Great customer service. Shopped for my first-ever watch here and was helped tremendously by the staff. I believe Freddie was the name of the guy who helped me pick out a watch. Love this place!

A little pretentious and stuffy. Hard to get help to describe details of certain watches and to get help in general.

I brought in several old watches. She had all of the batteries replaced and the movements examined so I could know which could be fixed or were worth fixing. In the end, I decided to fix only four of them. I wasn t charged anything for the ones they didn t fix.

As well, Hannah has excellent taste in replacement watch straps.

Wonderful store! Went in for a battery and as I waited looked at all the watches they have every watch manufacture that exits. The battery was 16$!!! Would have spent 25$ anywhere else. Super cool lady helped me Lorana (sp?) . Really excellent experience and it s in my neighborhood . Thinking about buying a new seiko divers200 m now...

I'm not sure why anyone would buy a watch from this company? Customer service is terrible. I paid over $7,500 for a Ulysse Nardine which ended up having problems after a couple years of owning. When I returned to have it fixed store wanted $850 to fix it and told me that this is the service charge I expect annually for a watch like this??? Why wasn't I told this when I bought the watch? I was also told the watch would be finished in 2-3 weeks, it has been 3 months. When I call to ask where the watch is I get the run around. If you can buy a watch somewhere else do it. This store clearly has lost the key people that has made it great for so long.

After wanting a specific watch that wasn t in stock at just about every dealer in the us I found Feldmars. I called and they said they also did not have it in stock, only to call back a few hours later saying they can get me one. I was incredibly impressed and happy then they followed up with a really fair asking price. Great to do business with them and will continue to.

Went there without an appointment, due to Covid an appointment system has been implemented. however they received me and were very accommodating and friendly. Very professional and courteous. They have a huge selection of watches and so many brands, you can spend a whole day here just looking at all the different watches they have. I went there to buy a Hamilton khaki mechanical they had the one I wanted. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they even gave me a discount upon request of course. I would definitely recommend anyone go to Feldmar Watch Company.

I had a full service done on a Tag Carrera in April 2019. The watch was loosing substantial time by November 2019. The watch was under the two year warranty, so I brought it back in. After the estimated pick up time, I called a few times before I was told that the face of the watch under the crystal was scratch during servicing. They ordered a new face, but I had to wait an additional 2 weeks for it to be ready. In a city with lots of choices, I will only be returning if this watch needs additional servicing under the initial two year warranty. Customer service was polite and courteous, but the bottom line is I expect my watch serviced correctly the first time, especially from a Tag certified shop.

Great company and awesome staff, with wonderful customer service. They were really flexible, helped me to reserve the watch which was very rare, with an unbeatable price, as a gift for my Mother, and did the fastest shipping possible. Jimmy over at Feldmar was just outstanding. I was inquiring about a certain watch and Jimmy answered right away. They didn t have the watch because the watch wasn t released but the second it did, he had one ready for me. Incredible people over at Feldmar doing good work. Overall experience was excellent with pricing for my Oris being very competitive. Just slightly above grey market with Feldmar having added the peace of mind of the manufacturer s warranty for my new timepiece. To note, I have previously visited this store to window shop and also to re-size an Omega bracelet.

My Review:

Likely due to it being around noon when I arrived today was the lack of greeting when I walked in to the retail space. From neither a security guard (who usually is but was not posted at the entrance) or any sales associate. This is not a big deal though as my expectation waking in was that they would have a lot of customers in already. That was not the case and it seemed to be slow for a Saturday afternoon.

My only gripe (I ll try to make this short); After looking around at many display cases and finding the three watches I planned to try on prior to my visit, it finally took a couple of minutes of me awkwardly looking around for someone to finally ask if I needed assistance. The first was a gentleman who asked if I needed help, in which I replied that yes I was ready. As I waited for him, this person proceeded to help someone else. As you can imagine that is and can be very frustrating. As my T-shirt & Jeans self and imagination ran wild, I was very annoyed at all the likely reasons that I was snubbed of someone s time. In that person s defense I am sure that they receive a lot of widnow shoppers but that still does not excuse the fact that the situation was not evaluated properly or professionally. I can think of many questions that can gauge a person s interest and to determine a potential sale...

The second interaction is where the experience turned positive. Lorel spent the time to show and let me try on the few watches I have researched. All while answering questions and suggesting some alternatives. While I ultimately chose one of the few I planned to see, she still took the time to help me back and forth at the different brands while I made my decision. I am very happy with how the visit turned out and am very happy with my new Oris.

Just recieved my Omega Speedmaster. Truly an amazing watch. The thing is 21 years old and I had it mailed from Coast to coast, which was terrifying because I don t trust FedEx or UPS. But it arrived yesterday in perfect condition. If you saw it today you wouldn t guess it was over a few months old. Just perfect. Excellent condition and excellent service from Feldmar And Freddy B. Will definitely be using him going forward!

I sent them a text about repairing a couple of Watches I own. They replied with a polite note that said they don't do Watch repairs, but kindly recommended a place that does do repairs. It was a swift, and informative exchange.

I have been a customer here for decades. I can't tell you how many times they comped me on minor repair jobs. The selection is enormous and they have repeatedly suggested less expensive alternatives. I would unhesitatingly recommend Scott and his staff.

Went in to find myself a graduation gift and Edgar was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The store as a whole is as good as it gets as well. Will always be taking my business to Feldmar.

Greeted at the door by a very knowledgeable employee who efficiently put a new battery in my Bretling reset time and dates. Arranged cleaning for my son's self winding Breitling and all this took less than 15 minutes. As always the staff and service is exceptional.

First experience with Feldmar and they took the time to make sure everything was adjusted properly and explained all questions in detail to my Father as this was a gift for him. I thought because it was so fancy it would be overpriced when it comes to repairing my watches but I was happily surprised at the reasonable rates. And everyone there is really nice. I can imagine all the snooty people that they must have to deal with.

I was told when I left my watch for service that it would take several weeks for the parts. It did take a while but the watch came back looking and working great. Feldmar honored its estimate even though it needed some expensive parts. I have found that service after sale is excellent.

My first visit to FWC on Pico leaves me very impressed. The showroom and service department ooze customer service. I arrived with uncertainty about leaving my late father s vintage Omega with them for sorely needed service and repair. After meeting Fred Brown and others at FWC I am confident my dad s watch is in safe and competent hands.

Spent over 13K on two watches from Feldmar 3 weeks ago. Returned both watches this morning. Their customer service is HORRIBLE! Our calls were not returned - we were basically ignored. Upon returning the watches they gave us some story about not being able to reach us because my phone wouldn't accept their calls. Really? They also had my husband's and son's numbers, as well as both of their email addresses, but didn't bother trying any of those ways to reach us. Feldmar has great service until you actually sign on the dotted line. After they get your money they are done with you. Very disappointed. Will never be back.

Excellent service and a very reasonable price. Also an amazingly large stock of watches from all the top companies. One of the only companies in all of California that had the watch I was looking for in stock.

Edgar was knowledgeable, patient, and fun to spend some time watch shopping with. I was able to look at and try on a wide selection of watches, with little pressure to hurry up and make a decision.
