This is a high end New Bond Street store offering a wide variety of jewellery and fine watches offered. The sales personnel there are courteous and helpful and partners Joe and Dino are most hospitable. For tourists, there is VAT refund. It also has an extensive online portal.

This establishment has apparently been awarded a Franck Muller license to service and repair the brand in the UK.
The metal clasp on my watch had snapped and needed to be repaired. After asking me to bring the piece in to be assessed, they told me that I could keep hold of it (even though I was happy to let them keep on to it).
When I enquired that it was only the buckle/clasp and one link that needed to be replaced, I got no reply.
Franck Muller sales and support is very hard to come by in the UK but I suggest that if these guys want to keep the franchise, they need to improve their customer service.
If you're looking for Franck Muller service and repair, I recommend you look elsewhere.

I found Frost of London website by pure accident while looking at different watch deals on the run up to Black Friday and they had a great deal on Graham Chronofighter watches at 50% off. I will admit I had to check up on the company as the old saying if the price is too good to be true it usually is but in this case I am very happy to report this was a legit website and store in London.
Placed my order on the 22 November in the evening, received an email the next day to advise the watch had been shipped and it arrived before 9:00am on the Saturday 24th. Packaged very well and was brand new not even an ex display model which I would have thought would have been the case for the price, comes with a nice folder with invoice and a message to say thank you.
The service has been excellent from start to finish and I recommended the site to a work colleague who also made a purchase of a Perrelet Turbine which was also the best price in the U.K. from any jewellers, he is very pleased with his purchase.

Finally discovered frost they were very helpful got my watch serviced and new strap very quickly, reasonable prices in comparison to other places.
