We were running a little late for our reservation but Flint Creek sent us a text confirmation to let us know are table was ready and we just happened to be walking up at that time. We were greeted by a friendly hostess after a short wait. My Fiance got a MT Mule and I got an tequila (espolon) neat. Drinks came out quick and after an average wait, our server arrived and we got the lamb sausage with cabbage slaw(small plate), baked oysters that had a light sauce on them but did not overpower the great oyster flavor, and two Meyer Ranch 12oz Ribeyes cooked too a medium rare. The lamb sausage was awesone and the slaw very tasty but may have had dairy in it(tip for lactose avoiders). The oysters were my highlight of the meal, Perfectly prepared with a hint of spicy sauce. The steaks were beautiful and tasted good, but my only criticism is they could have seasoned more aggressively on them, they could have used a little more finishing salt and I didnt detect any garlic in the butter on the steak as I would expect. To thier credit the steaks were cooked perfectly at medium rare with nice grill marks and no black char. Some people might prefer more black color on thier steak but I liked that they prepared it with just the dark brown grill color, steak cooking temp was nailed and resulted in a very tender steak. Prices are higher, but quality sourced meats from places like MT justify it. The long and short of it is; I WILL BE BAAAACK TO FEED MY MEAT HEAD!!
