Always helpful and friendly the staff will go out of their way to help. Some of the freshest produce in the area.

It was super busy during the time I went but honestly one of the best experiences I have had at this festival. I needed one thing and it was from the deli. The gentleman behind the counter not only came around to help me fond something but also offered me a basket as well. Something as simple as that is just above and beyond excellant customer service.

Everyone was wearing masks as per the new current state mandate. The store was super clean and shelves were neatly stocked. The store parking lot was extremely busy but I was able to walk right up and check out on the inside with out waiting.

Everyone is always happy and ready to help me with whatever I need.

Megan made my daughter's one year old Minnie Mouse cupcake cake and it was AMAZING!! My daughter was excited and was able to recognize who it was. Not only did it look like Minnie, it tasted delicious too!! Soooo grateful we traveled from Milwaukee for this

Went in for pretzels, as advertised. Apparently I got the wrong variety, even though all varieties on the shelf were marked as being on sale. The checker said "they" did not make it clear in the ad. "They" didn't do a very good job. Maybe someone should let "they" know.
I don't know what has happened lately, but Festival is not what it used to be. The boomerang effect is supposed to bring customers back. I don't feel like going back.

Higher prices than anywhere else and the people who shop here are really rude. Stressful unless you go at a quiet time. There produce is all ways good and they have a good organic selection though.

Lots of options, but very expensive. I'd rather go to Pick n Save.

I've been getting all my kids Birthday cakes here this year and my sons was the latest and I was blown away. Shout out to Jessie from the bakery. She did an amazing job on my sons cake and went beyond what I even asked for. I wish it would let me post a picture but every cake I've received has been greatly decorated and tasted amazing. Definitely recommend.

For putting the Tesla chargers in the parking lot and the crazy cool childcare setup. I used to work for Dave. They make the festie kool-aid extra strong but it actual taste pretty decent. People involved with this store truly care about the average customer.

Mmmmmm Festival. Tried the stuffed mushroom caps from the deli, they were very good. Love how the employees make sure to say hello... it's great customer service.

Cashier, bagger and grocery delivery young man were all exceptional. Well trained, conscientious and friendly.

The prices are a bit higher, on average, than both Pick N Save & Piggly Wiggly, and the sales are not usually as good. However, if you eat a particular diet or want a broader selection, Festy is the place to go. I eat a low-carb, gluten-free, sugar-free, low dairy diet and they have a ton of items I simply can't find anywhere else that meet my dietary needs. The organic/specialty area is constantly getting new items, but be prepared to pay more (usually anywhere from 75 to 3 dollars more than other places in town in most cases).

Love your store. Employees are what puts it over the top. Produce folks are always friendly helpful. They check over the fruit and veggies to keep the dept. clean, fresh and eye caching Camelle cheeses are super and she and the rest of the deli staff are wonderful in producing a vast panorama of eye catching delights. Scot in the meat dept. bends over backwards to suggest things for me. That meat case is a work of art. Even when working full tilt to keep her cases neatly stocked Char always has a pleasant greeting and a smile. Love the bakery and the the staff making and bringing out various tanttilizing goodies and seems to take great pleasure in providing us with these wonders with a smile. All the checkers are so professional, fast and so very sweet I look forward to seeing them EVERY day.They always provide me with a happy feeling for the rest of my day The lady at the front desk is always helpful with a smile. Don't Know who the manager is since Rick left but the rest of the management staff makes me feel at home. Shop your store six days a week and a great way to start the day off feeling good. This staff throughout this store provides excellent service but above all they make the shopper feel part of a very happy well trained group of above average employees that are there to serve your every need. Thank you all.

Prices tend to be a bit high, but shopping the sales makes a big difference. Parents with young kids be sure to take advantage of the free drop-in child care. Makes a huge difference when shopping with three kids!

Festival has a great fruit and vegetable selection. Their bakery provides some of the best cakes. However, prices for many items are a bit high.

It's a grocery store. What do you want. Starting to look pretty dingy but most of the employees we actually interacted with were quite friendly.
The customers always seem so rude though.
Decent produce. We don't buy commercial meat or processed foods so thats about all I can comment on.

I went inside to get stuffing that was on sale for are Thanksgiving brunch and they refused to give me the sale price because I didn't purchase more stuff. I told the cashier this all I wanted but he still refused to give me the sale price. Walmart, Aldi's , Woodman's, Pick n Save are way better than this store . I would not recommend this store for many reasons .. expensive , money hungry, not so great customer service. I'll just stay away from this store

I really like the fresh sushi sold in the deli. Their $5 Wednesday deal is a great price. The staff will make it up for you immediately to your order. The wasabi is very sharp, some of the best I have ever had. I highly recommend it!

Bought salmon dip from deli and found plastic mixed in dip. Called manager on duty and was asked to bring back for a full refund and replacement. Manager assured me he would pull remainder of same date containers. The next day I returned the dip for a full refund but upon getting my replacement the date was the same as the one I originally purchased.. store never pulled containers contaminated with plastic shards. Will no longer buy food prepared by Festival deli.

Had Festive cater a funeral luncheon last weekend. They did a great job and the price was less than budgeted so that was a plus. Thanks again to your staff.

Second cake they have gotten wrong. First time, cake wasn't even made for pick up. Today, the wrong cake was made. The last two orders were taken by college age employees. For $40 the cake should be made correctly. Festival won't have our business for cakes anymore.

Tremendous store and chain. I have great service every time I am there. Whether it was a simple pleasant interaction with someone at the checkout or I have been assisted with finding a product, my experience has always been significantly better than any other store. Highly recommended! A+ service!

A lot of awesome items to pick from... Not too many staff around to help if you need to ask about a certain item being carried there or not though... Pretty clean too...
