Customer service is not so friendly on the phone so I didnt bother to book at all!

Very spacious and well maintained rooms. Staff are proactive and quickly respond to a request or query. Haven't had any food here yet. I definitely recommend it and would come back again.

Very nice hotel,but Internet is very weak.This would be a great hotel if the weak Internet could be fix

an average place to stay if you are in a business trip it's the one for you.

The apartment I stayed was very good. The staffs were cordial, willing to assist and always smiling.

I like the stay, very large and comfy.. Place, only recommendation is with breakfast buffet area, service is extremely slow and they do not have any one to monitor the service and customers..

Whenever came across any problems iy was solved instantly. Breakfast is amazing especially the omlette. Also Whatever u request they will try to make it..
Our flight was at 12am so they let us rest few hours in the hotel room after check out time.
Highly recommend the hotel. Good location. 2 minutes walk from the huge mall and a street full of restaurant. 24 hr restaurant and sheesha place situated 15 second walk from hotel.

Apartments are clean and spacious but priced fairly expensive

This is a very lovely place from Nov. To April. This location is very good communicated with metro, bus, shopping centres, offices, entertaining places etc.

The rooms were clean and had a problem with the children's room adapted to the sweet breakfast but a small maffee dined in the meals

We booked for 3 months stay with my husband and we were in our 2nd month stay here and the experience was spectacular. 1 bedroom is very spacious I love the kitchen, bedroom and living room though we have to change the tv in the living room because it is not suitable for games kinda small :D the service from HK staff was amazing though sometimes (newly joiner) maybe doesnt know how to interact with us when we were around or he is kinda shytype but in general they were okay we love them and can be trusted. Especial mentioned to the welcomer there is one guy who is always very helpful since we arrive and until now. We really appreciate their kindness and sincereness. I am a hotelier, I am kin to standard and I am very impressed with service and the amenities.

Dont forget the pool and jaccuzi though we used once so far but it was a great pool especially when it is not crowded.

We look forward to visit restaurant as we never been there even once.

Thank you to all the staff and look forward to be with you more in next 6 months inshalla if we were able to get good rates this time.

The rooms are so comfortable and affordable . Its a 10minutes walk to the deira city centre( which houses most of the Uk high street shops)

Will start off by saying service is great. The staff are so friendly and after a few days, they started calling me by name as I passed through the lobby.

I got a 1 bedroom on the creek side. A lot of construction going on which was quite noisy (which isn't really their fault). I had a huge balcony but didn't spend much time on it due to heat. You also need to get security to open it and sign a waiver.

The room had a kitchen and laundry machine which is great for business trips. They also have dry cleaning services (at typical hotel rates). The tv's were pretty old (720p) but not a big deal. You can get hdmi cables from them to plugin your own media.

They provide complimentary bottles daily and have mini bar services.

My biggest gripe with the hotel was the shower. The tub was quite narrow.

The gym is surprisingly good. Won't compare with your paid gym but has everything you'd need (E.g, squat rack (regular/Smith), leg press, bench, dumbbells, treadmills, bikes, etc.).

If I'm back here in Dubai I'll probably try somewhere else but wouldn't mind coming back.

Floors Creek is awesome by its location and service. Very near to Deira city centre and in the heart of the dubai city.

Hot water let everything down towels are now overused change them rest okay

Stayed in Flora Creek Deluxe hotel for 5 days on an official hotel. The hospitality is awesome. The staffs are very welcoming, enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The property is very close to Deira city centre and the metro station. Rooms are very spacious and neat. The restaurant is good and have all sort of food items ranging from Indian, Continental and Chinese. The hotel was REALLY SO GOOD... Only 1 thing bad over there... The things over there r costly I meant the food.. The juice, the chocolates,the nuts, the chips which is kept at the rooms... Rest everything is nice

Hotel apartments consist of a room, a sitting room, a small kitchen, and some rooms have a balcony
The hotel in general is excellent, close to the city center, some services, near the train station, close to Sheikh Zayed Road, and close to the airport.
The level of hygiene is very good, the floors are fresh.
Its price varies according to the season.
The handling of the crew is excellent.
There is free back parking.
NB:
The first floor is reserved for smokers, and the smell of smoke is widespread
There are cooking smells present in the air in most floors, and they may reach the rooms at times

Flora Creek Hotel is an extra average hotel they very good party hall and other options

Best location, wonderful staff especially at the reception and the car park attendants

Definitely a good place to live, swimming pool is a bummer, staff are polite n friendly.

The hotel is clean service is excelent and the house keeping crew is wonderfull Alehandro and poonam. The check in was fast thou there was a little misunderstanding. We were made to pay for somthing we didnt use but my stay was plesant.

Stayed here with my family for 6 nights, a cordial welcome from reception and all other staff especially the house keeping guy. Rooms size is big with all facilities and well maintained by housing keeping staffs. Restaurants, metro rail station and Deira City Center, a good shopping center, all in walk-able distance. Thoroughly enjoyed..
