Do not book with this company. They will legitimately steal your money. Booked a flight prior to COVID19 for April. Due to COVID the flight was cancelled (understandable). Airline sent formal document via email confirming flight network was reimbursed 100% due to the flight cancellation. Call flightnetwork to get reimbursed and you wait on hold for hours with a promise call back/email for reimbursement. Just never happen - it had been months and I have still not received reimbursement from Flightnetwork. They stole over $1000 from me and there is no communication or anything I can do.

Book through the airline. This company has no accountability and will blatantly and shamelessly steal from you.
