*** UPDATE *** I spoke with Jamie from Fisk about my concerns and issues of the crew digging up my yard. He was very quick to respond and resolve the problem. He personally replaced all the landscaping materials disturbed by the contractors, and personally did the work. I was very impressed with how quick he replied and resolved this problem. Shows a lot of integrity and good business practice.
I didn't even request the service they were contracted for, but they illegally trespassed into my yard to do so for my neighbor. In the process they tore up my bushes, pulled up my weed tarp, removed my mulch, and ran over other neighbors plants!!! I hated Comcast before this, but just reinforced shady companies do business with other shady companies.
