These guys just tried to steal my Hydra copywrite in the middle of a pandemic hoping I wouldn't notice. I hope this speaks for their character and and steers unsuspecting customers away from their dirty business practices

I ve been using their Qwik-Lok product for a couple years works GREAT. Just found out they re a local company, so stopped by the plant to pick up some parts unfortunately, they don t have a retail store there. However, they graciously interrupted their day to pick through the parts bins to get me what I needed. Great company, great people, great product!

Tim in the sales department helped me with some parts for my livewell and I do not have enough nice things to say about him. Just a great company with quality components and great service. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times.

Interesting reading the reviews from those who are former employees... I can't speak to that, but I can say that their battery watering system(s) work great in my RV. The products deliver, and do what they are supposed to do. As another reviewer noted, there is no retail store but there is an online store and availability on Amazon.
Purchased a 6' Remote Drain Plug to put on my Triton TR186. Attempted to mount in the splash well according to the instructions that came with it. After drilling the hole in the splash well I find out the control unit is too short to get all the way through the splash well. The splash wells on the Tritons are thicker than what comes on alot of the boats. After numerous calls to Tim at Flow-Rite trying to get a fix for the situation, still no fix. This has been about 2 months now and I have not heard a word from them. I was told they were on it and would have a fix shortly. I suggested that they post on bass boat sites that Triton owners should hold off until a fix is found and also put a bulletin out to the distributors with the same info. Haven't seen anything as of yet. Not a very professional way to run a company in my opinion. Guys with the Tritons, steer clear of this product and company for the time being. Product is definitely faulty and the company does't seem to care. I am sitting with a TR 186 with a nice actuator cover mounted that does nothing.
