When I placed an order online I didn't see that there was a special for the text code. I called before I went to pick the order up and they were able to add the extra free product for me. Then when the girl was loading my groceries into my truck she asked me about a product and I said that it wasn't the flavor I liked so she went and replaced it with one that I do like!
