EDIT: After posting this review, the problem has been solved by Informatique. Of course it would have been better if this was handled properly immediately.

Very bad customer service. After ordering a product, the description and image on the website turned out not to correspond with the delivered product. Customer service indicated that I could return this product, but had to pay the shipping costs myself for the new, correct product. This while they themselves acknowledged that this was a mistake on their part. Apparently the problem could only be solved if I took the costs.
