Best damn store in the world for quality leather and canvas good

Filson has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been on hold for a total of over 6.5 hrs. For the price they charge for their clothes you would think they could hire more help. At a fair hourly rate the 2 items of Filson clothing I have would be free and they would owe me money. The clothes are overated to boot the quality has declined considerably from years past and they have gone to the yuppies!

Without good customer service a company will not get my vote. Filson has amazing products but the worst customer service (no one is on the same page) and horrible shipping policies (I placed an order over a week ago). It is easier to get something done through the bureaucracy of the government than it is with this company via phone or chat. Fix it Filson. You charge enough to provide good service and a good product.

If there is one place to visit when you're in Seattle, this is it.

If you like very well-made and very expensive gear that COULD theoretically be worn outdoors, then this is your store.

I have only shopped at Filson twice but both have been exceptional experiences. Their clothing line is of the highest quality, reasonably priced and supported in-house by a well trained sales team. Their team is friendly and extremely helpful. I was helped by the store manager, Corey, who is a great representative for Filson. I really like the jacket I purchased, as well as the belt. In fact, this is my 5th Filson belt. I am not your typical Filson customer, I am an urban type of guy. Nevertheless, I love quality clothing and great customer service. I will be back.

I would never order from this store. I bought a sweater that was advertised as a high end product online. It arrived and was LONG UNDERWEAR (no where in the description did it say ANYTHING about long underwear) that I paid $180 for. I sent in a ticket 4 times now to get the return processed with NO response. I sat on hold for 15 minutes today to be disconnected. This place is a JOKE! I am calling again and have been on hold for over 7 minutes and counting so we will see if I can reach someone. Clearly they do not pride themselves on customer service. TERRIBLE OVERPRICED AND MISREPRESENTS THEIR PRODUCTS ONLINE!!!!!!

Staff was incredibly friendly and they really know their stuff and have an appreciation for the quality and craftsmanship of their brand. Found out we were from out of town and gave us a whole itinerary of what we should do with the rest of our day. We took their advice and it paid off! Little things like that from the staff goes so far.

Best clothes brand in America! I want my stuff to last and keep up with my lifestyle and Filson is the brand that I have fallen in love with. There is no way to truly say how much I love this brand, short wind is that most of my closet is filled with Filson bags, shirts and jackets. I was introduced to this brand my my grandfather and its my go to ever since. Granted it is an expensive brand but totally worth it, They stand by everything they make; I have demolished shirts and they simply fix it or replace it, regardless if it was my fault or the shirts. Their bags and clothes can go from the deep forests of the Uinta's, then into a nice hotel and then back to my every day life of high school and work. Whenever I am in Washington I always make sure to visit their flagship store, its well worth the time, the staff is kindly and patience. 10/10 brand.

Best lifetime outdoor clothing and classic, timeless, style. I've been a Filson customer for over 15 years and still have everything I've ever bought and even after my bags have gotten tattered, Filson has mended them at no cost and the bag remains a personal attachment still because it carries the character and history I've put on them over the years.

I was greeted politely upon entry and taken care of throughout my shopping. Lo, the manager, even took down my number to call me back on the next restock of an item they didn't have in house currently.

Amazing store, great help and beautiful surroundings

Service is always hit or miss here, the employees I've dealt with clearly were not familiar with the products or their use. Filson used to be such a great company, one that the average person could go buy a great quality product that would last them a lifetime. Now it seems they are targeting only hipsters and people that want to look like they go outdoors. I have several items from Filson that I purchased years ago, and I love them, but I probably won't buy any more.

It's little things, like putting a 3/4 inch smooth leather shoulder strap on a briefcase, and not offering any alternatives (despite making several different straps for other bags, they are unwilling to sell them separately). It's difficult to really enjoy my $400 briefcase when it slides off my shoulder.

Awesome place. We held a corporate event in the store and the Filson folks running it were super helpful, friendly and attentive to my employees and my customers. Made for a really memorable experience that I'll be recommending to my colleagues as well as friends and family

The thing I like about Filson is how chill all the employees are. When I m dropping 300 bucks on a coat it s nice that they aren t pushy. That being said their tin cloth coats are legit! So much better than plastic train gear! And tougher too!
