I was told because I am am already existing Uber driver that my processing should be fast, but soon after payment, almost a week now, I can't get anyone on the phone. I scheduled a call and never got a call, this is the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I already work for Uber I just want a cheaper weekly payment, what's taaking so long. I'm pretty sure they make money off running backgrounds and that's all they care about , Tim, told me don't worry well have you in a car in 3 days, its about to be a week!!! And I haven't heard from anyone, I just want to work please
