I accidentally booked a night flight which was supposed to be for the morning, so I contacted the toll free number to get a change on my flight so that it would be in the morning. When I called the first time, they immediately hung up on me after I described my situation which was incredibly rude. So I attempted a second call, the customer service I received was just as disappointing.

Firstly, the representative explained that there is a 24hr window where a change can be issued, which I qualified for. However, he kept going around in circles saying the same thing and then contradicting himself saying that I did not qualify for this change, because the change is only valid if made on the same day. After doing this for about 20 minutes I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager.

They were equally unhelpful and resulted in them saying "your ticket is garbage" and that there was no possible way to change it. I usually don't write reviews because I feel that they can be unreasonable sometimes, however, I feel this is a unique case. I would like to inform those that are considering to book with Flight Network about the inadequate and unaccommodating service I was given.
