I had a special request,

I had a special request,
And I wanted to see if Festival would hold up to my test.
A ring to the meat department started it all,
When a gentleman named Nate professionally answered my call.
I then spoke with Joe and shared my thoughts in the summer sausage prices being enticing,
I then asked if they could so nicely do the slicing.
Joe said yes yes that's no problem at all,
Then over to the Deli he did transfer my call.
Sliced cheese was next on my list,
But hold on there is a twist!
I wanted crystal farms sales cheese sliced,
I was being frugal and fell for the $1.88 it was priced.
Camille to the rescue "No Problem at all!"
Pepper jack, mild cheddar, co-jack, I got them all!
My family event fetaured cheese and sausage on everyone's plate,
And as I said a prayer before my meal I whisper "wow is Festival great."
Thanks for great service from the Oshkosh team,
Not a nightmare experience in fact it was a dream.

I really dont like what oshkosh festival foods has done with their deli! Now theres only 2 people waiting on customers when I've been in there. As big as the deli is they could use more workers.

I really like Festival for it's variety and fresh products due to constant turnover. Also, Festival has some items I can't get elsewhere. Because of lots of customers, most every item especially meats, produce and deli, is pretty fresh due to constant product turnover. Their customer service is very respectful and customer focused.

I'm not sure how this store could get anything less than a 4 star review. It has an unbelievable selection ranging from produce to liquor to frozen. The store highlights is the amazing fresh proteins and super friendly staff. From tuna, to crab, to chicken, to steak it's flawless. Note the precooked options are....almost as good.

I will never shop here again. Worst place ever. Terrible service, prices are outrageous even when it is on sale or marked too look like your saving money. It's 8:30 PM on a Sunday, the store has very few customers. So tell me when I spend my money here. Why the hell am I bagging my own damn groceries!!! If I wanted to do that I'd go to Aldis!! Maybe tell your employees to stop standing around and actually work for their paycheck. Sincerely, an absolutely disgusted customer.

I like the Oshkosh location's Festival. The employees are friendly and courteous, and I can find the items I want fairly easily. We were here today for some specific items to make our red beans and rice. Mostly produce, and tomato products.

When I placed an order online I didn't see that there was a special for the text code. I called before I went to pick the order up and they were able to add the extra free product for me. Then when the girl was loading my groceries into my truck she asked me about a product and I said that it wasn't the flavor I liked so she went and replaced it with one that I do like! Thank you for a great experience!

HORRIBLE! Power went out at some point overnight - which understandable to have some hiccups... HOWEVER, it was handled VERY poorly! Only 1 register working with only nonbank card or cash available for transactions.... BUT they don't tell you that or even that the power went out or was out BEFORE shopping. Spent an hour shopping after 12 hour night shift only to completely check out then to find my card was declined.... only option they gave was to go to an ATM somewhere to pull cash for the 200 dollars spent. NOTHING was mentioned prior to purchase.... inside long line of people waiting to check out only to find they didn't have a way to pay. Ended up taking business to PickNSave.... will probably keep our business there now because of how poorly the situation was handled by management of Festival. Things happen... power outages happened... but not informing your customers should NEVER happen. A simple greeting letting us know the situation or payment options when we walked through the door would have saved us time, their service, and our future business to the store.

Always shop the coupons and they're the only place that has Kemp's buttermilk which my dad really likes. But the coupons are really good deals. And their meat and cheese and vegetables are good quality.

I had ordered the following for a party 1 month in advance, a fruit tray, veggie tray, cheese and sausage tray, brushetta , dips, breads and buns from the bakery. I called the Wednesday before my Saturday party to insure everything was still in order. At no time did anyone at the Deli tell me they did not make fresh brushetta anymore. When it came time to pick up my order at 11:00 there was no fresh brushetta, the cheese and sausage tray was still being made, and the dips were not ready either. Luckily I gave myself plenty of time between pick up and party. I was told by the Deli Manager they didn't have brushetta for years, and they sent some very small cartons of premade brushetta not enough for my party not what I wanted. In over a month my guess would have been that someone should have checked the orders taken by those who didn't have an understanding of what was available. Additionally, the bread for the brushetta that I was charged for was already 6 days old according to the package label. The Deli manager offered me a gift card for my trouble which was a nice thing to do, however the $10.00 gift card didn't even cover the cost of all the items I couldn't use that I was charged for and wasn't fresh or what I ordered, much less the time my husband spent waiting for the items to be completed. We will go elsewhere for our catering needs in the future.

I used to love Festival. Traveled across town to go. I wont anymore, as I needed to buy meat there the other day. Yes, I get they are low supply, etc due to Covid-19. But, I have a family of 6 to feed. I needed 6 pieces of meat not 2 to feed my family. I told the cashier, after she told me the minimum that could be bought (no label anywhere in the area I got them there was restrictions)that I wouldn't be able to feed my
family on that. She made no attempt to assist me. And took the meat away. Not to meantion I was in full Nurse Srubs as she doing this. I see how Essential it was for her to help me. I'll go to Pick N Save now.
