This is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. Everything I've ever had here was absolutely delicious, beautiful presentation, and unique flavors and combinations. Their wine selection is on point as well!

We had a great time at flinkcreek. The country style pork pate was awesome as was the lamb tartare. The pickled veggies that accompanied both were also delicious. The venison was good but a bit sweet and I was a bit disappointed I couldn't pick the cook on it. Came out fine, but I prefer a bit more pink. The bison hanger steak was outstanding. We also enjoyed the Valrhona chocolate ganache cake with some port. The wine selection was excellent, but a bit pricey.
Update: Went again and got the shrimp and grits, venison pate, and lamb tartare to start. All were great, but I think the country style port pate was better. For main courses we had the duck breast which was outstanding, the pork shoulder which was decent and the mushroom bolognese which was very good.
Again drinks were awesome and wine selection is great.

Great service, food, and ambience. Restaurant was very catering to our group which we had two children with us. Also, they brought our mediocre cake and made it look great with amazing plating as well. Highly recommend

High quality meal without having to go downtown. Make a reservation beforehand, it can get crowded. Casual vibe despite the menu. Lots of interesting/unique options that sound tasty. Good, very attentive service. Steak was yummy, though seems to be cooked about a temperature below ordered (medium well was medium, medium was closer to medium rare) so if you like it more well done, look out for that. But the meat itself was very good, the butter on it was amazing. I would have ordered a dish of just their butter. People on here complaining about portions, but they seemed pretty standard for a restaurant of this caliber. Steaks do not come with sides, must be ordered separately. A little pricey, but good quality and a nice treat in an easy to access location.

Perfection - now with a happy hour! Once they introduce brunch, I'll need to up this to 6/5 stars!

The food and service are equally fantastic. The menu has tons of options. I can get full on a salad, or go all out with a three-course meal, walking away from both feeling happily satisfied.

Our party of 4 went for a birthday dinner and nothing disappointed. Granted, great company also makes for a great meal. They have a fine whiskey selection (my fav: WL Weller 12 year - the poor man's Pappy), and delicious cocktails. I stole a bite of my friend's lamb, and it was divine. My pork chop was succulent, and all the small plates scrumptious. There was a lot of love in the dessert as well. Nothing was over or under seasoned/cooked - just right, to appreciate its naturally given flavors and textures. Veggie dishes tasted fresh from a garden. FlintCreek is on my top 5 places to dine in Seattle. Their other joint, RockCreek, doesn't disappoint either.

Spouse and I treated ourselves to a Thursday date night here, and it was fantastic. Impeccable service and beautiful surroundings. We both loved the cocktails we ordered (mine was the Planter Box, a fizzy rosemary-infused gin delight), the BLT salad was so bright and delicious, and our steaks were delicious. I didn't love the warm duck confit salad--the flavors were very nice but the duck was dry--and although the server warned us that medium-rare would lean more towards the rare side, I felt that they leaned more towards medium. All in all, a wonderful experience! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice place and atmosphere. Food is tasty but I got food poisoning from this place. Was either the duck confit salad or the gnocchi with boar ragout. Not sure I'll be back but that was my experience.

This is one of those semi-trendy restaurants in a suburban area of Seattle. Certainly not worthwhile coming here if you are in downtown Seattle.

The prices are astronomical, especially for such a confused menu with few items worth mentioning for their culinary excellence.

My duck confit was dry and spiced beyond recognition. The lentils on which the duck was bedding were ok but nothing special. The bread was good OTH.

The service is slow and intent on getting you in, getting your money and out again to increase customer turn over.

And they forgot the starter I ordered but would have billed for it.

Overall an unpleasant experience to not be repeated again.
