UPDATE: (FYI Joe was still great. He will always be a 5 star. This is for manager and finance department.) I went to make my first payment and finish signing some paperwork,(Monday February 17th) and I was kind of annoyed but mostly disappointed. When I sat down, I expected to sign an agreement that states the exact amount that was discussed and agreed upon the week prior. That didn't happen. None of the managers or financial departments gave me a call to tell me that they couldn't actually get me to where we discussed, and that my payment actually increased. I felt as though they told me to take the car and pay later because they know that I wouldn't have had a choice but to agree to whatever price they'd want to place me at. For future reference, please contact your customer and tell them about any plan changes. Even though I left with a positive note, I went home very disappointed with an extra $50 payment and felt lied too. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. Please be weary.

Joe Seblano was fantastic! I have been to a few dealerships before, but no body treated me more human. Joe was motivated, knowledge, and friendly. He went out of his way to walk IN THE RAIN to find me a car that will work for my budget. He's a great, funny, and compassionate. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE! Bought an Abarth (transmission went three days after buying it, but that's another story all together) three months ago. They transferred registration from our diesel pick-up, WITHOUT authorization to the new car. We are still sorting out the mess, which is proving to be difficult. They supposedly fixed this months ago and sent a new plate for our Fiat. According to the state of PA, our truck plate is still tied to the Fiat and the plate they sent us does not exist. GREAT. Thanks!

Alpha Romeo-Fiat of Maple Shade is a top shelf organization. Cristian, my salesman, knows the car very well and is a great guy. The service members are friendly and prompt and the environment is fun to be around. Alpha/Fiat of Maple Shade gave me a gift certificate to Stavra Photography Portrait Studio in Mt. Laurel, great gift. Now, onto the Fiat 124 Abarth. This is an amazing car, reasonably priced and I now wear a permanent smile. Thank you.

Alfa Romeo is The auto brand that, in the very near future will change the perception hundreds of thousands of people in the premier car market!! As Car and Driver Road and Track, and HD power, talks about how much they have dropped jaws, and just recently crushed the old nirbergeringTrack world record ,which porche held for years.. In shock with the vehicle in all ctegories especially performance of 505hp intercooled twin turbo I-6 3.9 L engine, agility , response yet very light artisan design. It's the full package and most vehicles don't even break into the top ten ,the first few years out. remarkable in that compact sport sedan class, we normally wouldn't even consider a vehicle which is unproven yet here in the U.S. but Alfa Romeo and Fiat estimate (Giulia will start to shock the automotive world, and yes they finished 1st of-10 different compact premium vehicles. 1st not 2nd to the audi not 3rd to the BMW, not 4 to the jag, .I'm very enthusiastic about the entire promotion! UPDATE: Two managers have admitted that there were "hidden fees" in the contract to trick the bank (but these were not explained to me). If you sign a contract, be sure to check the MSRP vs. the agreed upon price. Also, did you know that they'll let you forge a co-signer's signature even if they're not there?!

I leased a car with them and signed the contract on December 22, 2018. Since then (just over a month later), they have asked me to come back to sign two NEW contracts since then. They had no problem contacting me to ask me to come in.

However, since I've signed the third contract, I realized there are significant issues with the contract, and I've been trying for four days to get a hold of anyone who can answer questions with me, but I've been met with busy signals, been put on hold for 16 minutes with no answer, directed to voicemail, and told that people who can answer my questions are not in.

My experience at Fiat of Maple Shade was overall extremely pleasant. All of the employees were extraordinarily friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. George was extremely patient answering my numerous questions and explaining the car buying process. He even went the extra mile and helped us get through to our less than helpful insurance agency. Rich and Jim were both very friendly and extremely helpful! I walked away with the truck of my dreams and a smile on my face! In the future, my family and I look forward to doing business with Fiat of Maple Shade.

Mashell Hartman my salesperson was fantastic she understood what my needs were and work very hard to get exactly what I needed in order to purchase the Fiat 500X. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who has questions about the car or simply are interested in purchasing a car. She is a gem. I would also like to say all of the personnel at the Fiat of Maple Share were very helpful as well.

Wouldnt recommend. This dealership likes to give the idea that they are transparent and care but their actions says otherwise. Their listing price for a car i was interested in was quite high, salesman didnt even want to negotiate numbers even after inspecting it and finding problems with the car. They still wanted top dollar for a vehicle with many external and internal flaws and damages! Not to mention, they wanted to tack on $4000 for "dealership fees" ! I will never buy a car from here!

Professional, attentive and very helpful. Felix and Jessica listened to every word I uttered and I drove off in exactly what I wanted. They were great and so was Alex, the manager! Thank you guys for making this a great experience.

Came in to look at an Alfa Romeo Stelvio been doing test drives at different dealers for the last month or so and the sales person (also named Michael, funny enough) was beyond knowledgeable about every single facet of the vehicle and I m very much a car guy and was still blown away. Lease pricing was also insanely good highly highly recommend this dealer if you re in the market for a Giulia or Stelvio

I recently purchased a vehicle here. I was very disappointed by the customer service and the treatment I received. The ink from signature was barely dry when they started to dispute everything that was agreed upon (despite being in a written contract). It took me 4 months before they finally delivered on items that were in the signed contract! I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle there.

Walked in to buy a specific car on Saturday and was told it would arrive Monday. We gave a deposit to assure the car for us. Well Monday came and surely no car was there. Mike is a liar they can t keep their lies straight and so is Robert the manager . We gave them until Thursday to bring the car and surely still no car on Thursday . So I told them I wanted my deposit back . When I went for my deposit on Thursday they made me wait 1 hour for it! Robert stated my check would be ready by noon but his word as a MAN doesn t mean anything ! Very unprofessional management.
I guess they realized they were going to lose money from my purchase because they agreed to sell my a car for 18,000 . But since I was going to pay all cash there seemed to be a problem now with the vehicle. Even though Mike kept calling my husband saying the car was here and was never really not because we showed up numerous times and wasn t there. A bunch of liars and once you see what they really are about they want to treat you like a useless person and downtalk to you. Stay away from them. Give your business elsewhere.

I have had both good and bad experiences here, but as of lately more bad then good. It all started about 2 years ago when a sales person suggested i do a voluntary repo - i walked away from the situation thankfully - more recently i purchased a 500x from here (my mistake- should of never came back here) my paperwork wasn't completed when i took the car home on Saturday - when i got home i noticed there was a stain on the back windshield - I complained immediately via email and also called it in - when i went back on Monday they told me not to worry about it warranty will cover it and it will be a piece of cake. I told them i wanted another car and didn't want to go through the hassle - but they re-assured me there would be no hassle! 4 months later - I finally got the windshield replaced after plenty of hassle because i had to call continually to follow up - and they kept asking for pictures after they even took pictures. So now i have the windshield replaced - except now there is a scratch on it and there is a foam part coming out of the corner of the windshield - this is highly frustrating - I had to bring it back so they can fix it and look at it - i was re-assured again they will take care of me - they asked me to drop it off and i would have a loaner waiting for me to borrow and that i can swap back out after work. So needless to say they have failed me again!!! I got there at 8:15, waited 20 mins for a loaner, which when it got there it was enterprise - who then drove me over to enterprise and had me fill out paperwork on top of asking me for a credit card to put a hold for $50 bucks - seriously??? 50 bucks - what happened to it'd be there when i get there, what happened to not having to put out any money - taking uber will be less expensive. and on top of that i got a call that my 4 month year old car needs an oil change yet i haven't even put 3k miles on it - so i got a car that didn't even have an oil change taken care of prior to me purchasing - I ended up getting to work at 9:40am so i was 40 mins late thanks to them - i just want my car fixed so i never have to come back here again! i've given them business 3 times and will no longer continue Give them anymore business.

Wish I could give zero star, they tell you unbelievable deal over the phone to get you in to the showroom. Stay away from this place

Today I visited Fiat of Maple of Maple Shade based on a car that I saw on their website. The car did not fit my needs when I arrived . I went in the dealership with a set price of what I wanted to spend and I was working with Brett W. and he presented me with several other options that they had available. He worked with me and my budget that I wanted to stick to and he put me in a car that not only met my needs, it exceeded them. I am completely sastisfied with my experience here and I recommend the dealership if you want to have full control of your purchase. If/when you are in the market for a vehicle this is the place and ask for Brett W.

Agree with other comments--Avoid this dealership. This dealership first tried to rip me off by selling me a car for 15K that was listed for 7K on their website. KBB was also 7K. Couldn't reach a deal at the store. After I left, they called and said they agreed on my price only to drive back the next day and have the deal rescinded upon arrival. Used car manager was particularly unpleasant to deal with. Would never recommend this dealership.

Went there for a scheduled oil change. I asked the counter guy how much? He quoted me $69.99. Steep but ok, threw in a request for front windshield wipers only. Ended up paying $162. Apparently labor for installing windshield wipers is $75. I work on aircraft jet engines and don t get paid $75 an hour

My experience was very good and I am really not crazy about car dealerships. This dealership was a pleasent surprise. They made it very easy to pick out my car and drive it home.They did all the work for me and Jim Grimm was easy to work with on the finance part. My salesman George did a great job in helping me pick out my new car...I really love it even more then I thought I would...

Me and my boyfriend were looking to buy a car. We stopped by a good amount of dealerships and ended up stopping by to just look at a Alfa Romero and we ended up leasing one. Great customer service I mean the best. Kristian Roman is the guy to go to and he worked so hard to get us what we wanted. Don t hesitate going here, you ll leave satisfied!

The people here are pleasant, professional, friendly and excellent service. David and Nehan was very helpful and they both handsome David, with his beautiful greenish- blue eyes and Nehan with a beautiful smile showed great service. They explained everything to me and found a very nice Kia.

Went in to see how much cash down I would need to get into a WRX they had there and ended up leaving with it instead! All thanks to Miguel for making it happen. I don't think anyone else could have done it like he did, great experience all around from everyone involved.

This is my second time visiting this Fiat dealership and I have to say this visit was just as pleasant as the first.

Everyone knows once you walk into the door of any sort of retail business the sales staff jump on you like vultures but that's not how this place operates. Yes, their goal is still to sell you a car but they listen and actually try to help you meet your needs.

If you're shopping for a new car I definitely recommend this place and our salesman John McNulty.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my 2018 Fiat 124 Spider from Fiat of Maple Shade. They are located about 100 miles south of my home so they understood my need to have everything ready for me to sign when I arrived. Miguel was very helpful in securing financing and working with my insurance company to ensure that the purchase would be easy, which it was. The price was spot on, much better than any local dealerships, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend Fiat of Maple Shade.

For the sales side, the managers are personable and will take you seriously. SANDRA was amazing!!! She wanted nothing more than to give me the Stelvio I wanted. I highly suggest going to her because she will make sure your happy at the end of the day. She took us seriously and listened to everything we wanted. FELIX was a good caring manager, and ROBERT was also an awesome person to finalize the deal with. They went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable. JUST DONT LET THE LOT KIDS DRIVE YOUR CAR... and don't expect them to actually "detail" the vehicle. Just take it to a professional or do it yourself. Most dealerships dont do a great job "detailing" anyways. Very happy at the end of the day... just watch those potholes!

This is my second Fiat 500 Pop. Not only does Fiat make a great car, the sales team, Steve, Felix and Tony surpass any dealership i have been to. Everyone from sales to service are completely professional, courteous and go out of their way to help you. Because of Fiat of Maple Shade I will always and only buy Fiats from here on out!

Unfortunately I am editing my review at 6 months after I bought a Fiat 500 Pop from this dealership. I no longer have this car and sold it due to car issues and, I suspect, dishonesty. Allow me to explain. When I bought the Fiat I was told that I could take the car to any Chrysler Jeep dealer for any work covered under the warranty. If they tell you this, it is incorrect. Whether it was a purposeful lie or an honest mistake I do not know, but the Fiat under warranty can only be taken to a Fiat dealership. The closest one for me is an hour away. I ended up having to take the Fiat for warrantied work 3 times in 5 months. The final time it was towed into the dealership. Well that was enough for me. For how much I paid for that car, I am not about to take any more days off of work to have it worked on an hour away. ESPECIALLY when it happens 3 times in 5 months.

Look, I know they have to sell cars. It's what they do. Just be careful when dealing with Fiat. I left the dealership happy as a clam when I first bought the car but I feel pretty dang crabby about it now.

This is the worst car buying/leasing experience I have ever had. Thankfully my husband I walked out and avoided what others describe as an ongoing nightmare during the time you own or lease your car from these despicable people.
Test drove a Fiat 500L and made a decision to work out a lease deal. Was currently driving a car at twice the value (leasing at $399) of this 25K car and was expecting a 3 year lease price of approx. $270/month. Instead they kept us sitting and waiting for "the number" for much longer than was necessary. I gave them a time limit and said we were leaving in 5 minutes and finally they came with the amount written on a piece a paper...wait for it...$412/month...FOR A 25K FIAT (2017...THE WEEK BEFORE 2018). I laughed, told them they were nuts and got up to leave. Suddenly they said for another 1K down they could do $289...so $1000 over 36 months adds only $28 to the deal yet suddenly they can reduce their original monthly rate by $123 or $4,428...showing exactly how much they were trying to "rape" us with their first offer.
They're scum bags and I would drive twice the distance to work out a deal elsewhere.

Worst car buying experience ever! These people try to lure you into buying their car. New or Used. Used cars are about the same price of a new car. Rip off! NEVER EVER GO THERE. RUDE. ARGUED with the salesperson and left the lot !!!

Good experience buying a used car. Staff was helpful and polite, left with the car we wanted at a price that seemed fair for us and them. Check them out for your next car, they have more than just FIATs, lots of nice used cars. Thanks again
