I had purchased a battery for my escooter service was low class and not any support from owner. I had returned the battery but they wasted 1 month for refund.

Terrible service.
Have bought the Atomiser (fog machine) a week ago.... machine is working fine till date but service was really slow. The owner promised to deliver that machine on the same day and thus I made the payment online. In the evening I was told that the nozzle was defective and thus machine can't be operated. These kind of excuses went upto 5 days and finally I got my machine after 5 days of struggle. First I thought this can happen sometimes and keeping trust I ordered Atomiser solution and PPE kit on urgent basis. Before ordering I was committed time of 2 pm but like before excuses were there each time I called. I was committed final time of 4:15 pm and when I called the owner he was so rude that can't be explained over here and shouted at me telling that he has to handle many clients , he is busy and told to buy the said material from any other store and kept the phone. Don't buy from Future Lighting Solutions and if you want to buy, buy on your own risk.
Such a loser......now the owner replies that I was tested COVID positive and thus he didn't deliver the product at my home whereas till date I am not tested positive. Future Lighting Solutions's service was bogus but now the owner too seems to give false excuses. Terrible on their part.
