We had a phenomenal meal. My wife and I sat at the bar, where the bartender was friendly and attentive. The space is attractive and comfortable. Busy, but not overly loud. The food was phenomenal. We had a salad with duck confirm, a grilled squash with fresh burrata, lamb carpaccio, and a bison hanger steak. All were delicious. One of the best meals we've had in recent years.

High quality food but VERY pricey. First time last eve. No bread,no pasta but mushroom bolognese ? Wood fired oven, garlic focaccia? nope. Hard, low, small chairs with sharp corners. Basic, now trendy, black, off white and grey decor. But lemon yellow tile behind the bar. Very nice staff though and the big prints of early ranching life were a nice touch.

One of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had. Salmon was perfectly cooked, with crispy skin on a rich and buttery fillet. The coffinhead was a deep and complex cocktail. The salad was heavy on pickled veggies and meat but it worked very well. Oysters were cooked very delicately and seasoned well.

Our main dishes were very good, but our entrees were too ambitious with unique flavors that didn't quite deliver.

Our waitress was nice but inattentive and had 0 clue about any of the wines on the wine list or how they paired with the food, which is really sub optimal for a place that has cuts of meat that a lot of people haven't tried before. I wish I could give them a higher rating but it just wasn't as good if am experience as I had hoped.

Came to the Flink Creek Cattle Co for dinner last week and was very happy with our experience. Flint Creek got converted from a furniture store into a beautiful restaurant in the heart of Greenwood. More upscale then most restaurants in the area, this is the perfect date night place to leave the littles at home and enjoy a great bottle of wine.
Our server was great, very knowledgeable and had excellent suggestions. The wine list was nice and complimented our entrees very well! We chose the warm duck confit salad, Fresh Campanelle, and a Bison ribeye. The duck was warm and tender, the pasta was delicious and not to heavy, perfect side dish. And the steak was cooked a perfect medium rare.
Will definitely be back and will make sure to save room for dessert! :)

This is quickly becoming a new favorite for me. Lovely space, excellent menu, and brilliant service. Highly recommend you pay them a visit during brunch if dinner prices look too intimidating. You can't go wrong with anything in their menu. I had a very picky European visitor and he was impressed by the quality of wine and steak.

The Good

The Good
The atmosphere of the place is certainly great. It is a great place for a date or for a group of friends catching up. You will definitely find some interesting ingredient pairings in the dishes. The drinks come with a little extra punch, which for the price, was certainly appreciated (although by all means not too strong).

The Bad
For the price, the serving size leaves much to be desired. You'll walk out with a desire to go out and eat again.

Fantastic service; the Bison Hanger steak was incredible. Everything from drinks to food was made within a reasonable amount of time from when it was ordered to the time it was brought out.
While on the slightly more expensive side of dining out it's not so expensive to be unreasonable. 10/10 will eat here again.

The steaks are perfectly cooked. The location is great (THEY HAVE A PARKING LOT ON THE NEXT BLOCK SOUTH ON GREENWOOD). The cocktails list is solid and we tried several of each. It is a great atmosphere and good for a date night.

The price point was high for food that was mediocre. It was a chilly evening but both my friend and I had to step out during our visit because it was so hot we were getting dizzy. The service was so so. I did enjoy the use of seasonal mishrooms

Overrated, is very expensive for what was served. Menu need reworking especially on the big ticket items. Honestly what is all the hubbub about the the short ribs? Good service tho. Spend your money at their other restaurant RockCreek where everything is superb.

Everything we had was delicious! We can personally vouch for the El Diablo and Planter Box cocktails, the porter on tap, the Duck confit starter salad, the Baby Eggplant small plate, and the Bison hanger steak! Impressed continually by the diverse flavor combinations and pairings, we are very excited to come back to explore the other menu items. And great service to boot!

Great food and service. But when your boar shoulder shows up and you are hoping it's the first of two plates.......... I could have gone next door and gotten 3x the food for 1/3 the price. Not someplace to go if you are on a budget or want good food AND value

This place is BOMB! We loved the service (prompt and attentive) m; the taste of all of the dishes (delicious and diverse); the setting (intimate and fun for a date night). The oysters were amazingly flavor packed and cooked perfectly! The tartare was uniquely flavored with a great texture and finish. The ribeye was tasty (slightly cooked past what we were hoping for on a medium rare, but still great). The boar shoulder gnocchi was awesome - really love the various flavors packed in each bite! The cauliflower was the perfect side that added flavors but didn't overwhelm as a side. We will for sure be back to try other meat cuts, seasonal sides and enjoy date night!!!

@FlintCreek206

: Oven Roasted Barron Point Oysters, garlic-anchovy 'maitre d'hotel butter', parsley, sea salt

We had an amazing brunch! We started with the sour cream coffee cake and I would have been happy even if that was all we got. We also tried the venison benedict and the biscuit/ham/gravy dish. I would highly recommended all three. The Irish whiskey coffee and Bloody Mary were also top notch. Our service was outstanding and we will definitely be back.

The venison pate, duck breast, and boar shoulder are three of the nicest dishes I have come across in awhile. The presentation is stunning and every little touch on each plate, no matter how small, plays an important part in the flavor of the dish. Bravo guys

Absolutely delicious! Totten Kamilche Mussels with charred jalapeno-lime butter were soooooo good! Make sure to ask for extra bread to dip in the tasty butter. The Duck Confit was perfect, and served with carmelizes lentils and cabbage...a perfect threesome. The Moses Lake Pork chop was thick and super tender. This was our first visit to FlintCreek and I can't wait to go again. A neighborhood spot that feels like downtown dining. Highly recommend!

Great happy hour. The food was delicious and the prices right. The staff is very friendly and welcoming but not over the top or pushy. Wish the bar seats were a little more comfortable but that is nitpicking.

Very pricey. Meat was excellent. Grits were delicious. Our main complaint was that we ordered the chocolate lava cake and it came out luke warm at best. Not lava-y at all. With the high prices and great aps and main dishes it was a huge disappointment to finish with. Sad finish to a would have been stellar meal.

We were very lucky to be able to get in and snag a spot in the bar to be able to have a very incredible meal. The gnocci with the braised boar was particularly good. And the salads were across the board delicious. Great seasonal produce.

We were running a little late for our reservation ...

We were running a little late for our reservation but Flint Creek sent us a text confirmation to let us know are table was ready and we just happened to be walking up at that time. We were greeted by a friendly hostess after a short wait. My Fiance got a MT Mule and I got an tequila (espolon) neat. Drinks came out quick and after an average wait, our server arrived and we got the lamb sausage with cabbage slaw(small plate), baked oysters that had a light sauce on them but did not overpower the great oyster flavor, and two Meyer Ranch 12oz Ribeyes cooked too a medium rare. The lamb sausage was awesone and the slaw very tasty but may have had dairy in it(tip for lactose avoiders). The oysters were my highlight of the meal, Perfectly prepared with a hint of spicy sauce. The steaks were beautiful and tasted good, but my only criticism is they could have seasoned more aggressively on them, they could have used a little more finishing salt and I didnt detect any garlic in the butter on the steak as I would expect. To thier credit the steaks were cooked perfectly at medium rare with nice grill marks and no black char. Some people might prefer more black color on thier steak but I liked that they prepared it with just the dark brown grill color, steak cooking temp was nailed and resulted in a very tender steak. Prices are higher, but quality sourced meats from places like MT justify it. The long and short of it is; I WILL BE BAAAACK TO FEED MY MEAT HEAD!!

Exceptional food meets really good service. The menu is a carnivore's dream but there are a couple of veggie choices. They offer a couple of exotic dishes such as wild boar and venison, as well as more traditional fare. A limited but adequate wine list and a knowledgeable staff to help with pairings. The prices are quite reasonable considering the quality of the food and did I mention the good service?

We had an early dinner here and we're seated right away. Just an FYI they did ask if we had a reservation, so that may be a good idea if dinning later. Our waiter came to our table quickly and was very nice to get us started. Being in for an early dinner meant our food came quickly and was very good. They space the restaurant is in is very nice and comfortable. When it is full it might get a little loud if you are seated upstairs, which we were. But, we were right over the kitchen and had a great time watching the kitchen staff prepare the food. Overall it is a good restaurant and we look forward to trying other dishes when we go back.

Excellent service. Ordered a porterhouse cooked medium. The filet side came out perfect, but the strip side came out very rare. We also ordered a side of the cooked carrots that came out very crunchy (undercooked). The experience was very nice but the food could have been better

Every dish we ate was amazing. We had food allergies including gluten, dairy, and soy and they were easily able to accommodate. We are the figs, squash, salmon, duck, braised ribs mustard greens, and beets! The atmosphere got a little loud at 8pm. Amazing food.

Went here for my bf birthday and it was definitely a great choice for an amazing day. The menu is so creative, fun and different. Don't expect giant American portions, there are real chefs here who cook amazing food and know what they're doing. Staff was super sweet and helpful, very professional and we're happy to have another wonderful place to go in this area. Atmosphere is laid back but also a bit classy with a cozy feel to it. Bar area is beautiful and may end up sitting there next time for fun. A+ on making my bf feel special when you brought the dessert. We ordered the venison with cranberry sauce and shoulder with gnocchi. Also ordered the olive appetizer because we love olives! So rich and good before a meal.

Great place for beef. My server Nicole was pleasant and attentive. Gave us the run down of the fares. Made great suggestions which we ordered and the meal was really good.
Price is mid to high depending on your selection. Worth the cost. Gets busy even on weekdays. Reservations recommended.
