The customer service is horrible. My visit with the Dr was fine, I did not have to wait long, I ended up ordering a pair of glasses and paid extra to have the my glasses delivered and 4 weeks later I still have not received them. I have called several times asking for delivery confirmation and they told me they have not shippd them yet and that when the person in charge of mailing them has time to drop them off at the post office then she will do it. I keep calling and they dont even aswer my calls anymore nor response to my voicemail. It has been 4 weeks without glasses and they show no sense of urgency to solve my problem since I cannot see without them. My advice is that you look for a different optic store. Once they have your money, their customer care goes away.
