We had to have a Comcast box and lines put in our front yard, we were worried about damage, picking up dirt and mess, and how our yard would look after. Fisk Communications crew went above and beyond our expectations! They were so courteous, picked up after themselves, kept our yard pristine and even made sure everything worked properly before they left. We were amazed! Thank you!!
The office staff were very friendly, and they explained the whole process. I had several questions, and ended up speaking to a few different staff members. They even held off a week and followed up with me so we could schedule a day that worked for me to be on-site and keep my dog out of the yard.

They called to locate utilities two months before they showed up to bury a Comcast cable. All the markings on the ground had washed away with the rain. Instead of calling for location markings again, the two very unskilled workers went ahead and cut my FIOS service with their burying machine. The Fisk supervisor refused to contact Frontier. The two workers ran off as fast as they could since I video'd their incompetence. I'm stuck without internet waiting on Frontier to repair Fisk's damage.
I dont know what they are doing in-front of my home but I moved my car for them to do I dont know what.. A notice would have been considerate as well before they block a damn whole driveway and blocked my mailbox for our delivery man.
These folks did the cable install from the street to my house for Comcast service. I called a week before the install and instructed them to run the cable to the side of my house instead of the front corner and they agreed it was no big deal. Install occurred yesterday and they ran the cable to the original location in the front of the house wrecking my flower bed and brickwork to run the cable. Exactly why I called in advance. Apparently they are unable to follow written instructions and have no respect for existing landscaping. They're coming out for another try to get it right but damage is done. Very unsatisfied with the situation.
The workers did a great job installing our cable. They were professional , and did a quality job. They also made sure everything (the landscape) looked the same as when they left as when they arrived. I would recommend them to my friends.
Thus company thinks it's ok to come and do work on your property without informing you, feet away from your vehicles. They were not there to do work for me, so why are their trucks in my driveway? Why us my landscaping continuously being damaged? The paint they use stays in your driveway for months, if not a year. What a joke they are.
I just wanted to tell you what a great job your team did at our house today in the cable laying for Comcast/Xfinity. They were very professional, and they cleaned up the site extraordinarily well. I was very pleased with their work. Thank you.
*** UPDATE *** I spoke with Jamie from Fisk about my concerns and issues of the crew digging up my yard. He was very quick to respond and resolve the problem. He personally replaced all the landscaping materials disturbed by the contractors, and personally did the work. I was very impressed with how quick he replied and resolved this problem. Shows a lot of integrity and good business practice.
I didn't even request the service they were contracted for, but they illegally trespassed into my yard to do so for my neighbor. In the process they tore up my bushes, pulled up my weed tarp, removed my mulch, and ran over other neighbors plants!!! I hated Comcast before this, but just reinforced shady companies do business with other shady companies.
I had a great experience with the service what the promise was done fast and early too .

Beware...........No respect for property did damage to my trailer by running over the tounge with a ditch witch while doing a job... then Poorly repaired they did not check it structurely liked asked my trailer which then snapped in half on our vacation damage my truck could have killed 6 of us and our dog or even other people on hwy .. now they dont want to take responsibility for there crappy fix and neither does there state farmers insurance.. not happy and will be posting all over social media they do sub work for comcast Xfinty .. customers beware if the cable company is doing under ground work for your property request that they send a different company ...

They enjoy surprising homeowners with multiple drilled holes in their front yard, with no prior notification. Will tear up your flowers, and provide no warning to you and your young children, who could fall into their deep holes. As such, I will be sure to avoid whatever internet company they are representing.
I use my house as a community representation with art and decorations, we take great pride in it! It was overwhelming to have a Fisk employee onsite show such respect and care to all of our hard work through the years! He took the time to knock on my door and let me know items that we'd need to move temporarily while they worked so they weren't harmed. Most workers would just come on your property and go about their work without worry of damaging priceless items that the whole community enjoys. I am also going to call Comcast and let them know what an amazing choice they made with partnering with Fisk Communications!
Fisk Communication is the biggest joke they did contact work for Comcast at my home for cable install from the street to my house. They ran the cable to the original location while doing so wrecking some trim around my water box out front. They have no respect for existing home owners property. Called to have it fixed, then 5 weeks later they come look say I did all the damage and wont fix it. Its $20 in wood and the time to repair. Yes I can do it, but I hate seeing people get taken advantage of by crooks like Fisk Communication company. I did underground work for many years for all the Verizon FIOS projects never once did a blame a home owner

My name is Ron Hoak, Jorge and Sosa came to my home to install an underground conduit for my Cable TV. They were diligent at their work and explained what they were to do. They got right to it and it seemed a short time later Jorge called to me that they were done. I went out to see and they had placed the end of the conduit exactly where it was to go. Nothing was disturbed above ground and they completed the connection where another crew had previously installed conduit for the cable. they tidied up their work, loaded up their equipment and were off to do another job. Great workers! Also, their supervisor, Jaime, was out a few days before and I explained where I wanted the conduit to go. Great communication between the supervisor and the crew. zero stars, fisks employees have came out twice to bury a cable line and left both times before complaining about the gravel being compacted. Didn t notify me of what was going on, and hasn t notified Comcast. They have bailed on 2 of my appointments, very unprofessional company and i highly recommend doing business elsewhere.

Fisk Communications was recently in our neighborhood drilling for communications conduit. One of their foremen stopped by the house and gave us contact info if we had any issues related to their drilling. I ended up having an issue with a spill of diesel that occurred during the drilling. They quickly responded by dropping by the next day (today) with landscapers ready to fix the grass where the diesel spilled and help patch up some other areas where they had opened up the ground for their project. I'm very happy with this quick response and follow-up. Thanks Paul for your quick response!

Fisk installed a new cable for Comcast at our home. The crew that buried the new cable cut one my irrigation pipes and and the wires for 4 of the zones. They did not inform us this had happened and when I went to water the yard I had major problems including pebbles in one of the values so it would not turn off. It took two weeks to figure out all the problems and get the irrigation system back on line. Yikes!
one of the most responsive contractors ever worked with. Fisk was subcontracted by Comcast to bury my cable service. They, and specifically, Mario, was just incredible. He responded to every email within hours, completed work on time and left job as it was when they started. I cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you.

Mario provided excellent service by surveying the project and communicating his plan to me. He is a hard worker who takes pride in doing the best job possible. He worked with me over several phone calls and visits to plan out how to bury the Comcast internet cable line. He always called me back promptly when I had questions or concerns and explained the process to me. When the job was done he called me to make sure I was satisfied with their job.
Jorge and Sosa came out to bury the line. They are very professional and hard workers. They kept to the plan that Mario created. Their digging machines were big, but barely left a trace. The disturbed ground was returned back to normal. They cleaned up after themselves. They worked quickly and efficiently.
All three men are excellent and I hope they are treated well for how hard they work.
