After being a customer for 12 years and never having any problems, a motherboard and keyboard no longer worked and both were active despite the warranty period, they were not repaired or replaced due to claims that lay with me. (Yes I manually crash my system to bsod via keyboard drivers)
Once they were good and really good but clear success which went to the head.
