great.

Very pleasant hotel to stay at. All items I needed were available. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and the staff was excellent.

Poor customer service. Would not reccomend this hotel to anyone.

We used the Waterfront Catering for our wedding and were very happy with everything- from customer service to the food! We thought they were reasonably priced....they had our security deposit back the following week of the wedding AND sent us a gift! Very well managed business. Would hire them again.

By not supporting the NRA and taking sides you just dissed MANY of your customers. Shame on you!

We stayed at the hotel for the WFCA All Star game. The room was nice and the staff was pleasant. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub while my wife and I were at the banquet in the conference center. We will stay again if we are in Oshkosh.

Nice room. Nice restuarant. Friendly staff that made you feel welcome. My second time staying here and the second stay was just as good as the first. I had to leave a review!

For the price you would expect a continental breakfast, but there is none. The extra hold they put on cards is excessive for what is available. Not quite what I expected. I would like to add that the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional.

What a wonderful experience we had with the Best Western Premier in Oshkosh for our daughter's wedding. Miranda was so accommodating and clearly explained everything in preparation for the wedding. The staff was so easy to work with the day of the wedding; I never had to ask twice or follow up on anything I requested, it just got done. Having the hotel connected to the venue was nice, no need to drive home after the fun night. I recommend one to check out the Best Western for their wedding needs, you won't be disappointed!!

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and typically it is a lovely place to lodge overnight. However, this time, the attendant at the desk was curt and uninterested in my business. She place me, along with my husband and twin boys, on a floor with a block of rooms. We were two rooms away from the elevator and had to deal with yelling and door slamming until 2:45 am.
Typically the front desk staff is extremely accommodating and interested in insuring a great stay. Unfortunately, this was just not a great experience all around.

My husband and I had our wedding there this past week. Miranda and her staff were fantastic to work with. They were so accommodating to not only me, but my guests as well. Food to decor everything was exactly how we imaged it to be. I would highly suggest this hotel and convention center to a friend.

Food was amazing. A bit pricey but totally worth it! Not to mention the view!!

Best Western Premier Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center was EXCELLENT in all ways. Highly recommend staying there!

Plenty of parking (open structure), the lobby, hallways, room were all clean, employees were nice. cool view of the ice (winter time 6th floor).
No reason to not give it 5-stars

The Oshkosh is one of the best Best Western Hotels I have stayed in stayed at in my travels. Best Western is always my first choice and when in Oshkosh this is the place to stay. The quality is exceptional and the price for the quality is very reasonable. It is close to downtown restaurants and coffee shops and the staff is outstanding. I will definitely stay here in my future visits to Oshkosh.

Always clean, comfortable with friendly and reliable service. Walking distance to restaurants and the enjoyable river walk.

We stayed in the hotel for a wedding down the water front. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. Sound proofing was great. We didn't hear other guests in the next room. Check in and out was easy. Parking was a breeze.

I attended a wedding reception at the Best Western. The staff was friendly, attentive to our needs, and the food was good. The bathrooms were nice and clean and the staff kept the drinks flowing. The Best Western is a great place for a wedding reception in Oshkosh.

Clean, beautifully appointed, wonderful staff, a wonderuful experience. I would recommend this hotel without any reservations.

Had a nice stay there while attending a convention. It is handily attached to the convention with an overpass. The room was clean and well decorated. The bed was very comfy. When I missed the banquet I was able to buy frozen lasagna at the front desk and cook it in my microwave. Minor complaint, was unable to easily reach the bed side lamp. The were plenty of outlets for charging.

Rooms are large and clean. Staff seems friends and amenities including the pool and fitness center are very nice.

I am constantly amazed by this hotel and it's exceptional staff. I have worked with them numerous times for numerous charity events and have never been let down! I would encourage anyone looking for a place to host their event to look no further then this hotel and convention center. The hotel is beautiful and always clean, the staff is amazing and easy to work with. Plus it's in downtown right on the riverwalk! When this hotel started its remodel a few years back, I don't think anyone could have predicted how great it was going to be! It is wonderful!

What a lovely place to stay! I was impressed. The room was so clean and felt very comfortable. I loved the restaurant right in the hotel and the outdoor seating. A wonderful stay!

Everything as expected. A little pricey for not having breakfast included.

I booked a room with two queen size beds they were not queen size beds they were doubles ... a few of staff was rude... and they put so much chlorine in the hot tub and the swimming pool you couldn't even get in it.... definitely not worth the price

Excellent value! This hotel has everything - great rooms and location, lovely lobby and riverfront patio and a nice pool. And the staff is wonderful!

Happy home, cost and level of service go have in hand. Rooms are big, view overlooking the water is also a good selling point with the kids. Breakfast was not too expensive, and their menu has lots to choose from

I recently stayed at the Best Western Premier Waterfront Hotel and Convention Center in OshKosh. Such a great hotel! To call it warm, inviting and cozy would be an understatement. I took some pictures but it certainly doesn t do it justice. They have a friendly staff and check in was a breeze. They have a small pool, but I don t really use the pool anyway so it doesn t bother me one way or the other. You walk into a grand entranceway seasonally decorated for the holidays. Big Christmas trees in front of these big picture windows it just sets a great tone. A nice lounge area with a fireplace greets you next. There is a computer center, and USA Today s by the elevator. The room itself fit all my requirements: clean, comfortable, spacious and inviting. Shower was nice and in addition to the normal shampoo, soap, lotion and mouthwash combo they also had a container with cotton balls and Q Tips which I thought was a nice touch. Plenty of towels, iron, refrigerator, microwave, the works. But the view! Maybe I got lucky that I was given a room that overlooked the water at sunset but Wow! Probaby one of the most amazing views I have had in my life, but definitely in my recent memory. Free parking, which is always appreciate and a great night sleep. Make sure you get a room overlooking the water! You won t regret it.

We stayed here for 1 night associated with Graduation at UW Oshkosh. Hotel was conveniently located to the university as well as other night life activities in Oshkosh. The facilities were top notch and the staff friendly and helpful. The Ground Round on-site bar & restautrant was convenient although a bit over priced compared to many of the other local establishments. Service was however good. We would definitely stay again given the reason for being there

Great place to hold a conference! The conference center has just been redecorated, the AV equipment has been updated, the food is good, and prices are reasonable. Extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient staff can be found at both the hotel and the convention center. I organize many workshops and conferences and the Best Western Waterfront Hotel and Convention Center is always my choice !

Great hotel experience with a scenic view of the river.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The lobby was clean too. Quality service at check-in/out. The hotel restaurant exceeded our expectations and the service was great there as well. The food was much better than expected. Should I have an overnight stay in Oshkosh, I will happily stay at the Best Western Premier.

I was very impressed. Clean, comfortable, interesting floor plan. It was great having free wifi!
Two things that weren't positive, although, not the hotels fault....I was on the 7th floor and the restaurant dumped glad bottles or something into the trash every ten minutes or so. This was after midnight and pretty startling. Maybe a talk by management to the restaurant would be in order. The other was the "maze" getting back and forth to parking. Seems like the ramp was filled by restaurant patrons and made it difficult to find parking by ten at night.
I realize this is the only way to handle parking....just found it a little unsettling at night.

Had great burgers and drank some ice cold refreshments. Sitting next to the river while enjoying my honey's company. Life doesn't get much better than that

It s a very nice hotel, clean with great amenities and tastefully decorated, but after getting home and checking my bank account I discovered I d been over charged $30 more than my receipt stated. I m still waiting to hear back on this issue.
