I received superb service from Hannah. She cares deeply about her customers and obviously loves the watch business.

I brought in several old watches. She had all of the batteries replaced and the movements examined so I could know which could be fixed or were worth fixing. In the end, I decided to fix only four of them. I wasn t charged anything for the ones they didn t fix.

As well, Hannah has excellent taste in replacement watch straps.
