I attended a conference and the conference room was nice. There were about 250 people at the event. The room had two huge screens and it looked like all of the people could see the presentation. I parked in the hotel parking lot on the top level. No fee for parking and attending the convection.

The hotel was very clean and the appearance was very nice. The location was excellent.

Visited the restaurant for drinks and dinner. Patio bar is highly recommended. Like the fact that they have view of river, and games. Dinner was wonderful. Made our hamburgers they way we requested, and service was great.

The hotel itself is simply average. I found nothing remarkable about it, but it also wasn't bad. It was just average. However, it is very conveniently located to several places that are worth the visit (the dessert and cookie shop next door and the sushi place just up the street) so for the area, it's a good place to stay. Parking is also very easy.

They double booked us in someones room, but promply corrected it. The bar staff was rude, but i got my food quickly and it was delicious. Overall, a good experince at a clean hotel

Great place to stay when visiting Osh Kosh. Reasonably priced and great location. Staff, room, and amenities were all very nice.

The hotel itself was fine, though with the typical hotel pillows that I hate (too small, too soft - one is not enough, two is too thick).
The restaurant, which may be an independent business, had acceptable food but the service was not great- they acted like they had no idea there was a conference at the hotel, and weren't expecting a breakfast rush as soon as they opened.

I always enjoy my stays here. Our group has been here for the past 5 years for our annual conference and the staff is amazing. We always have what we need and if we need something different, they have it for us right away.

We were there for a wedding inside the convention center, the food was delicious and the wedding was amazing!

I booked the wrong day and Kristie at the front desk provided quick and easy help to rectify the situation. The room was pleasant and relaxing.

The hotel is average. It provides a place to sleep. Overall, a little pricey for the quality of the room. The setup with the parking structure was inconvenient if you had to go to level 3 (due to construction on the ground level) because you had to take one elevator, and then get on another one. The restaurant food was tasty in comparison to your average hotel restaurant.

The room was comfortable and clean and the location was perfect for walking to downtown shops and restaurants.
My company hosted a banquet here and the catering was very good and the facilities were lovely.
Overall I would definitely recommend staying here if you are travelling through Oshkosh or hosting here if you are looking for a venue in the area.

Definitely do not suggest this experience. You should never pay that much for a room and get that poor of service. Breakfast is not included. I suggest super 8 or even motel 6 and definitely Air B&B over best Western, staff is much more friendly and accommodating anywhere else. Again, Air bnb is truly your best bet

Rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and a good size. Pool and communal areas were clean and taken care of well. Staff were friendly in my couple of limited interactions with them. An above average 3-star hotel. My only complaint was that the in-room coffee only had one option and it was not to my liking(too dark). Overall it was a nice stay and I would recommend it to anyone coming to Oshkosh.

I would definitely recommend to friends and colleagues. The rate was very reasonable, and the setting was beautiful. Great restaurant located right on the premises and what appeared to be a nice pool and fitness room (did not take advantage of these amenities). Television did go out a couple times in the morning, but could have been weather related as there were some storms going through. Staff was very nice.

This is the second time I ve stayed at this facility for a conference. I enjoyed the convenience of the onsite restaurant and the food was great.

Both my husband and I got bit up by spiders. When mentioned to the front desk they just gaffed it off saying how they are next to a river.

I have reached out to the owner as requested but over a year later still no response. Referring to me as Mrs or Ms when I mentioned my husband while my name is clearly male just shows the kind of attitude that will insure that we do not stay at that hotel and second guess staying at any other Best Western in the future.

Very impressed with the rooms. Modern and up to date decor. Very comfortable beds, and best of all was the dark Starbucks coffee in the room. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is great for easy walking to stores and restaurants and it along the river so great views as well.

It was hot as hell. I waiting for 15 minutes for a client to buy me a room and ended up in the emergency room.

Clean hotel. Really nice girl at check in, only thing I can disagree with was I wasn't notified of the parking fee but that's okay it was only $3.00. Pool was open late which was a surprise and I was super happy! Will definitely stay again!!

Went to an event in the main conference area which was great. Was server great food by the staff they were quite friendly. Also stay the night. Use the pool and hot tub. Everything was clean and modern look.

Booked a king suite, was expecting a veiw of the river and the lake, more of a roof with exhust vents. Also, on the 2nd floor which is part of the walk way to the convention center and the hotel/Ground Round parking stucture. I felt that any one/anytime could have access to the 2nd floor rooms. Stay away from room 204 king suite

The rooms are nice but the guy at the front desk is pretty rude he wouldn t let my son and I check in without providing a different cc even though my wife had already checked in with one
When I told him that I stay here 4/5 times a yr the punk actually looked it up under my wife s name to see how many times we stay here and started to argue with me never mind the fact that maybe my business uses this hotel for different things
For what a room costs at this place it should be yes sir no sir can I carry your bags sir
Not to mention they require masks in the building and their were a couple guys just hanging out behind the desk without masks
If I have to wear one in this place the employees should have them on long before I show up

It took a good 5-7 minutes before our server got to our table. She never introduced herself. We ordered an appetizer. She brought our our app plates and one of them had what appeared to be cheese on it probably from the night before. I then unrolled my silverware and notice a long black hair in bed ed in the napkin. My boyfriend and I both have very blonde hair. We ended up not ordering a meal after our appetizer arrive and was greasy and tasted like it was clearly microwaved. When we went to sign our bill the pen had exploded, probably the night before again, and would not write at all. We then asked the hostess for a pen and she was rude and barely even acknowledged our existence.

The bloody Mary though was VERY tasty. But that was it! The rest was very very disappointing/ disgusting.

I'm sure their bar life is awesome.. but their food game was horrid.

They're extremely expensive some of the staff at the front desk is extremely rude & Google Maps does not give you proper directions it tries to send you to the convention center instead of Best Western

Very nice hotel with professional staff. Fitness center is small, but has the necessities.

Professional and fast check-in. Our stay was great. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. We used the pool and the hot tub. There were plenty of clean towels and the pool area was very clean. Would highly recommend.

The staff was great, and the room was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The room was much quieter than we anticipated which was great for a good night's sleep. Nice amenities in the fitness room as well.
