I had a full service done on a Tag Carrera in April 2019. The watch was loosing substantial time by November 2019. The watch was under the two year warranty, so I brought it back in. After the estimated pick up time, I called a few times before I was told that the face of the watch under the crystal was scratch during servicing. They ordered a new face, but I had to wait an additional 2 weeks for it to be ready. In a city with lots of choices, I will only be returning if this watch needs additional servicing under the initial two year warranty. Customer service was polite and courteous, but the bottom line is I expect my watch serviced correctly the first time, especially from a Tag certified shop.
