They called to locate utilities two months before they showed up to bury a Comcast cable. All the markings on the ground had washed away with the rain. Instead of calling for location markings again, the two very unskilled workers went ahead and cut my FIOS service with their burying machine. The Fisk supervisor refused to contact Frontier. The two workers ran off as fast as they could since I video'd their incompetence. I'm stuck without internet waiting on Frontier to repair Fisk's damage.
