Karina Vazquez and the other "ophthalmic dispenser" at this location don't know how to read. After being there for 2 hours in their freezing cold waiting room, they refused to honor my Humana coverage, which states in clear English:

"$50 maximum benefit coverage amount per year for contact lenses or eyeglasses - lenses and frames (includes fitting) or 1 pair of select eyeglasses at no cost. Eyeglasses will include ultraviolet protection and scratch resistant coating."

NOTE: 1 PAIR OF SELECT EYEGLASSES AT NO COST

I also was very specific when I made the appointment that it be with Kristin only handling my order for glasses, she has always been very courteous with me over the years, this new woman is not only rude, but unreasonable and taunted me on the way out the door.

I took my mom here. Couldn t be happier with the staff and doctor.

This place is the worst, the young female Dr is very rude and unprofesional, most of the the staff also, take advise from me that i never caomplain or write reviews, dont go to this dump! Yoy been warned!

This place isn't very good. They were the first place I went to for my sons glasses back in 2017, and I didnt realize how bad their service really was until I went to another vision center where the service was far superior. This place overcharges and their wait time is ridiculous. Never again. I don't recommend. There are better places out there that can get you in and out and make sure you get the best deals!

Literally the worst experience at an eye doctor!!! Called and made a contact exam appointment, when I came in I filled out paperwork saying I wanted contacts. Go through the exam and sit there for 30 minutes for them to call me for my contact fitting just for them to tell me I got a glasses exam and that I said nothing about contacts!!!!! Then wait another 30 minutes to see the doctor again just for him to tell me this is my fault not telling him and the nurses that I wanted contacts!! Unbelievable!!

First time visit to this office on Congress Avenue in Lantana. After several minutes of waiting I had my exam and then waited over 20 minutes to see the optometrist. His entire attitude was terrible. He acted like I was a problem to his day. He move me through lightning speed then I had to sit and wait to be seen to pick my glasses. When the young girl talked to me about my glasses she quoted me the highest price that they had. When it came to asking for money, they acted like I was a millionaire. If my insurance hadn t covered $100 of it, I would have paid over $535 for one pair of glasses. Then I had to sit again to wait to see the optometrist that spent maybe three more minutes with me. It s been 2 1/2 weeks and I still don t have my glasses. I have never received a phone call about a delay, two separate days they were promised, no glasses, no phone call. I have left two messages with no return call. My last message was my glasses or my money back. I will never return to this place, I will never recommend it and I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Maybe other offices are better but this one is the bottom of the barrel.

I found the staff to be excellent, friendly, knowledgeable & experienced. I will now be switching from the West Palm branch to this lantana branch. It was a pleasant experience, thank you.

Very good attention, I have been here with my son for 7 years, and I have always liked the good service they give in this place.

The doctor is amazing but her staff is absolutely horrible. They re very slow, they forget to order so many important things. Most of them don t know what they are doing. It s a complete mess in there.

Bad attitude of the young female Optometric Dr , they said 2 weeks and took 2 months may be for the huracan I don t know , the young receptionist was ok . I never will go back even if my glasses has a problem.I don t recommend this office at least for the vision section.

Visit was awesome. Everyone is so friendly and the doctor is efficient and takes the time to explain procedures. Can t wait to get my new glasses

I can't say enough about this office. The staff is absolutely fantastic, the Doctors are very thorough, and everyone there really goes above and beyond. I have recommended this office to both my friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.

The people there were very courteous it was fast getting in and out they were very helpful the doctor was very nice and did a great job and didn't take long time on my exam I will be going there again myself thank you South Florida Vision

It says it's open on Saturdays and Sunday's but that's not true. It's closed

Brought my 2 boys like about 3yrs algo for an eye examination and they were good! Yesterday had an apt for my 15 yr old and the staff was very nice as well as the Doctor. Overall very nice experience

2nd year of getting my daughters glasses here Dr was very nice even tho I had a very energetic 7 year old that had to tag along that day. The wait time was a little long but being in the medical field myself I understand things come up. Great job staff we will be in tomorrow to pick up. Thanks

definitely would not recommend this place! The wait times and the way that they run the office is very unorganized and a huge waste of people s time. I think waiting anymore more than 20 min after you appointment time is unacceptable. It took an hiur just to get to the back...now going on 3 hours just waiting for a doctor...unacceptable! If you have Medicare/Medicaid...I always recommend eye care professionals...right down the street heading east on lantana. Will not be coming back to this place again!

First the lady in the phone asks for my last name I said is Rozo with Z, like in zebra. So she said, ROKO?
Then I asked what is happening with our glasses that were promised in two weeks and is already almost tree weeks and we have not heard anything from you. Here is her answer,
DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT WORKING DAYS MEAN!! IS NOT SEVEN DAYS IS FIVE DAYS FROM MONDAY THROUG FRIDAY.
I said you didn t tell us fifteen days, you told us two weeks,
AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME

The all staff is fantastic.
Dr. Biderman and his assistant are very accurate on my eyes exam.
Also the Office personal are very friendly.
My special thanks to Tina Watchman Optometrist Manager for her increduble job assisting me.

I went to South Florida Vision Center on Congress Avenue twice and both times I had a great experience. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable about their services. I was very comfortable with the results of my eye exam and also the customer service I received in choosing my new eye glasses. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

My three kids and I have been patients at S Fl Vision on lantana for 10years. The doctors and staff are very kind and professional. We love going to S.Fl.Vision. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I got the same script as 2 years ago but I explain to them that I can t afford their glasses price and only need my pd right and left ( understand this takes 2 seconds) I believe that because I wasn t buying glasses from them, they told me have a seat it s a long wait. I asked after 1/2 hour waiting how mush longer, was told at least an hour . Will never use this place again!!!!

This is an excellent place for getting eyeglasses. They have an incredible asortment of high-end frames and the staff was really kind. Shirley was so friendly and profesional. I would definitely recommended South Florida Vision Lantana....

I went to the Lantana office and I received the best eye exam i ever had in my 40 plus years of wearing contact lenses and glasses. The office was clean and they were efficient although I was consistently told to take my time. Ashley Nochomson O.D. was fantastic . I cant thank her enough for allowing me to be given the correct prescription and guiding me through it in such a caring manner . Shes assured me and made me comfortable as well as the most thorough best exam I ever had. Thank you Ashley Nochomson

I alwaya see Dr. Soto. She's a good Dr. I like her. I've also gotten glasses for myself and my son here. About a 2 week wait which is a normal wait time. My son saw one older male Dr, I forget his name but he was grouchy and had no patience with my son. But overall I like this office.

Tina was excellent in customer service, fun personality, great at helping me pick out frames and lenses! I can't praise her enough. Excellent choice of frames! I will never go anywhere else as long as Tina is there! Will tell all my friends!

This place is horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. I have been waiting for my glasses SINCE MARCH. No one here called me to tell me that the original frames I d chosen had been on backorder for three months. I went in and chose new frames and I was told that they would come in in a week WHICH WAS A LIE. I still do not have my glasses. I have been put on hold every time I try to speak with the manager for 10-15 minutes at a time and she still did nothing to help me. Nothing but unfilled promises about when the glasses would come in. I even called them today and she told me that she would call me and update me later which she never did. They repeatedly tell me that they will call me and update me and they don t inform me of anything ever. If you want to actually have your glasses and not be treated horrendously, I suggest you try some place else.

very pleasant atmosphere, great front desk service, was greeted by this nice young lady name Shirley, she helped me thru the paperwork. Didn't wait much in the lobby to be seen by the Doctor.

I went On 3/12/20 with my daughter, we didn t have to wait to long and the staff is friendly especially the new doctor .

Bad vibes.Drove up from Delray for exam.
Called first to confirm appt time and that social distancing was being observed, arrived on time, 4 clients already in waiting room.
After 20 minutes and 4 additional clients.
I expressed my concern and received a "so" in return. Left without exam , won't return.
And finally, got my new glasses after waiting two weeks, and.....
Measurements are wrong. STILL need glasses.

Very happy with my glasses, had a pleasant conversation with Ms. Bullard very helpful. And very nice as well. Love my Frame. Thanks for everything Ms.. Bullard keep up the good work.

The customer service is horrible. My visit with the Dr was fine, I did not have to wait long, I ended up ordering a pair of glasses and paid extra to have the my glasses delivered and 4 weeks later I still have not received them. I have called several times asking for delivery confirmation and they told me they have not shippd them yet and that when the person in charge of mailing them has time to drop them off at the post office then she will do it. I keep calling and they dont even aswer my calls anymore nor response to my voicemail. It has been 4 weeks without glasses and they show no sense of urgency to solve my problem since I cannot see without them. My advice is that you look for a different optic store. Once they have your money, their customer care goes away.
