I just called to ask about the prescription glasse...

I just called to ask about the prescription glasses for my wife and I
First the lady in the phone asks for my last name I said is Rozo with Z, like in zebra. So she said, ROKO?
Then I asked what is happening with our glasses that were promised in two weeks and is already almost tree weeks and we have not heard anything from you. Here is her answer,
DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT WORKING DAYS MEAN!! IS NOT SEVEN DAYS IS FIVE DAYS FROM MONDAY THROUG FRIDAY.
I said you didn t tell us fifteen days, you told us two weeks,
AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME
