When I ordered the product it took 8 days to get to me in the mail and when I got it I tried to install it for the first time it would not work and I fallowed the instructions. It took me four tries and on the fifth try it loaded. It did a scan and completed it but after all was done it did not make any difference to my computer. I am very disappointed with your product. Please do not charge my credit card because when I used it, it indicated that I had only 18 days left on the trial and I received it on 1-13-21. I will be removing it from my computer.
