I bought a used truck back in May. Since it was in the middle of a lock down due to covid it wasn't a normal transaction buying a vehicle. I was lied to about several different things from the sales person and the finance manager. They told me the vehicle was serviced with new brakes and tires. Nothing was done, they didn't ever bother to change the oil. They also took the truck 4 wheeling the night before I went to pick it up. The two losers I was dealing with have been fired but all I got were apologies from the new management ,no one offered any restitution to correct how I was treated. I wanted a particular truck in a particular color that they had. I have never dealt with such an incompetent dealership. I would never recommend doing any business with this dealership. The owner should be ashamed of himself.

Great experience overall, the staff here is friendly from the front door without being pushy or hawking your every move. Shout out to my sales guy Joe Seblano, who was awesome, got me EXACTLY what I asked for without the run around act. Definitely worth checking them out if you need new (or new to you) wheels.

I would definitely recomend this dealership! My family is very grateful for the help we got getting approved for a desperately needed car loan. Ive been on so many wild goose chases by other dealers that promised to help us only to be dissapointed Hezekiah assured me that we weren't wasting our time coming in for some reason I believed him. Worst service I've ever received.. Took me forever to get up my nerve to actually go to a dealer again.. Go anywhere but here.. If you're set on a Fiat.. Drive up north jersey or Pennsylvania it's worth the 2 hour drive not to be treated so poorly.. Classic bait and switch and the guy that came over to give us price ripped up the paper rather than give me quote since I said I wasn't sure I was ready to buy that day since I had just started looking and was stressed..i had just suffered a tragedy, which i shared with them..that I was interested in knowing price and so on.. As I was walking out he said oh I guess it's too late now with a laugh.. Smug.. Run!!!!!!!!! Bullys don't deserve to make commission

Miguel Regueira was outstanding, he provided excellent service answering all questions, and extremely professional and knowledgeable, he was able to answer all questions regarding car and was extremely friendly with my 2 children & wife who came along with me.

Don't go! The sales guy says one thing and it you think it is a done deal, but then the finance guy says something else and just keeps trying to get you to focus on your payment amount and adds months to the term to keep the payment where it is supposed to be. He's really unprofessional and disrespectful and acts as though it's your problem that you are concerned because that means the total purchase price went up. Then, he acts like it's your problem for cancelling the deal over a few thousand dollars because it's not the same deal you agreed on with sales. If you think of the worst car dealership experience you've ever had, this would be it!

The worst collision center. My door and fender needed replacing after I was in an accident, and progressive referred me here.

When the car was done, there were remnants of white body filler or paint all over the interior of the car, the door and window were not aligned correctly, the door lock indicator was positioned incorrectly, the door handle was really loose, and the paint had a ripple effect.

After contacting a manager about these issues, the only things that were fixed were the door handle and the door lock indicator. It was clear while talking to the manager about the other issues, nothing was going to be done. He proceeded to act as nothing else was wrong, or not a big deal. I would highly discourage anyone from taking their vehicle here for any body work.

Ok.. this is my first time writing a review.. on Thursday 6th of September 2018 i brought my fiat 500 sport to this dealer. My car was not working because i left it for two months idle ( no it's not battery problem i checked) they told me they will do a FULL diagnosis to my car .. on Friday they called me and told me the car is not working because the oil pump is not working.. and my car didn't have enough oil pressure to work .. i'm not sure why a car will not start because it did not have oil on it .. i know it can start but it will destroy the engine.. so they wanted $1300 to fix it .. i told them not to work on it and i will take it to another work shop.. when i came to them i asked about the receipt and i want to know what is wrong with the car. It stated that there is no oil pressure and the car won't start .. i asked where is the failure codes ? What are the numbers the diagnostic device showed ? They told me that they didn't check the car the only checked the oil pressure.. thin i insisted to show me the numbers they found on my car and write the on the receipt. They wrote the pressure on the receipt and that's it !! ... Finally i got in my car and tried to start it and it start! But some weird sounds came from the engine .. i opened my hood and found out they emptied the coolant water and the oil was over the top ... One day before i brought it i checked my oil and it was on the line .. the coolant wasn't low at all .. so i'm not sure what they did to my car but please try to take your car to different service shop !

Update: i took the car to another service shop the told me they found some oil valves disconnected and that was my only problem .. they fixed it for $50 ( only charged me for the diagnostic)

So what i concluded : fiat of maple shade tried to make me pay $1300 for basically nothing!

Update 2: i came back to them and asked for a refund for the wrong diagnostic.. the service guy offered a free oil change and told me we charged you for one hour labor and what we determined that your car needs oil pump replacement...

I had a tree fall on my car. Progressive sent me to Fiat of Maple Shade collision center for the repairs. I left my car there. My mistake was not taking everything out of my car. The car ended up being totaled and when I went back to retrieve my things, some were missing, including a gps and a trifold organizer/toolkit from my glove compartment that had my registration, insurance, and documents with my personal information on them. They said they would have the manager call me the next day and they never did.

I have gone from place to place and been given the BS lines and treated like a number with insincere sales approaches, when I went to Alfa Romeo of Maple Shade and met Joe Soblano. He was very sincere, knowledgeable and accommodating regarding the 2018 Audi A6, we were interested in. I was done ifficult, because I knew what I could do and he was flexible and treated myself and my wife with respect and candor! Needless to say, I will be purchasing my next car from him, because Joe put our needs fist! When I couldn t find my phone, he even brought it to my home . Went to look at a used car priced online for $5K under the pretense that they were having a "end of month sale" hoping for a price reduction. I was told because it was the internet price, there would be no reduction. I tried negotiating - they would not come down from the internet price at all. Staff was pleasant, but be weary of promises of "sales" before going and be ready to have a hard time negotiating.

It should be noted that I did not purchase the car at this dealer. The service department did not care that vehicle was not purchase from their dealership and went above and beyond to make sure my car would not suffer any damage. It turned out to only be a brake switch and was fixed in a few minutes under warranty. I wanted to thank the service department for not making me feel like a customer but rather like family. I bought a used car from this dealership. At the time of viewing the car, it seemed to have no damage on it. Sooner than later (after I signed all of the paperwork and took it home), it rained and all of the cosmetic issues were exposed. The car had serious damage on the whole right side of the car and lots of scratches and chips all over. The dealership hid the damage by using cheap touch-up paint. When I went back to the dealership to return the car, the managers were extremely rude and ignoring what I was saying and they walked away. In addition, the dealership charged way more than price as advertised. DON'T GET STUCK IN MY POSITION, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP!

Got to the point where they just stopped taking my calls. So they are trying to keep almost a $4,000 Dollar difference. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! Take your business elsewhere. Wish I could do a no star review. Do yourself a favor and don't even walk into the dealership. My wife and I went in to look at an Alfa Romeo Stelvio. Our current car's lease is about to end. We liked the car but our current car still needed to turned in to the leasing company. Our current car had some damage to the fender and wheels so we decided we wanted to repair the car before giving it back. They insisted we should leave $100 deposit on a credit card to hold the car we looked at for one week. After one week our car was still in the body shop and would still be in for another week. I called the dealership to have my $100 deposit refunded. The dealership told me it was their policy they could not do it over the phone and I had to come in. So, I drove over a half hour to the dealership to get my refund. When I got to the dealership they started playing their usual sleazy car salesman games. Now they tell me now I would need my paper receipt in order to have a refund processed back to my credit card which I did not have on me. No mention of the receipt was need it when I spoke to the salesman over the phone, just that they physically needed my credit card. After a brief argument with a sales rep I went into the parking lot and called my credit card company and filed a dispute. Now, they lost the sale of a $45,000 car over a simple $100 credit card charge. I'm still planing to buy an Alfa but certainly not from a dealer that acts in such a manner. After serving as a patron of the service center of Fiat and Alfa Romeo of Maple Shade and being bombarded by sales associates to partake in the buy back program, I finally caved. In November, I spoke with Pete about trading in my Fiat 500 and buying a Jeep Renegade that had been sitting on the lot for months. I liked the deal he offered, but my credit needed repair before I could even have applied.

In February, I returned, The Jeep was still available for the same ludicrous price about $5,000 over market value. The deal we discussed was no longer on the table and the price was no longer negotiable. After discussing financing options and running my credit (I immediately got a hit from my credit monitor) that would alleviate the high price, we agreed on a trade in and a price ($419 a month at 5.2% interest). I gave $1,000 down, left with the Jeep and would return in a week to sign the final financing paperwork with my co-signer.

THIS IS WHERE IT GETS SCAMMY. I sat down with Rob, the arrogant and condescending "finance guy". We go through paperwork for warranties, insurance, etc, etc. The final form goes over the financing. The rate at which we had AGREED UPON was now null and void. The monthly rate was now $575 at an interest rate of nearly 15% ($14,000 in interest over 6 years for a car worth $17,500). an immense difference from what was previously discussed.

I was told that the previous figures were just what our buddy Pete sort of kind of thought someone with my credit would pay if (AND THAT'S A VERY IMPORTANT IF) the interest rate was 5.2%. The price and rate that we SHOOK HANDS ON was simply an estimate despite the fact that my credit was checked FIVE TIMES. I WAS SOLD A CAR AND DROVE OFF WITH IT BASED ON ESTIMATED RATES by a man that is more occupied by his cotton candy flavored vape than with customer service. Rob (remember, "the finance guy") said he would call the bank and "take care of this". No such bank was called. I waited in the showroom as they watched and waited for me to give in and accept their ridiculously high price for a used Jeep.

Inevitably, I demanded my keys to my Fiat be returned and the signed papers be destroyed. I submitted a credit card authorization form to refund the $1,000 down payment to my checking account. It has been two days. My money has not been refunded, and no one at Fiat and Alfa Romeo of Maple Shade will answer my calls or text. If it is not confirmed that the refund has been processed by end of business this Friday, I will be calling my lawyer.

IF YOU LIKE BEING SCAMMED AND HAVING YOUR TIME WASTED, THEN YOU WILL LOVE FIAT AND ALFA ROMEO OF MAPLE SHADE.

I recently purchased a Fiat 500 Pop from Fiat of Maple Shade, and my salesperson, Mashell Hartman, was incredibly helpful every step of the way. She took me on two separate test drives because I was indecisive as it was my first time buying (and test driving!) a new car. She gave me the complete run-down of the car (twice!) and walked me through the buying process. It took me a long time to come to the decision, but Mashell was patient and helpful the entire way! I was incredibly happy with the wonderful service from her :) and with the car overall.

I started out at Kia of Cherry Hill (they're all part of the triplex) a few months ago looking for a Kia Soul where I had found exactly what I was looking for at a good price. When I got there it was the classic "Oh, that Internet Price is with $2000 down." I said "No where on your site does it say that and I've worked in a BDC department so I know that you get a special rate when coming in through the internet." They were not nice there at all and when I told them I needed to leave at a certain time because I had to have a sitter watch my child while I went. They did not listen and they also never gave me back my pay stub. I even called and asked them to mail it which they never did.

Present time: I had found yet another Kia Soul on the Kia of Cherry Hill's website, however; this one was at Maple Shade. I had called and spoke with someone very nice in the internet department and then was contacted by the Manager of the internet department who was extremely helpful and nice. THANKS VON!!! I had made an appointment for Friday at 9:15, I arrived around 9am and was told to ask for Felix who is very nice. I was then placed with a very young sales person who wasn't really sure as to what on earth she was talking about. When I had looked over the car and found a couple scratches and a quarter sized ding in the drivers side door she said "well that's what you get when you buy a used car"...Yes I know that, but that ding could be pulled out in like .3 seconds. When she popped the hood she said "Well, this is the engine. I don't really touch anything." WOW!!! SERIOUSLY?! Thank you so much for that information on the $14,000 car I want to buy from you! So we test drive it...the hood was never shut properly before we drove it so it was rattling all over the place and thankfully it didn't fly up while I was driving. So we go inside and talk numbers after 5 hours we finally agree on a price and a monthly payment, I didn't have my trade at the time of purchase so I was told to bring it back the next day so I could finish signing the papers. Finally leave with my car at around 3pm. Bring the trade back the next day and they're all looking at me like why is this girl back, I told Bill that I'm here to drop my trade off. We go into his office and he's explaining GAP insurance and all of that and then says "okay, so we have a payment of this amount" and I looked at him and said no that's more than I had agreed upon and signed paperwork on so I don't know where you're getting this price at. I told them they need to get my price to where it was supposed to be or else I want my money back and they can come get the car. I was also told that I'd have to wait because there were 5 people ahead of me. I told them I did all of this waiting yesterday and that I needed to be top priority because all I needed was to finish signing and drop my trade off. I was told they would get me to what I wanted my payments at which they did and I really do appreciate it but I felt like just because I was a girl that they were trying to screw me. I grew up around cars and worked in the car industry and I know what goes on there, I'm not a stupid person. I really appreciate Felix and the work that he did for me to get me what I wanted and make sure that everything was okay. I was getting very frustrated and fed up with the whole thing. I was very very close to walking out. In the end I did get my car and I'm super pleased with it, just wish I didn't have to go through the BS that I went through.

I would give zero stars if I could. It s impossible to get ahold of these people by phone and they do t respond to emails either. We continue to have an issue with the thermostat on my wife s 500X. They keep saying it s resolved, but the check engine light comes back in under a day. If they had replaced like we suggested the first time we brought it in everything would be great, but they insist on resetting the computer, charging me for something I could have done myself, and sending us on our way. I m trying to call their service department and the ONE time out of 4 calls I ve placed someone answered, she transferred me to the service department and it went to voicemail. No one else can/will touch this car, and the closest dealership is not exactly a quick jaunt from my house. Needless to say we re done with Fiat after this.

First I set up an appointment to look at a car, when I got there they told me that they had just sold it, although they had promised on the phone that it would still be there when I arrived. I decided to look around, and from the beginning I said I was trading in and had zero down. I pick my car, do the paper work and say i want my PA plates transferred, I get home that night and they are not in my car. Two days later I get a call from Victor saying they forgot to get my 1000 down payment. I told him I was not suppose to have a down payment. He connects me with Tracy and she tells me they can't process my paperwork and plates without it. I drive back over there, less than thrilled and they make me wait 2 hours. I am forced to pay the money. Still no plates, no registration. I get my lawyer involved and he finds that they have added an extended warranty and charged me 2400 extra when I said, absolutely no extended warranty. I call and Tracy hung up on me because I accused them of swindling and running a backwards business. I ended up calling MOPAR specially, doing all my own paperwork and cancelling the agreement and getting the 2400 dollars back. I'm still out 1000 dollars for a down payment I never agreed to. In my opinion, I feel they add stuff to agreements after the fact and will do anything to make commission from sales. I highly suggest, even if your dream car is there, FIND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The staff here made me feel like family from the time I walked through the door. I was in a car accident on Friday and by the next Friday I was driving. With my credit score and still having a back balance for the car I lost, they got me driving. I was sad about my credit score taking a hit from the remaining balance but Bill work a deal with the bank the paid it off, Tracy is and amazing sales person, and the other staff here worked hard for me. I've never met a team of people that were willing to lose money just so I can win. I can now make it to work to take car of my family and that's a true blessing. Fiat of Maples Shade team are my guardian angels. I will come back and get another vehicle and I will tell people to come here to buy their 1st 2nd or 3rd vehicle. They work with you. I have not the greatest credit/student loans and rarely anything even on my credit. After about 6 hours sitting there, and one attempt to get me to take a Ford instead of a Fiat, they decided to really work with me. I felt insane for even going to a REAL dealership, but I knew I really wanted a Fiat! Somehow it all worked out. They even let me keep one for a weekend to see if I could get used to manual transmission. It didn't work out, but in the end I was put in an automatic. They're always friendly, and honest. I've had my Fiat for 7 months now, and I'm already planning on refinancing with them. If you're looking for a Fiat in the South Jersey area, definitely go here. I saw Ed, and he's awesome, as are everyone working there.

I had such disappointing and frustrating experience buying my car. I was mislead from the moment I signed the paperwork. I've had electrical issues that have resulted in 7 visits to their service dept which is a bit extreme considering I drove my car home on April 10th. I would recommend finding another dealership unless you enjoy being talked down to and made to feel as though you are an foolish woman for wanting your car to operate properly. The staff is the epitome of a boys club and they have the cigars hanging out of their mouths to prove it.

Horrible service!! I had to take my BRAND new car back over 21 times. They handled it unprofessionally and never fixed the problem. To top off my horrible experience with them, they have been harassing me with phone calls and text messages. I have REPEATEDLY asked them to stop calling/texting. I have been told by over 10 DIFFERENT people that they will take me off whatever list that has my phone number. Three years later they still call, three times in the last week and a half. I have filed with the BBB and they still call me. They truly make me feel sick. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!

I can not speak for the sales department, but the service department's customer service is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I brought my vehicle in for service which turned into them having to keep it for a week because of a part, fine. Friday comes I hear nothing about my vehicle. I call the dealership and was told that it's going to take another week because now I need a new key. I'm already being charged 955.00 for the initial problem, now I'm being charged an additional 169.00 for a new key that should of been ordered from the start, since that was the reason I brought the car up there.

I wasn't kept update about the status of my car. I had to call the dealership to find out what was going on, after I gave them my contact information when I first brought my car to them. They seem very unorganized. Having to catch uber everyday to and from work isn't cheap. I don't recommend bringing your car here for service at all.

As of 7/30/14 I still do not know the price or rate of the car they made me take last Thursday - I filed a complaint with the Consumer Affairs Department today and requested Faxed Fiat and told them to come and pick this car up tonite at six o'clock and give me back my deposit at the same time -- otherwise I am going to Sue them. I think it would be alot cheaper for them to pick the car up and give me back my deposit. They called me last nite to come in tonight to give paystub and evidence of where I live which I did last week - so I'm sure it's to try and have me sign other paperwork which I refuse to do. THEY SCAMMED ME.

We called and texted to ask questions before we drove 1-1/2 hours to this dealership. I asked Lucy if there were any scratches or dings in this vehicle. She said no damage. When I called the next morning. I asked Von if there were any chips in the windshield and he said no. He said the vehicle was still available. When we got there it was taking long for them to drive the vehicle up to where we were to wait. So we went out and saw that it need to be jumped started. When started the engine made a loud tapping noise. We walked around the vehicle and saw it had scratches most of the way back the passenger side and small nicks all around the truck. The windshield had a chip that looked like it was patched. REALLY. The questions I asked were not answered truthfully. Didn t have a good feeling so we left without looking at any of their other vehicles.
