Haven't been to a game since December 2014 this is a great hockey team had a great time will go again in the future!

Great time at the game. Nice having a local team to watch and not have to drive far. Lots of free ticket give aways, reasonable prices, great entertainment and place for young kids to learn and play the sport.

The new owners of the first Arena have done a great job in reopening the rink and truly hitting the ground running! They did an amazing job with the overnight event for the Five Rivers Council of the Boy Scouts of America! Fun was had by all including Youth and the adults! A large number of young Cub Scouts learn to ice skate for the first time that night! Thanks again to all I highly encourage everyone to give the arena another try!

Really great family friendly place to go. Decent prices for tickets. Food can be expensive (but that's expected for being a sporting arena). Had an amazing time.

Great place to go and watch hockey! It's usually a little chilly so always double up on layers!

Popcorn and fries really stale and everthing is over priced would like a refund for time wasted I'm not proud of the recent service

First time here first experience at this arena with the elmira enforcers. Really enjoyed myself had a great time with famy enjoyed the game the atmosphere the food wasnt very warm n a bit overpriced kinda not happy that they wouldn't take take credit cards had to pull $ out of an atm n accur charges.

Nice local arena, although a bit on the pricey side.

Enforcers are clearly inexperienced and don't practice their pregame shows. Whoever thought it was a good idea to explode that bomb during the national anthem should be fired, and does it hurt to at least recognize the fire alarm, and say that it's just a false alarm.
And after you realize that using the smoke machine delays the game because everyone needs to wait for all the smoke to dissipate, why on Earth would you bring it out again the next day?!
Parking also wasn't clearly marked, and it took me some time to find the garage.

Other than those things, it was a good night of hockey

Acoustics are not good for speakers at a graduation.

Great place for a great hockey game. Seats are a little tight but I'm not a bean pole either. The new team he Enforcers are good. Definitely will be going back. Just take cash for most of the food vendors.

Great hockey environment, crowd is energetic. Food selection is typical for a sporting event at an arena.

Went for my grand daughters graduation. Looks small from the outside but it's pretty big. Had a great time!

Small but quaint, was there for a convention. Many press boxes for watching events from. Not a big selection at the food counter and it's a bit over priced.

Over an hour getting out of the parking garage for what little fans that was there, is uncalled for need a better system.

I love me some hockey! The Enforcers put on a better show than the Jackals ever did. The arena itself is quite nice.

Horrible security. Kicked my two friends and myself out for NO reasoning because we were in front of the stage? Called the facility and they wouldn t answer or give any reasoning why we were kicked out. WORST concert experience I have ever been too.

Everything's was fine at the arena . . . but it took an hour and a half to get out of the parking garage

I live in Ks, but this was first hockey game I been to in NY...was pretty cool.

The First Arena is closed until late August or early September

It was terrible! No place to sit, and the music was very loud! Worst rink I have yet to visit!

New leadership has really tanked the locations quality as a whole.

Lots and lots of bathrooms!
Only gripe is there was very little wheelchair/stroller accessible dressing.

The events and games that are hosted here are always fun to check out. The staff is friendly and the service is as fast as it gets when it comes to tickets and the concession stand.

Best hockey ever here. The team is on their second year hopefully bring home a championship win jus like last year

Used to be home of an NHL farm team, now the home of a ECHL team. Not as big as the Verizon stadium in Manchester NH but still good to go for a good show. Plenty of things seem planned here year round and a parking garage located nearby for convenience. The bathrooms are plentiful but be warned the sinks are on a short timer with blow dryers, no towels, for your hands afterwards. Wish they would install hooks for coats and purses.
