I have given my JBL boombox for repairing under warranty on september -3-2020 the issue was regarding power button and battery problem, I was told that i will receive my product by 1 month maximum and from past three weeks I am calling harman customer care they are saying that my product has been repaired but @FLEXTRONICS is not sending it . I am waiting since 3 weeks and yet no escalation has been done by the customer care, when I called today for the information they said me to wait for 3 more days.
