Miracles Hair Salon

I've been seeing Kendalia for many years and I consider her a true miracle worker. Not only is her color work exceptional, the perms she gave me were the nautural curls I had always dreamed of but could never get from another hairdresser. Her work is meticulous and I enjoy her chair side manner.

Miracles makes me laugh! It is my home away from home! It is clean, with things to look at and buy; It is quiet, I can collect myself; and I can talk or not talk-they know my moods!

Miracles has a convenient location and great stylists. The atmosphere is professional and friendly. I feel lucky to live so close to such a fine salon. It's a great combination of professional excellence and a "neighborhood" setting.

I drive 3 hours to get to Miracles as they are the best. I moved away for a 4-year temporary assignment, but still come back to Miracles in Fayetteville as this salon/spa is outstanding. The entire staff radiates professionalism in a warm, caring and innovative salon. They make you feel special and beautiful and time spent there beats any therapist session! Love the staff, love their work, and most importantly I appreciate the customer service and professionalism!

when i went there to just get my hair cut, the woman cut it lopsided. when you looked at it, it was diagonal so i had to end up getting it cut again shorter than i wanted it at a different hair salon. I do not recommend

A friend of mine works there and cuts my hair and trims my beard just the way I like it, the staff is always friendly and helpful and afterwards Pastifico's is just down the street for a filling leisure breakfast.

Wonderful Erin takes very good care of me and my hair. She is an amazing hairstylist knowing what is best for the individual and does not push extras on you unless it is really necessary. Can't wait to the new area!

Miracles is a lovely salon. You re greeted warmly and always offered water, tea r coffee. My stylist, Erin, is very open to my changing style, and we work through it together.

I've been a customer for four years and love the salon. The decor and energy are refreshing. Amanda does an incredible job, whether she is coloring, highlighting or styling my hair. They have the most up to date techniques. I have also utilized their nail salon, facials and massages. Miracles is a full service salon, that I can only say great things about.

Only great experiences at Miracles, where I have been going for about 7 years. As a 67 year old man with thinning hair, I am not exactly a challenge, but Kristin has been great, and when she has been unavailable, Erin has been terrific as well. The facility is warm and the staff friendly and welcoming. I recommend Miracles very highly. (My wife does too!)

I have been going to Miracles for years. Have never waited more than a couple of minutes. The place is clean, comfortable seating and Erin is great!!

I have been going to your salon for years, and in the beginning all personal were working well, but in the past few years some of your services have gone down hill. Specifically - when I set up a hair appointment with my hairdresser they said that she could color and cut it but that I would have to leave the salon with wet hair, I asked if someone else could dry it, and they said they were unsure that could be done. Also I had my nails done, and they were gel...my nails looked like a 5 year old painted them...I got my money back, but the women who did them never apologized...weird. We all have bad days, but with all the competition out there why would you want to sacrifice the potential income? This is seriously professional, because all the ladies are very nice, but I have decided to go to another salon...really sorry to have to do that. Additionally...am wondering why no one has bothered to contact me about why I cancelled my appointments and haven't been there in months?

You are always welcomed - the staff wants you to have the best experience. Whether I am having my hair cut and colored by Kendalia, my eyebrows done with Kat or with Kim and Emily at the front desk helping me schedule my next "miracle", you receive everyones full attention.

I have been going to Kathleen for about 2.5 years and LOVE her! I haven't ever had a bad experience. I have also gotten a Brazilian from Kat and she makes it as comfortable as possible!

Ellen does the most amazing job with lashes and Taylor is fantastic for hair! All the employees are super nice, professional, and really amazing at what they do. Definitely recommend!

If there is an option of no star, I would have been chosen to rate this place, my sister has a long, shiny and thick hair and went to this place to have high lights. They burned her hair, she had to go to a dermatologist specialized in hair growth to treat the extreme damage. Don t risk your hair going to this salon. I extremely don t recommend this salon to anyone.

For the last several years, my daughters and I have received amazing service from Erin. She cut the girls hair from the time that they were little and knows of my struggle with curly hair. She works with me so that I can manage it myself and I get several inquiries from other women who have had trouble finding someone who knows what to do. I am very grateful to Erin at Miracles for working miracles.

Lilly I've been getting my hair cut by Amanda for at least six years now and no matter what style I ask her to do, she does it beautifully. I never have a bad hair day. I wouldn't think of going any place else.

I always look forward to going to Miracles. Everyone is friendly and professional. The girls at the reception desk are always helpful. Its even enjoyable to sit in the comfortable reception area and decompress for a minute before your appointment. The services are extensive. Definitely a spa like atmosphere. First time visit yesterday, my stylist was able to immediately assist me, she was quick and super knowledgeable about hair. I told her it needed to be perfect for some engagement photos and she said it would be. I didn't pay attention to the time but probably took 25 mins or so and I couldn't be happier. $26 for a men's haircut and this place is a legit salon! More than likely I will be back, thank you!

I am a new customer to Miracles. They were very accommodating to me by making a last minute appointment for a wash, trim and straightening. The girl who had to deal with my hair did a fabulous job. I will definitely return there for my hair needs and I am looking forward to trying some of their spa services.

I moved from Dallas, TX to the Syracuse area 6 years ago, and getting a good hairdresser was top of list (along with a good MD)! I saw a woman at Pottery Barn in the mall with a great cut and color, and asked where she went. Bingo! Miracles! And I've been going ever since. I can honestly say that I get a better cut and color than the la-di-da salon I went to in Dallas. There I was just a number. At Miracles, I feel like I'm with friends. I'm greeted warmly upon arriving, the gals at the front desk are always accommodating, and my stylist, Lori, is a "miracle worker"! My appointment every 5 weeks is always a favorite time for me. The Salon is lovely too--it has a spa like feel and lovely design.

I am a first time client at miracles since moving across country, and Kathleen did an amazing job. I went from blonde with dark roots and about shoulder length hair, to a sharp, chic auburn bob and I absolutely love it. Beyond the references photos I showed her, I expressed the feeling and energy I wanted to gain from the new style and she really brought it to life. She incorporated her expertise and realistic outcomes to expect, which I appreciated. She was friendly and welcoming too. I will be booking with her again.

We love Miracles and my hair designer LORI is awesome. I've been with her for 15+ years! She always does a great job and can mix it up for me if I want a change. The salon is beautiful with fresh coffee brewing all the time. Relaxing to go hang out there and a one stop shop for all your beautifying needs! Even my boys go there for haircuts.

A warm and welcoming salon with friendly, professional staff. Katy is an excellent pedicurist and I look forward to each visit. Their range of services is also excellent and a gift card is my daughters favorite birthday gift.

Excellent salon, went for a wash and blow dry before a photo shoot and she did an amazing job at a very reasonable price $30. I loved how my hair wasn't so straight that it was slick to my head after which I've paid $50 for out of town weddings and ended up not even happy with the finished product. She even got some curls from the round brushes which held no problem and my hair didn't get frizzy at all after even though I was outside most of the day.

Very nice salon. There is a lot going on. It smelled really nice and everyone was friendly! My haircut was kinda bad though for how simple it was. Just choppy with a layer that's shorter than the others. I didn't notice till I got home. Went to a salon in Cortland and got it fixed cause I hate confrontation and don't want to make anyone feel bad.

I love Miracles Hair Studio. They are a very classy establishment that treat their customers first class. My hair stylist Dani is the cutest nicest little thing! Not to mention the fact that she is an amazing hair stylist. I've also gotten my nails done there before and had a great experience then too. They are moderately priced (about average for some of the higher end hair salons). I love that they have a whole realm of services to offer too.

Excellent haircuts and color! The employees are upbeat and professional and the one time I was unhappy with my highlights I was very quickly seen the same day, and treated very well with no charge. My stylist is Jess in Fayetteville and she has given me some of the best haircuts I've ever had and she gracefully listens to my nonstop talking. Kat is the only person I would ever trust to shape my brows! She does a great job and really listens to what I want. Kat also did some laser work on my face ( superficial veins form rosacea) I am still stunned at how well it worked! Kat got all of them. I recommend Miracles all the time to friends and family. My Mom also goes to Miracles when she's in town . She loves it. Last but not least , I see Cheryl for pedicures, she does a wonderful job and It's like I'm walking on air when I leave .
