Dr. Jeng found melanoma on my leg, and I have been a fan ever since. However, I had a mole on my lip and her partner removed it. She told me it may leave a "little" scar, but instead she left a concave, gaping hole. Not happy.

I echo the sentiments expressed by Jill Mathias. I am told to wait three months to get an appointment though I am established patient of ten years. Don't get me wrong, the doctors are very good and very courteous. But working with their front office staff is a nightmare. They don't want to put me in a list to call if there is any cancellation.

Dr. Jeng recommended removal of suspicious moles, time after time. It became apparent that she is making money off of procedures rather than using her expertise to treat me. Avoid this office.

Really bad experience here. I came in for a mole checkup and to renew a prescription. To start a doctor didn't even look at me, her PA did. She looked at me for all of 10 seconds before saying that I was young and would "be fine". Then she would not give me a prescription without extensive blood work, which I have never experienced at any other practice for this prescription. After doing all of the blood work they only gave me a three month prescription!!! They wanted me to come back after the three months for a check up. They are trying to milk you here and they do bad work. Would not recommend to anyone.

I made an appointment for a checkup and gave them medicare and Blue Cross info. They asked me to sign a financial sheet that looked like to me they could charge any arbitrary amount and I would have to pay it. I refused to sign and they would not accept me as a new patient.

So disappointed - I have been a long time patient and it takes over a month to get an appointment! And I am out of medication, they won't refill it, and I can't get an appointment for over a month. How does the patient win here? We're too big to get our patients in to see the doctor in a timely manner. Time to find a new dermatologist. Sad.

Katie and Joannie are absolute dolls. The office is very nice and I LOVE that they run on schedule. Their policy may seem strict, but I appreciate never having to wait more than a couple minutes.

Dr. Jeng is wonderful, kind, and caring. The office is very nice and the staff there are friendly. In all the times I've come to the office I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 10-15 minutes which is impressive.

Highly recommend this practice. Dr Jeng is very much in demand and getting an appointment can be a wait but she is worth it. I always book follow up appointments as I leave, even a year in advance.

Dr. Jeng and her physicians assistants are very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I find Dr.. Jeng to be a little more conservative in her treatment of suspicious moles than my experience at another dermatologist in Cedar Park. You could say she is a little more suspicious (in my experience) of possible melanoma than others. But this is a good thing.

They usually are booked about a week to 1.5 weeks out in my experience, although recently I requested something ASAP and they got me in the same day with the PA. A couple of reviews suggest that appointments are hard to book within a week or two, but I have not had that experience.
