This is the absolute worst place to buy ANY car. Extremely poor service/employees. They were complete assholes. I will never step foot on their lot again or recommend them. When we made an offer they didn't like, the woman snatched the papers up and fast walked away in the most snotty and ignorant way. I wouldn't take even a FREE car from them.

Jessica Medina was awesome, explain every single detail about the car. Im very happy with my car and glad she helped. i have bought cars in different dealerships and she is the best sales person i met. Thank you so much for helping me chose the best car for me and the right price.
Took my fiat in for a bcm replacement. Was called and upsold on an oil change. Noticed I had a serious oil leak after getting my car back that wasn t there before! Car isn t even drivable! Wouldn t recommend this place
My wife and I spent the whole day looking for a new car and we finally ended up at Fiat of Maple Shade. All great cars but we finally leased an Alfa Romeo Stelvio TI. Beautiful. Gia DeJohn was our sales person and she was great to deal with. She greeted us immediately upon arrival. She is new to Fiat of Maple Shade and I put her through the wringer. If she can deal with me, she can deal with anybody. She is very friendly, cordial, polite and great to do business with. I hope she has a long career at Fiat. A+++++++++++++++++
If a zero was available it would have been given. They say first impressions are lasting ones and you can't get past their parking with feeling filthy. Their parking lot is full of pot holes and I mean craters where you are weaving in and out just to avoid them and then starring you in the face is the entrance to the service center with no garage door to hide the filthy looking conditions inside there. So you then go inside and here is the two sales managers sitting atop their thrones on an elevated platform in the front of the showroom monitoring the sales or lack of activity. And trust me you would not buy a bicycle from them just a filthy dirty parking lot and showroom. STAY AWAY!!!!
This was the the best no-hassle car buying experience I've ever had; the staff was courteous, helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of and happy with my vehicle selection and purchase.
Worst car buying experience ever. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy! I bought a used GMC Sierra truck. I was lied to on multiple occasions as follows. The vehicle was used and had a 100% warranty for 30 days, as part of the deal they agreed to extend that warranty to 90 days. Upon reading the fine print, the warranty they gave me was for engine and trans only and for 50%, not 100%. When I called them on it they told me it was a state law that they could only pay for 50% after 30 days and would not honor the original agreement. You don't have to be a lawyer to know that there is no such state law. They also owed me money back on the purchase because my trade in was worth more than the car I bought. I was told I had to wait for them to sell my car in order to get the money I was owed. When I called their office in Cherry Hill I was told that they shouldn't have told me that and I could come and get the check at any time. Lie number three. They owed me tires and a gas cap (they told me the engine light was on because it needed a new cap) as part of the deal. I called to schedule these items and was told that it has only been a week and that they had to order these items. I called again a week later and was told the same thing. I call Burns GMC, which is about 10 minutes from the Fiat dealership, and they told me these items are in stock, you don't have to order them. Not to mention that these items are also in stock at Pep Boys, Auto Zone, etc. When dealing with car dealers I understand there is usually a level of BS to a certain degree, but this went far beyond that, it was insulting! Lie number four, the engine light came back on, it wasn't a gas cap that was the problem. It was an evap leak, a $600 job. I was so disgusted with the dealership, I paid for this repair out of my own pocket so I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore. The day after I bought the vehicle it rained. I couldn't see because one of the wipers didn't work. When I told them about it, I was told that wipers are no longer required to pass NJ inspection and they wouldn't replace a $20 wiper arm. I don't think it is unreasonable ask to be able to see when it rains when you drive a car off the lot. I dealt with a few car dealers in my time but never dealt with anything like this.
Mashelle and Alex did a great job of assisting me with my purchase. They worked out the deal that I was looking for. They were attentive while I waited for the paperwork to be processed. Thanks for all of your help.
John was awesome. I bought a 2015 challenger from these guys and when i got to the dealership they had my name personalized on a tag in car! The service was great wasjt too aggressive at all and made sure i got the best deal i could get with the car. I would come there anytime for my next car! And they fed me latin food lol
I went to fiat over weekend after test driving a ford and expected to just look. My boyfriend thought it would be fun to drive the Abarth so we went for it and I test drove the 500x. Once we drove them we realized we could be very serious about both purchasing the vehicles. Did some research over the weekend with other dealerships and got our trade-ins appraised so once we went back on Monday we both had a number we expected to pay. Our sales agent Tracey was awesome and managers Alex and Felix were great. We both made a deal that we were comfortable with and the staff stayed until about midnight to make sure our insurance, paperwork and vehicles were ready. We both love our cars and would recommend Fiat Maple Shade to anyone looking for a new car.
My visit with Fiat of Mapleshade was awesome! It was a refreshing to feel relaxed & to be able to enjoy the whole car buying experience.. Everyone was so nice & helpful with no pressure..They have a large variety of vehicles to choose from & will go the extra mile to help you find what you are looking for. I Highly recommend them for your next car buying experience...
This is a terrible dealership. I was disgusted with my experience. My niece wanted to get a fiat and this was the closest dealer to her home. The dealership is the definition of bait and switch, as noted by others. If not present, my niece would have seriously been taken advantaged of.
After a test drive of the vehicle, an offer was presented to us for consideration. Once advised that the deal was not acceptable, they proceeded to ask what would be viable via their "deal sheet", terms on scratch paper. An acceptable number was presented followed by it being accepted after a continuous back and forth and a waste of time. Credit verification was also complete at this phase so they could present a valid interest rate.
After the paperwork was ready, many hours later (when this said it would take 30 minutes), the terms were completely different then what was discussed. They attempted to have my niece sign the paperwork advising she was "just refusing options we did not accept", not the final document. I discarded the paperwork. The deal changes included the wrong amount AND additional months of payments!
After another hour, the original deal (or close to it) magically was represented for contract execution, after they were advised continuously that we were leaving and they were not providing pricing as promised.
I recommend not acquiring any vehicles from this location. Also, they should change their business practices as this is no way to ever treat a customer.
Went to several delearships and got shot down at every one. Eddie and the team here worked magic and got me in my first brand new car. Great experience.
Purchased a vehicle here in 2019. Called to talk to customer service and the sales department. I would advise you to coach your team to be more pleasant when talking to customers.
Excelent car buying expirience the treat was excelent
The sales person Mashell hartmen treated us very well And all the paper work was done in less time that I expected we was in and out in no time
Also i will like to thank MR FELIX RAMOS SALES MANAGER FOR TREATING US WITH RESPECT AND FOR MAKING THIS HAPPEND LOOKING FOR DIFERENT OPTION FOR US TO MAKE THIS CAR BUYING EXPIRIENCE EXCELENTE. ...
I WILL HIGHLY RECOMEND FIAT OF MAPLE SHADE FOR YOUR CAR BUYING EXPIRIENCE IM LOOKING TO DO BUISSNES WITH FIAT OF MAPLE SHADE IN THE FUTURE AGAIN
THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE EXCELENT CAR BUYING EXPIRIENCE
I had an outstanding experience shopping for my first car. I've always loved the shape of FIATs and the salesman Corey Grant showed me that there was much more to my car than a cool shape! I'll definitely recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family in search of a new car.
These guys here really help me out to own my first car the process was great and easy the lord was on my side on this one guiding me to get the right car for me I thank them so much for all there help everybody please pay them a visit you won't be disappointed THANK YOU!!!!!!
very friendly staff. Great prices!! Steve Reyes in parts department was a huge help. He is very professional and is all about customer satifaction. Will be taking my business to them from here on out!
Had an excellent experience at Maple Shade. Miguel Regueira was outstanding, he provided excellent service answering all questions, and extremely professional and knowledgeable. Smart and Trustworthy!! As a result, we are on our way to buy a new car.
Worst customer Service ever. I would give 0 star for their customer service. I bought gap insurance when I finance my car thru them. When I paid my loan early, I called them for refund for my gap insurance. Wherever I called them, they never pick up my phone or return my voicemail. It s almost 12 months. Now, finally they pick up my phone after 12 months. they are telling me that you need to come in person to cancel my gap insurance after 12 months.
I was out of town otherwise I will go personally to this car dealership, but I couldn t.
Incredibly poor customer service from the lady who answers the phone to the mechanics. Cherry Hill Triplex moved their Mechanic Shop to FIAT of Maple Shade. Was literally told that my business was not a priority to them. I won't be shopping at Cherry Hill Triplex again. Avoid if you can.
Visited Alfa Romeo today just to look around, because I wasn t quite ready to trade my car in yet. As I was walking around I was greeted by Joe Seblano. I explained to him why I was there and he told me if I had any questions he would be more than happy to help. We started talking about some of the cars I was possibly interested in and he took me for a test drive in a few, even knowing I wasn t really looking to buy just yet.......well I ended up walking out with a new car! Joe Seblano and management were extremely helpful and were not pushy. Joe is definitely not your typical salesman, he truly cares about his customers! He bent over backwards to get the deal done and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I highly recommend that you ask for Joe Seblano when you visit.......you won t be disappointed!
Went to the fiat of maple shade to pick up a bike and ended up making a friend. Chuckia Arnold took very good care of me from greeting me in the parking lot all the way through. Did I mentioned they fed me? Thanks guys.
I loved the amount of help and energetic people around me. i was buying my first car and ive hit many negative points and they made it possible to knock out each one and make it possible! for that, they did a great job and they were all very patient. i thank you for everything! big shoutout to eddie and alex!!
(See second paragraph) I feel like I got a really good price on a car that I really like a lot (Fiat 500L Trekking). They even got me a good interest rate on my loan (better than I was pre-approved for). I had some minor issues with the car after all the paperwork was signed, but my very nice sales person, Pete Makropoulos, took care of everything as if I still hadn't bought the car yet. Tracy, who got me through the incredible amount of paperwork was really nice also.
Extra Note: Though the above is all still true, there is one thing that REALLY disturbed me in the end; When they got me that great interest rate and told me my monthly payments, I assumed that it was for a 5 year loan. When I went over my paperwork later at home, I realized that they had given me a 7 year loan and added a $2000 charge for an extended 2 -year warranty. I was not sold this package (I am sure because I would never have taken the deal - it increased the cost of the car by %20). When I called and asked them to take it off they did so immediately, but I feel they were very underhanded in slipping that in without my permission. Obviously, I must have signed a paper allowing it, but the paperwork is immense and they rush you through it.
I purchased a 500T from this dealership a month ago. My sales experience was good. I wasn't pushed into buying a car on my first visit. I had thought I wanted a more expensive model, but the salesman helped get me into the right vehicle or else I would've spend thousands more. They fulfilled a few "we owe" items without giving me any trouble. Be sure they've written anything owed into the contract. Although I didn't have trouble with items that weren't written in. You may have to stay on top of them, hence the 4 not 5 stars. Moreover, the service department has been great. Very courteous and prompt. My "repairs" were nothing out of the ordinary for a car that been sitting on a lot. I asked them about the reviews that are on here from a while ago. I was told they've completely overhauled the service staff since that time, and I can confirm that it shows. The new service manager Mike, and other staff like John, blew me away with their courtesy, willingness to help, and respect to their customer. My experience has fortunately been opposite of earlier reviewers. Thx to them for posting as it seems to have made a difference.
Bunch of phonies and crooks work here, they love to waste your time.Texted and called me all day to come in and see the car I found on their website, that really does not exists, then when you go to fiat maple shade they (Alex) says oh it just sold, and the car is still on the website... LIARS!!!!! Alex and Brain and everyone else that works there suck at customer service. I would recommend you never go to Fiat Maple Shade New Jersey.
Chuckia Arnold helped me through the entire process along Alex. My situation was definitely complicated but not only did they both assure me that everything would be ok they worked with me from begining to end. They are old school in their customer service which is hard to find in this day and age. I'd recommend Fiat of Maple Shade to anyone that is looking for a cool car, great on gas, has all the bells and whistle, is comfortable and designed to perfection. These people work for you. Thank you Chuckia and Alex.
Truly I wish I could rate it 4.5. I am extremely happy with my purchase of the vehicle. I love my new FIAT and the way it drives. The buying process was fairly painless. When I first arrived a salesman came up to me and my boyfriend as we were looking at the cars. I told him that for now we just wanted to look and he gave us space which was fantastic! The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because of the salesman. After deciding on the car I wanted to test drive I told the salesman and he double checked it with my boyfriend. To which my boyfriend responded that I was the one purchasing the car not him, so everything should be directed to me. Even after saying that the salesman often spoke just talking to my boyfriend, or asked if "we" were okay with the deal. Minor things like that, which were really annoying. HOWEVER, that being said I got a fantastic deal, and everyone besides my specific salesman was extremely polite, friendly, respectful, and more!
Bad bad purchase experience. The advertising account doesn't coincide with what they ask you to pay. Bunch of cheats... Avoid it at all cost. Heart less monsters..!!!!
Service Rep Bruce Beyerle is amazing. He makes the service visit process and actual service a pleasure. He knows how I am with my car and goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right. Most recently I came in to replace the battery and Bruce took care of it under warranty. No$$$
The dealership looks small, but they surprisingly have a wide selection of vehicles to select from. David is by far the most professional and knowledgeable salesman I have ever worked with to purchase a vehicle. He knows so much about every make, model, and year of any car on (and off) his lot. Make your appointment with him today and drive away in your dream car!
HORRIBLE , do not bring your car to get auto body work repaired here , my car was in the shop for almost 2 months (I needed a new bumper and headlight / fender
When I came in a month to pick my car up the parts were all unaligned wasn t in place , all spacings, lights weren t on correctly front hood was uneven , they even left a box in my car with a car part! Rushing , then I left my car again so they can refix it and When I come 2 weeks later it STILL Wasn t fixed correctly . Very bad customer service also
If 0 stars was available then I'd sure choose that. It started when someone decided to reach out to me via text asking for me to come in. Reason why was because I decided to get another truck with a bigger bed then I had. Once I got to the dealership I was a little Leary because the sales rep Jimmy stated that the price online was not honored which is what got me into the door in the first place. To not honor what you are advertising is considered false advertisement and deception. To make it better my truck was being traded in with roughly same mileage and 1 year newer than the next one and 5k dollars in upgrades. However what their financial managers stated is that the truck I was looking at was valued at 10k more than my truck with no other features than mine. Made no sense at all. What does make sense is to stay away far from these guys. If you're viewing this than it's a warning to not make a purchase here unless youd like to buy something with inflated prices with no justification.
Go somewhere else, they are gonna put hidden fees without telling you until you sign. They kept me for 5 hours with documentation just to place these fees. Ofcourse I was tired and signed just by trusting them that everything will be as agreed.
I was extremely satisfied with my sales consultant Chuckia Arnold. She was extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who comes here searching for a vehicle at this dealership. Best of luck to anyone
Went in to the parts + accessories yesterday for some coolant that I couldn't find anywhere else by Mopar, as quickly as I needed it .. and the guy at the window helped me so much! Thank you!!! ...I've purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and have done all my repairs here as well and it's been a while since I've been in until recently and I haven't always had the best experiences with services/customer care in the service side of the dealership, but it seems like they've hired a bunch of new employees and in my 10 min there, they were all super nice and overall I just had a really nice experience. :)!
The most disorganized and unprofessional staff. Check out downingtown, pa Fiat where u can get real customer GENUINE service. I was told I wasted thirty minutes of their time cause they wouldn't bend in price. Well, downingtown pa fiat bent and was much happier with their service and deal and got the car I love.
They lied to get us into the dealership, kept us 2.5 hours trying to sell us a car well above our budget (which we had communicated via text a week ahead of time.) They offered us 1300 for our used Fiat, which I'd bought 2 years prior. We towed the car to the local Toyota dealership, who not only offered us three times as much, but found a car that met our needs within 30 minutes.
They also tried to get us to sign a handwritten contract, and used every cliche used car salesman tactic in the book to keep us in the building.
When i went to Fiat today (april 11, 2017) i was nervous because i thought they would offer me bad service. Kristian helped me and he was great. I know i drove him crazy bc i was back and forth with my thoughts but he was patient and i ended up with the car i wanted at the price i wanted. I would refer my family and friends to Fiat because my service was outstanding. This was my first time every buying a car, but they made me feel comfortable. I will go back here if i wanted another car.
My experience here was great! I was greeted immediately and they helped me every step of the way. The manager, Andy was super friendly and made us feel welcomed. He worked to make everything suit my needs. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone!
This guy was great. I wasn't sure what to expect but this salesman named Joseph Seblano, was incredible. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and definitely went the extra mile to work out a great deal.
Highly recommend him and Alfa Romeo in Maple Shade.
Terrible customer service the manager was extremely rude. He sent me impolite text messages and when I called him he was nasty. Was pricing for an Alfa they didn t want to work with me over the phone or email insisted I had to go there.
Here s exactly what the manager text me Im sure you are always working a deal with the dealerships thats closer to you right so why would I work out a deal over the phone to keep your local dealer honest? If youd like to bring there pricing here, we can work something out
I would ve drove an extra 20 minutes further if their customer service and deal was better. Why would you text that to a customer?
This was the third dealership that I spoke with and I walked in there not thinking that I was going to be able to finance a car. I told them my budget and which car I wanted and they made sure that my first car buying experience was great. There was a little raffle going on(which I'm waiting to win) and they took me to get lunch. I didn't think I was going to get my car but I'm in love with my 2010 Kia Optima EX. It's a GIANT step up from my 2001 Hyundai Elantra. Bye Bye to Sylvia the Elantra, Hellloooo to CoCo the Kia !!! I'l be sending my sister here for her first car. Thank You Fiat of Maple Shade :*
I lost my car keys for my Fiat Abarth and they were able to get me the cheapest module and keys for my car. I was also able to get them in a matter of a week. John from Services is exceptionally helpful. He went out of his way to help me by making sure the key replacement wasn't too pricey. And when I had issues with the honk not working after I brought it to get the new key reprogrammed with my vehicle, the service took less than 20 minutes and I wasn't charged any extra fees.
I really appreciate these guys from Services and Parts. If I ever need anything done with my Fiat, I'll make sure to come back here again.
The only reason why i place a one star and not zero star is that it is not physically possible. They use an online communication salesman Brian who just lies to attract people to their cars. They dont listen at all to their clients and just push for different cars and lie. Robert didnt help at all. He just tried to keep us in his store to provide more lies. I left. What is the point? The car I was promised was there at 10 am today on the phone was sold yesterday evening. They are so bad at selling that the different salesmen contradict each others. It is pathetic how much they lie.
The prices they advertise aren't in line with the prices they're selling the vehicles for. I landed in their SMS "automation" (not automated as it was a rep sending them out individually), and after requesting that I don't get any add'l texts the calls and voicemails began. Not the best way to win over a customer.
Very easy and smooth transaction. Didn't have to spend all day at their dealership to get the lease payment I wanted. Thanks everybody for making car shopping fun again!
Very bad customer service and check the advertise price before you go... they would charge you more than the price and if they promised you to give u something get it while you r their because they will lie to you and tell we will give it to you later but they will not.. they promised me to give me floor mat three month ago and every time I call them they say either will give you call back or we just put the order... you can t trust them and don t trust their prices
Fiat of Maple Shade can kiss my business goodbye. The salesman (George) kept skirting my questions and patronizing me because I look like I'm sixteen I'm sure. Whoever drove my jeep to check the trade in value smoked in my car. When I told the salesman I wouldn't be purchasing that day, he tried to blame it on my boyfriend who I had mentioned was my fiance at least three times. To top it all off, when I asked for a copy of the numbers we talked about so I could think about it, I was given the number verbally and basically shown the door! I love the fiat 500 but when I buy the car, I'll drive across the bridge to Delaware and let that dealership take my money.
Service department was a savior <3 Was already having a really bad day and was jerked around by a horrible AAA center. After 2 tow trucks and around 30 calls to other places looking for a hard to size tire, I stumbled across this dealership. I paid more to tow here but it was worth it. These kind men and lady had me back in the road and all fixed up within an hour or so. Thank you so much for showing me kindness. Even washed my salt covered car! All my business for my Fiat now goes over to Jersey!
Great place to buy a car! everyone is so nice and want to help you get the care of your dreams! they work with what you have and do everything they can to get you the car you want! Workers are extremely friendly and make you feel at home! i will definitely go back when i need to buy my next car!
They had very nice salesmen but they made a mistake in the purchase of my friends car. I was supposed to be a co-signer and instead they put my name on the car instead of my friends. I was not please with that because I was not purchasing a car why was the car under my name?
I just recently purchased another Fiat and i absolutely love it! Tracy is the BEST! She treated us like family, and she was so patient with us! Our experience at this dealership is always great. All the staff are friendly & polite! We love our vehicle and we love being apart of the FIAT Family!
Just picked up my van, job well done, but I'm giving a two star rating because someone took my phone holder from my vent and that theft. I don't do thief's very well.
John Mc did a fab job of showing me the right car to fit my budget and credit. I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family for a preowned car as their inventory is super clean. Their new car inventory (Fiat) is the best within hundreds of miles. Very pleased I went here to buy a car!
Purchased a car from Dave and he was very knowledgeable about every car brand both new and used. He made the paperwork painless and working Ed the manager was awesome too. Overall great experience. Definitely will buy another car from Dave!!!!
Classic sleaze that gives good dealers bad reputation. Bothering me via text messages and say yes to anything I would ask for but won t honor the online deal or commit to any specific vehicle in stock. All they want is for you to come in so they can haggle. When pressed I was passed on to a sales manager that laughed off whatever the texting associate offered me you didn t seriously think you were going to get this vehicle for this price, did you? Maybe you can t afford an Alfa! I m glad I didn t waste a day at this place. Took the lease on a $47,000 vehicle to a respectful dignified and attentive dealer 20 miles away and got out in 15 minutes with my dream car.
I went to this dealership about a month ago and had a terrible experience. We asked for the bottom line price from the very beginning and never got a straight answer. We asked several times what their interest rates were and they essentially ignored the question for 2 hours. We didn't end up buying the car and the sales "manager" told us we wasted their time. I ended up buying my Fiat in Downingtown. Much better customer service, better prices, and all together better experience. Do not waste your time at this dealership.
Scheduled an appointment for "Buy It Today" pricing on a leftover 2012 Fiat 500 with the Internet Manager Tom. We had a lovely sales lady named Keri. Took the car for a test drive. It's now time to buy the car. She comes back with a quote $1750 more than the online price I printed from their website. The sales manager said I didn't qualify for the Military $500, or the $1000 rebate for people that own Volkswagens. The other $250 was never explained. We asked her why they would advertise rebates most people do not qualify for. She agreed it was misleading. I wish them lots of luck.
I have recently purchased a Fiat Abarth from Fiat of Maple Shade and I have to say that it was a great buying experience. I test drove the car on Saturday, Sep 26th after which I made an inquiry online; first thing Sunday morning I received a phone call from the Internet Manager, which put me in touch with Tony and Felix (in store managers). On Monday when I came in I was helped by Tracy Gooden (sales associate), who was very nice and knowledgeable. Long story short I ended up buying a car (I also purchased the additional available insurance for 7 yrs or 70k miles), which I didn t expect; I got a too great of a deal to pass up. The dealership stayed open even after hours to make sure that my paperwork was straightened out and I was able to drive the car home. The sales team did a fantastic job of getting me what I wanted. Even after I purchased the vehicle Mr. Felix contacted me to see how I like that car and if I was happy with my decision. My answer is yes and I have to say I would recommend this car and dealership to a friend. Overall I received great customer service and an awesome price.
