Please stay away from this lessor. This is a clear mockery that something like this can even work. They take away the taste of life and any pleasure from using the vehicle. This is a gang that cheats, lies and charges extra fees at every turn.
List of additional fees:
- PLN 65 each time for providing information to law enforcement authorities (you can add PLN 65 to each ticket immediately at the start);
- PLN 65 each time for signing an application that gives consent to the use of insurance. A stone fell from the lorry ahead, breaking my windshield. I wrote 35 emails, called more than 30 times and had a total of 39 days of a car broken, because despite the fee, there was no FCA person all this time to sign this application for me. To sum up, I had to organize the insurer myself, repair the car in the service and it took a total of 4 days, unfortunately I could not replace the windshield further because for the next 35 days no one signed me an application with FCA for which I still had to pay;
- 6 PLN for each invoice for some "direct debit", no one has ever told me about this "service" nor will anyone ever explain what it is, they just charge it and that's it.
List of lies:
- The gentleman with whom I signed the contract was still to contact me, although in the end I contacted me first and he was supposed to call back, nothing like that happened, 3 years have just passed;
- FCA has been lying to me for the 3rd year in a row that they will present me an insurance offer, and this is not the case. Only the invoice for the policy comes, but which policy will you ask? Nobody knows that. My policy for which I paid but I never saw it somewhere in Poland because FCA made a mess with my personal data and nothing is right there. I reported it, wrote e-mails asking for the improvement of my data, called etc., all for nothing. The policy has been sent somewhere in the country, and I only receive invoices to the correct address.
- The contract says that the FCA sends annual declarations, how much is left to be paid, how much has been paid, etc. is another lie, possibly related to the mess of my data, which after many attempts I cannot change anyway.
Customer Treatment:
- Nobody replies to e-mails, and when someone kindly replies after many attempts to contact (it takes months), the reply does not give anything, because it is dispelling and not responding. I also warn you against asking several questions in one mule. The FCA doesn't get it. She answers one selected question from the e-mail and we have to fight for the rest of the answers again.
- Calling doesn't do anything. Once upon a time there was a bully who replied that you did not want to live and now there are new people, nice, but they lie that they will arrange something, e.g. a policy, and they do not do it. It is common.
- Invoices are sent in paper form by the Polish Post. If you don't get an invoice, it's your problem. I was called by the goblin by the phone that I did not have an invoice that I did not receive at all. After many pleas and attempts, they sent a scan.
I warn you against this because you will spend sleepless nights. It is not worth doing anything with FCA. I have so much contact with concrete because of them that I feel the mortar in my mouth in the morning.
