Excellent service of HGST and Western Digital Hard Disks.
My HGST laptop disk died under warranty and I took it to Electronics City to get it replaced (make sure you read the howto pack guide on dangers of ESD).
I had to sign-in in at the gate - they give you a token, then told them my RMA Number at the desk inside (apply for the number Online BEFORE going all the way). They took my disk and sent me a replacement REFURBISHED Drive, in a few days (3-4 days), from HGST Japan via Fedex.
Note: that contacting them (Flex) via phone is difficult - they'll invariably ask you to call the WD HelpDesk which is excellent - both technical and non-technical so save yourself the time and deal directly with WD for Q&A
Make sure you connect the data cable via testing your replacement disk or you'll unnecessarily panic about them sending you a bad disk. It's worked great so far so I'm happy.
WD disks are serviced quicker - while you wait - in a couple of hours - or so I've heard - ask.
i sent my nokia 6.1plus since 3month. no any revert from flex. even nokia is also not taking responsibility for this issue. finally going to consumer forum. flex is west. nokia is west.
I have given my JBL boombox for repairing under warranty on september -3-2020 the issue was regarding power button and battery problem, I was told that i will receive my product by 1 month maximum and from past three weeks I am calling harman customer care they are saying that my product has been repaired but @FLEXTRONICS is not sending it . I am waiting since 3 weeks and yet no escalation has been done by the customer care, when I called today for the information they said me to wait for 3 more days.
Completely pathetic service, no proper customer support calls are not answered and when picked up by someone they are very rude In responding if there would be less than 1 star I would have give it way below zeroooooooooooooooo
It's one of the service site of flex and only one such service site in India. Flex is a nice place to work.
Flextronics avoids fulfilling warranty promise. I sent a WD 1tb hard disc for replacement being faulty through its dealer. But the Co. sent faulty HD of other model through its RMA No. 87871153 on 12.4.19.I have again sent the faulty HD through the dealer at Patiala and request the Co. to behave like a reputed Co. and replace the HD with purple HD.
Flex Ltd is actually Flextronics. It is located on 2nd Cross Road of Electronics City Phase 1, Bengaluru. It is well connected through road.

My external hdd "my passport ultra" became very slow. They replaced it. It took 45 min.
Had a faulty infinity fuze 100, so gave it to the nearest service centre for either repair or replace, since it was unrepairable by center, they promised me with a replacement within 15days (even though I had just given speaker n no charging cable) only if I had submitted the speaker along with its charging cable, at the begining I wasn't sure this will gonna work, but after 5days on the next day of chaturthi a package showed up from flextronics n it was the replacement.
Thanks to these, I still have hope on system reliability
I sent my jbl flip 4 speaker worth 10000 for repair. 2month over, no single acknowledgement from their side and speaker not returend. Still I m waiting. In last I will go to consumer forum

I'm only received few mail's.....I try to contact them from last 1week but I'm unable to make contact with their customer service representative....very very bad and disgusting service provided by infinity.... I'm recommend to my friend . . pls don't buy infinity headphones..... I'm facing lot of problem... I will give 0 for such poor and shameless service......

After traveling 25kms and reaching electronics city, they say that I'll have to courier it to them. Before making the trip, I had called and confirmed that I'll be able to process my RMA for my internal hard disk and they confirmed that I could.
Completely unprofessional and third grade service.
@Flex, just having a fancy building doesn't mean anything if the people working in it don't k ow how to handle customers.
