Checking in was a breeze. The room was more than comfortable enough for 4 people. Water pressure in the shower was perfect. They even had Starbuck's coffee in the room. We had a river view on the 4th floor overlooking the water which was very nice. Would definitely stay again!

This is by far the nicest Best Western I have ever stay at. The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Good value for the price. Convenient location-located close to downtown and the campus. Room had a waterfront view.

Absolutely wonderful. Amazing view from the window on the 6th floor. Nice little pool and hot tub. Very clean and spacious room. All around a nice stay.

The largest and most beautiful setting for a hotel in the area. Best location! Very clean and quiet luckily we were not there when the EAA air show(last 2 weeks of July every yr) is going on but there was a conference but we never could tell. 99% of the staff we met was very very nice. We would stay there again or recommend it!

DO NOT GO HERE! My daughter had a wedding at the property for what they said a good deal when I found out that other weddings booked block of rooms cheaper than us. My daughter spoke with the group manager to create the block and she had scammed us big time! We heard bad news about this hotel and the group manager Lori being rude from other family members but we wanted to give it a try because we love the waterfront view. Well we should have trusted our second thoughts and will be staying elsewhere. A manager treating a bride and scamming the family with a block of rooms after already stressing over wedding preparations is very unappreciative.

My daughter and I loved our stay there. The hotel was clean and beautiful, our room was nice, and there are really no bad views. The pool and hot tub were clean and had a great range of hours. Last, but not least, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be staying there again!

We at Ignite Hospitality Services would like to thank the staff and management for being so awesome to our client, touring comedian Dusty Slay, during his stay after a nearby performance! The check-in was a breeze (even after midnight!) and the room was perfect. They unfortunately didn't have much time to fully enjoy the amenities, however they got a great night's sleep and were able to take advantage of the indoor pool and exercise room before hitting the highway again. Lots of nice rooms, most with river views. Helpful staff. Near many excellent restaurants and bars in downtown Oshkosh.

This is a great hotel. Very nice rooms, great views, good restaurant, great bar, and a great staff. The only drawback is the clunky parking garage set up. It you have lots of bags, unload at the front to avoid steps. But that's a small ding for an overall great place.

I had the greatest experience with my stay and Staff. The Front Desk was very helpful and kind and made my check-in quick and easy. My room was very clean and the view was amazing!!!! I will be going back in the future.

The rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel provides easy access to the downtown area and a great view of the lake. I highly recommend.

Nice rooms, convention center served 1000+ people in half an hour with 7 buffet lines. Food was good, excellent service from waitstaff. Video screens helped to allow everyone to see the stage well.

Easy to work with for wedding planning. Miranda is a lot of fun to work with. Looking forward to our big day!

This hotel is so gorgeous! It was such a luxury to stay here. The beds are so comfortable, bathrooms were incredible and clean, staff was so friendly and provided us with items we forgot to bring like a tooth brush and tooth paste (whoops), located right in the river and right downtown this place is convenient and would be an awesome place to stay on vacation in Oshkosh.

Best Western Premier Waterfront Hotel and Convention Center provided us a clean, quiet and very comfortable stay. The staff were wonderful, friendly and checked us in quickly. The room was spacious with 2 Queen beds and we had a beautiful view of Fox River & Lake Winnebago! Best view I've ever had at any hotel! Close to many restaurants and a nice area to walk around while in town. There is plenty of parking in the garage and it fit our giant van, so that was a huge plus!

We came into town for a wedding. Our room had a beautiful view of the Fox River. It was quiet and very clean! We had a GREAT time! Oh, and my kids enjoyed the pool and game roon three times!!

Stayed here after our wedding reception at Beckets nearby. Didnt stay long, the room was very nice. Only hiccup encountered was an elevator was out and on the other one there seemed to be people joyriding it up and down.

Generally a very clean very pleasant experience any minor things I made the reception aware of but a very good place to stay indeed.

Great room, and very clean. Staff is friendly and the restaurant in the lobby is great. Got snowed in during my stay but didn't mind because I could get everything I need in one spot.

Very nice hotel, comfortable higher-end room, in a good location if you need to be in Osh Kosh, WI. The staff was very friendly and professional and really seemed to go out of their way to be helpful. I definitely will look forward to staying here again should my travels take me back to Osh Kosh.

This is a great place to have a wedding or just stay for the weekend. The food at ground round is amazing and the employees are so kind and caring.

I attended a conference here. The staff was friendly and the beverages were good. The seats weren't terrible. The conference rooms were clean and sound proof.

We visit this hotel every year for a banquet and they are usually very friendly and helpful. I love that the pool is open late and has adult only hours. The rooms are clean and spacious. My only complaints would be that Elevators to parking garage can be confusing and that if you make special requests at your reservation time they do not always honor that. I have asked for joined rooms twice now that I have not gotten plus when you request this you are stuck with certain bed sizes which we would have not done if the joined rooms were not important. So we ended up sacrificing bed space for a joined room and we didn't get it anyhow but still were left with the bed sizes we didn't want. Oh well we still had a good time just did not get good sleep.

Hotel breakfast is worth a try. I was impressed when our food came out. Staff were very attentive.

I've been staying at this hotel regularly for the last 1 and 1/2 years, I've always been impressed with the staff and come back because of how great they are.

In addition to staying here on business regularly, I've had my family join me a few times, and everyone loves the staff and this hotel as much as I do.

This is an excellent facility to host your gathering. The location is right on the water and the staff are courteous and attentive.

Everything about our stay was "top notch". From the towels to the coffee (Starbucks) in the room.

Very clean hotel. Pool had a good temperature. Food at the restaurant was great. I only wish they had a Continental breakfast. That's the only reason I marked it down.

We had such a great experience here! The hotel look, both inside and outside, was so elegant and classy! Also we asked for a river-view room for two nights, and when we arrived they upgraded us to a river-view SUITE at the same price of what we originally paid! We felt so treated, especially since this was for our 1 year anniversary getaway!! Thanks for making us feel special! Definitely would highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel at a fantastic location. Excellent staff and very comfortable rooms. Personally liked my rooms setup and the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner where perfect for our needs. Really enjoyed it.

I paid for 2 reservations for a wedding and had family emergency the next day of our stay. We had to cancel the second night but they were unable to accomodate our second night. Your group reservation manager Lori was very unpleasant. She is not someone I would want to approach or would reccomend. Please replace her. If you are going to lose revenue on someone who has family emergency then that should be a lose-lose situation rather than a win-lose situation. Why take my money when I had no control on emergency?

Very nice hotel and bed was comfortable. Hotel was very quiet, clean and overall decor is great. Parking garage is nice to keep the elements off the car. Staff was very helpful and nice. Pool area is very nice.

We are booking this hotel for our wedding night. We havent stayed there yet, but the customer service thus far has been excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful and very inviting.

We have stayed at BW a few times each year we have family there now we always enjoy our stay.

The location was great, right downtown. The rooms were spacious but could be a little cleaner. I found socks by the bed from the previous guest. The staff was very friendly though.

I really like this hotel it looks and feels like a 5 star,as soon as you walk in the lobby you are greeted by a friendly person at the check in counter.
The rooms are comfortable and cozy. they even leave mints on the pillow.
I enjoyed the spa area and the fact that the spa hours are awesome they kept the spa open until 2 am so after i come back from work late at night i can get in the spa before turning in for bed. The location of this hotel is perfect right across the street from the convention center which is convenient. i would come back and stay here.

We were here for a friend's wedding. Beautiful scenery, and good food. Not awesome food, but good.
