Went to the dealership to look for a 2nd car for the family. To my surprise no haggling, people were really nice, and not pushy. Met my salesman, Dante Taylor, who listened and took me seriously. I came in thinking that I was gonna be disappointed once again and I actually drive out with a new 2014 Chevrolet sonic, then 4 days later i received a call saying that I had to bring the car because I wasn't approved, how do you get approved, drive out with a car to then receive a call that you need to bring the car back in and take back your old bucket because you're not approved anymore. Mashell the customer representative was amazing, she was very nice very attented and she got me into the deal I was looking for, but her boss wanted me to buy a fiat and because I didn't wanted that lemon they decided to leave me with my old bucket, because they kept telling ne that they would approve me if i get a fiat but i said no that i didn't wanted it and even when tmi took the car back they still were offering me the fiat which was more expensive than the car i was trying to get lol

I financed a car from fiat in February of 2016. In January of 2017, they called me repeatedly begging me to trade my car in claiming that there was a customer who desperately wanted my car. That was sketchy to start with. I was told it would be a part of the buy back program and I would be offered a great deal. It has been nothing but Hell ever since. I traded in my car and received a Ford that I thought was in perfect condition. I could not have been more wrong. A few months later, I found out that whenever it rains, my entire car would become soaked from the water that came in. I had no idea how the water was getting in. There was a pool of water in my trunk, and there was mold growing throughout the car. I took my car back to see if they could trade me into a new one, since they sold me a defective car. Moral of the story, I was there for over 7 hours, and all this did was basically tell me to go F myself. Then they tried to leave me stranded at the dealership and proceeded to tell me that I was going to be there until 12am because they weren't going to do anything for me and they close at 9pm. They did not want to give me a rental while they took my car.The manager walked away from me mid sentence because he did not want to hear what I had to say. The salesperson argued and cursed out a friend that I had brought with me for support. There is a serious lack of professionalism and the place needs to get shut down! At the end of the 7 hours, I drove a moldy car back home that was basically flooding. They are horrible and I will NEVER do business with them again! DO NOT COME HERE TO PURCHASE A CAR!!
Worst customer service I've ever had. The sales rep Pete had no idea about any of the cars. Showed me 2 cars with different engines, different tech packages, one auto and one manual, and told me the only difference was the rims. It wasn't till I asked to drive the one with the rims that He saw it was a stick. Didn't know about the engine till I told him after test driving both. Pete told me I would be all good to pick my car up Friday even though I hadn't been told a price, I told them my monthly limit and knew I wouldn't accept anything I could afford. When I show up that Friday, they quoted me a price that was $200 over my monthly limit. They didn't even tell me my price until I heard them adding the car to my insurance. When I told them I would just take my original car back home, they dropped $200 a month and told me to come back on Thursday and I would be all good to go. When I show up Thursday, they tell me their system "just went down" and I would have to come back tomorrow after I already put my money down. I had already taken the night off work to pick up the car, and they expect me to take off work again and come next day. At this moment they would need to make a great deal for me not to leave with my car that has over 300,000 miles tomorrow and tell them I'm not interested in their deal

If I could give the men in the service department more than 5 stars I would. The sevice was beyond exceptional. I had to bring my Fiat 500 in due to a part that was recalled. When I arrived, I was under the impression I had an appointment set up, or at least they would be aware of the possibility of me bringing my vehicle in, which I was told they would be after speaking to Chryslers customer warranty rep over the phone. Well, they had no clue I was coming. I was prepared to have to leave and come back another time. But, that didn't happen. He told me he would get it done that day , no worry. They took my car back right away and I went and sat in waiting area prepared to be there for a few hours..... 30 mins later. ...They came out .. gave me my keys and told me I was good to go. These men were a God send, and the service department alone will have me coming back again! Thanks guys !

I was assaulted here yesterday the manager Jim stuck his middle finger up at me and had choice words for me as I drove up there with an Uber and him having my bf wait 6 hours in a deal. I was not in anyway nasty to him he was smoking and flicked his ashes towards me. I will be taking legal action

The absolute most dishonest people I have ever dealt with in my life, and believe it or not they sold a car to a Priest (my Dad) with such dishonesty. When we drove the car off the lot the cruise control module was missing, the sensor for the air in the tires was completely missing, 7 months after purchasing the vehicle the engine had to be replaced. When we took the vehicle back to be checked under warranty they said the cruise control module had to be replaced, but that they weren't going to replace it under warranty even though it was not working off the lot. We also had them check the transmission at that time because it slips occasionally (still does) and they said there were no problems with it and just needed to add some transmission fluid, which is done regularly. The vehicle only had 45,000 upon purchase but obviously was not inspected properly or their mechanics are not the best. Overall incredibly disappointed in how dishonest and crooked I've found this place to be. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT TRUST!
Joe Seblano sold me my beautiful, red 2015 Fiat 500 Pop ( in pretty much immaculate condition) and it was manual which I wanted and he made it affordable for me. He's very honest and by far the coolest car salesman I've ever met. None of the typical pressure you might feel when you go to a dealership, he's a real person lol. I am sending my boss and her daughter to buy a car from him too and he'll make sure you get what you asked for. I would recommend AlfaRomeo in cherry hill to anyone for this reason. Managers clearly don't care about the customers at all. Had to wait for hours to get anything done. Managers go off and disappear. They refuse to let you leave, and any "favor" they do comes a huge price. On top of all this they tried to charge me a price 3000 dollars more than what they had listed on-line, which was already high compared to other comps. The only redeeming factor is the salesmen, unfortunately they don't have any power. Avoid shopping or working at this dealership, you will only lose money, and time
We came in today just to shop, this great salesman named Joe Seblano took us around the lot and found us this beautiful 2 year old AlfaRomeo Gulia TI Sport. He knew every little detail about the vehicle. He was so much fun to talk to, and kept us entertained for hours. We definitely will be referring our friends and family to him. What a wonderful man. Bought a car last spring from Fiat Maple Shade and had the worst experience at a car dealership I've ever had. They were very nice and helpful when it came to the test drive and going through with the purchase. After buying the car the dealership kept it over night to clean the car. When picking it up the next day I found two huge, long scratches on the passenger side of the car that were not there the night before. When I went to talk to them in order for them to fix the scratches and take responsibility they refused to take responsibility and therefore I had to fund the fixes on the car I had bought literally 24 hours previously. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for a mistake that they refused to admit to.
DO NOT buy a car from here and expect any customer service after you sign over your money.

Bad customer service. If you are minorities, avoid this place. Came in for 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 on 03/27/2017. While discussing the price quote with salesman, Steve, my GF called and told that we need a jump for our car. After waiting outside for like 15 minutes for technician to give us a jump, I came in again and Steve told me wait for a little bit bc he is still working on the price. He went to the back and couple minutes later, Sam, he said he is an online manager, gave me a different price. I told him I don't agree with the price. He then told me to call AAA for assistance. Saw a customer outside the parking lot and asked him to give me a jump. He went into the dealer and asked someone to help me. A minute later our salesman's manager came out with the portable battery charger. It took only less than 1 minute for the jump and no one in that dealer was bothered to help us only after the fact that a customer came in and told them that we need help. If it was not for that customer, we would have stayed there until triple AAA come. It is such a disgrace for a big car dealership to treat customers like that. The online manager, Sam, is so rude and so inconsiderate.

At first, there was a mistake with the quotation as their computer was broken, but they admit that it was their fault. The owner arranged a call with the sales manager, Mike, who was very helpful. The business owner cares very much about the customer s satisfaction. Mike works very hard to solve the issue at hand and Art also uses a lot of effort to solve the issues and answers questions that customers have. Together, the experience was very nice and it felt like a team working together to solve the issues for us!
I didn't get the car that I wanted, but I do enjoy the one I bought. Just hate the fact that its a eats gas
Never again will I EVER purchase another car from here! I have a huge family that are going to purchase many cars over then next few months and years and I will make sure they NEVER COME TO FIAT!! I purchased a car from them and the very next day after I bought the car there was a rain storm and it literally rained inside my car! First off, FIAT NEVER MENTIONED!!!!!!! That there was a leak in the roof! Along with never mentioning that the car was missing an air bag for the passenger seat. As well as the push button for the gas tank door was missing and a square bandage was put in place of the missing button.. I paid for car fax report that never once stated any of these issues. Along with that the fiat website and also auto trader it was never reported on there either. If I was aware of that I would have NEVER purchased the car! You can not tell me they didn't know, They knew about these issues but just tried to get over. The only reason everything got fixed on their expense was because they knew I wasn't stupid and I called everyday and complained! As a young college woman they will try to take advantage of that opportunity if you let them. I wasn't having that! Do not waste your time going there!

I really couldn't say anything negative about this dealership. I went in with every odd against me and they did such an amazing job getting me to where I have been trying to get to with other dealerships. I had the pleasure of working with chakia, tony, and Alex. They honestly worked and out their minds together to get me into the car I needed and wanted. It was a challenging sale for them, but they didn't stop until I was happy. Chakia was awesome from beginning to end and very personable. She answered every single question and kept me informed of everything and if she couldn't she made sure to get answers. Alex came in to give me options on how to go about getting me to where I needed to be for what I wanted. I can say he honestly cared and took into consideration my situation and was honest and would tell me either yes or flat out no. Tony Lee I left for last. onreally don't know what to say besides if you need something done.....he's the man to get it done! He promised me he would put me in something I wanted, that was reliable and efficient, and that's what he did. He worked his butt off and made me a VERY happy customer. I scheduled a test drive of Alfa Romeo Gulia Quadrifolio (505HP) with a guy named Justin over the phone. My father in-law was interested in buying it and we couldn't I find this model at any dealership near me so we decided to drive 90 minutes to Maple Shade. I confirmed the appointment a day earlier and made sure they have the right model which Justin who assured me they did. Upon the arrival it turned out they only had regular Guilia models (280HP) available which is like testing Cessna when you wanted to try a fighter jet. We were very disappointed and wasted so much of our time. The people at the dealership were very nice but couldn't really make up for this mistake. We couldn't try what we came for, wasted our time, and left totally unhappy.
"My experience was good. My sales man was sweet. Helped me get cheap great car insurance as well." That's what the sales manager asked me to say. My sales guy scammed me when it came to my car insurance. Which really sucks is that I was working there at the time! Lou the sales guy pretend to be my friend when actually he was lying to me. Told me to pay 500$ to start my car insurance. Funny thing is all I needed was 274$ he pocketed the rest, him && the insurance agency "sciolla agency". When I came in to get my new tags && registration I asked Lou if could put my tags on cause the lot guys were busy, he looked at me with disgust && said "hell no." && walked off. Rude. Never will I recommend anyone to buy a car from there.

Don't be fooled by the high average rating - the most recent reviews have all been terrible, and for good reason. These guys really didn't want to sell me a car and it showed in their sales tactics. As I reached the entrance, I was ambushed by a salesman, Miguel, who must have been watching me the entire way to the door. Funny thing is, I had an appointment and had been told that I was expected. But my supposed salesman Felix wasn't even at work that day and the sales manager, John, had no idea who I was. Not a great first impression.
From then on, I was treated like a tire-kicker, with awkward, bored salesmen playing on their phones around me as I gave my information to them (again), but at least they let me test-drive a couple cars. The next part was laughably bad: they tried to have me sign a hand-written piece of paper saying that "if they got to the price I wanted, I would leave in a vehicle today." Seriously? Even though I came with printouts, competing offers, my own financing and extensive research behind the vehicle I wanted, they still didn't think I was a serious buyer? To top it all off, Miguel would leave to "talk things over" with his manager, but just be chatting or playing on his phone not 10 feet behind me. Thanks for the bottle of water, though!
It finally reached a breaking point when they refused to give me prices after I asked several times. Another gentleman even laughed out loud when I said I was hungry and wanted to go for dinner - the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced. I left my contact information (for the third time) with them and booked it out of there, not really expecting to hear back. They certainly did not disappoint.
Do yourself a favor and stay out of this dealership. They may have pretty and exotic Italian cars, but they really, really, really don't want to sell them to anybody. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.
The Collision Center of New Jersey at this Fiat dealership location was amazing! It was so easy and pleasant to work with them. They went above and beyond in every aspect of service, and made sure all arrangements were the most convenient for me. All of the staff was amazing, especially Chris Vadasz. If I ever get into a wreck again I will settle for nowhere else.
Bought Chevy Avalanche 2 years ago ends up being total rusted n cracked frame was sitting in water during the hurricane was never disclosed to me was told to come down car was perfect to pay cash when I got there the cash was not enough the person they even were talking bad about who I was talking with on the phone they thought it was a big joke. After 3 hours waiting to buy the car that I call to make an appointment to purchase, I finally got in it they called me a drug dealer because I had cash . The vehicle was not inspected they told me to take it to Philadelphia to have it inspected and the guy hung windshield inspection stickers and admission on the Avalanche with a cracked frame that Fiat told me they just rubberized undercoat the frame for me everybody there is completely dishonest that I talk to I will never deal with Maple Shade Fiat again and I have reported them to the district attorney Jack Whelan from my state of Pennsylvania
I just bought my Fiat from here and I have to say it was a great experience. From the minute I went on their website and sent an email they made it easy and were very welcoming. They knew who I was when I walked in and was greeted by very friendly people. They have a great selection and found the car I wanted immediately. I would definitely recommend buying a car here! Kristian Ramos was awesome, perfect sales person to have. He made it very easy and put a TON of effort into assisting me. Never once did I feel like I was bothering him, and I had a thousand questions. He knows every little thing about these cars and took the time to help me understand everything as well. He helped me for a couple hours, showed me all my options. (Stood in the rain with me while I checked a few out) Never once did I feel pressure. Very polite, patient guy that really has your best interest in mind. We worked the numbers on a few cars with different available packages. Ask for him, he s good at what he does.

My husband and I went to this dealership because it s time for my new car. First let me paint a picture. Today It s raining, it s 4pm and upon entering the dealership, no one greeted us and we looked around. They did not have car inside so we went outside to see it. Again, no one approached us or asked if we needed assistance. So after not being able to locate the vehicle ourselves we went back inside, again no assistance, so I than asked for help.
The salesman then took us outside for the car that he could not locate. And after wondering around for 10 minutes, we just asked to see a similiar model. We finally asked to see a vehicle that we thought was similar and he said, we had to wait until he located the keys. Really, we have been wondering around in the rain for 10minutes and you have no keys.
At this point we just left. Seriously, today was my day that my husband bought my new car, and this dealership literally rained on my parade.
Edit & Restructuring review after my experience somehow gets worse 2 months after.
1) The salesmanship leaves a lot to be desired. Very unpleasant experience that lead to the dealership calling me days later asking me to come back and make a deal. They couldn't make a deal with me when I visited the dealership the first time but decided they changed their mind 2 days later?
2) They couldn't properly address my tags. My tags never got to me. I had to buy new ones because they are either too incompetent to help or unwilling to.
3) They never gave me a key to my wheel locks. When they 'fixed' the problem they simply came to the garage & removed the locks from my wheels without giving me a key and without giving me any replacement lugs. I had to spend another $109 on buying new locking lugs.
The only way I'd ever go back to this place is for them to cut me a $180 check for all the extra money I had to pay due to their incompetence.
Just purchased a new Fiat 500 Pop with the help of one of their awesome salesmen named Shawn. I admit, after reading the reviews about the place on Yelp prior to coming in I was definitely hesitant about beginning my car shopping at this dealership. I am very glad that I made the decision to go here because Shawn did everything in his power to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with my experience. I traded in my previous car and they made sure they gave me a fair price for the trade. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience at this dealership!
Joe Seblano is a really great salesman. He didn't push me to buy the van that I bought. Joe sat me down he told me what it comes with you know if I wanted an extended warranty how much that would come to he treated me as if I was a family member. I would recommend this great salesman to anybody let alone I have and I've got one or two friends that I actually purchased cars off of them keep up the good work Joe and just know pretty soon we'll be sailing away fishing

Horrible experience ! Unscrupulous sales department, they even ran my wife's credit 5 times without our consent ! Brought this to their attention and nothing was done to remedy the situation.Unresolved...
Zero stars. The finance manager is horrible. I had financing ready to go for a used Giulia Ti and he submitted the purchase agreement to my bank for almost 4,000 over what the car was being advertised for. I called and asked what was going on and the answer was that his computer didn't "update." Okay bud. I shrugged that off and asked if he could resubmit the purchase order for a different price (only $495 under advertised price) to my bank and he absolutely refused. Horrible customer service on his part not to mention extremely shady. They WILL try to scam you out of money.. Don't go here. Even with money in hand, they won't work with you. Ended up finding a better Giulia Ti at a dealer MUCH more professional than these sleezebags will ever hope to be.

Bad. Went to inquired about an Used Pathfinder and to trade my 2013 Subaru Forester.The salesman was courteous but the manager need to learn manners.End up buying the Pathfinder in Philadelphia in Faulkener GMC were I was treated with respect.I even has to return to the dealer few hours latter to pick up my driver's license that they had kept.
found a car here shopped online through Sams Club Autobuyer which gives you a no haggle price. Called ahead to make sure vehicle was there and explain situation with trade and they said no problem they would work with me. Drove 2 hours to them only to get a quote that was $2000 more than online quote and fell $2500 short of KBB value of trade and car had 1000 more miles on it. Went to walk out twice as they kept whittling their way back to what I drove 2 hours for. At this point many employees had left dealership as it was after closing. Finally arrived at deal but there was only 1 key FOB and was told it was in the back that was locked and Tank was 17 miles to empty and the people to gas it up were gone and car was still filthy from General managers use with his family over thanksgiving and there was no inspection sticker. I called back on all of these things and they said they would reimburse everything but the key FOB that they could not find. Well after several text messages and phone calls and empty promises it is 3 months and nothing has come through. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!
