I ordered, I waited and waited and waited, so l flag down the waitress and she said a little longer. I drank my water and flagged her down again because I only have one hour for lunch, she checked on it and then I waited some more. Then the manager comes over and tells me they don t have what I ordered. They are out of it. Would ve been nice to know 45 minutes ago I said. He didn t care and nicely said He would send the waitress back over and I could order something else.l left hungry. Weird experience l will not repeat.

Was a nice place to have a snack outside. Proximity to the convention center results in too many tourists during mealtimes; however, it was relaxing during other periods. Chartruserie board was excellent.

A very lovely place to take family, friends, or date! The waiters as well as the food were outstanding. The only complaint I would have, it's more of a variety in the menu. Although everything is well crafted

Fun and lively restaurant in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. Great food with a diverse menu and a good spirits selection to boot. Pricing is definitely premium, but that's to be expected for the location. All in all one of the better dinner and happy hour spots downtown

Visited this place last weekend. Giving 2 stars because the food tasted good but it was very overpriced and came in extremely small portions. I also felt the staff was very unfriendly and not attentive. Servers barely paid attention to us like we were a burden. Also, the minute I walked in...the hostess gave me a confused look and said "can I help you"? I told her I wanted a table and she said "without a reservation?". It came off extremely rude and uninviting. Will not be returning.

I had a great experience at this restaurant last night. I ordered the scallops and it is perfectly cooked and the taste is delicious. Aside from that, I had the Jambalaya with the beer cheese soup. I love the atmosphere, it is relaxing and not too formal. The people are friendly and welcoming. I would like to come back and try some of the other menus.

Kept it simple with a burger and beer for lunch. Burger was juicy but a little overdone, but still very tasty. Big crowd at lunch time on a Wednesday so had to sit outside, which sucked because across the street is major construction so it was very hard to hold a conversation. But I would go again and try something new.

Service sucked tonight because they were not prepared for a trade shoe in town. Management needs to do better to know what is going on and have appropriate staff on hand. Someone rented entire back end so severely limited available seating and service. 1st indication there was something going on.....other than that always a good time.

We went here on a Sunday around 6:30. We waited 25 mins which is fine because we didn't have reservation. The food was underwhelming especially for the price. Filet mignon was bland and a bit cold when it was served to us. Likely died on the counter as it waited for my jambalaya. We even added salt and pepper on it but there is no saving that one, sadly. The jambalaya is also disappointing, lacks seasoning/spices and chicken is dry for some reason. Service was okay ish as we really didn't need much follow up.Total was $73 plus tip (also includes a beer and a lemonade). Please improve your seasoning!

Been here for quite a few times but never had time to rate this restaurant. I was here again last night and still finding myself loving this place even more though a bit pricey but worth it. The place itself can give justice to the pricey food, pricey but delicious foods. I must say that this place is worth visiting if you are looking for a good food with good services in a good location.

The decor is great and the location is in a trendy location but the food doesn't match the wait/reservation. Your looking at okay food in a cool looking place. I'd pick Culinary Dropout over this any day.

The NY strip here is spectacular! If you're looking for a great steak in downtown, this is the best spot! More importantly, the service here is top notch. We went here on a Saturday night and the place was jammed packed. We walked right in with reservations, but there was definitely a wait. If you're planning a weekend outing use Open Table or call ahead to skip the line.

The food here is really good but the price is a little steep for the amount one gets.
Regardless, the quality is obviously there in the ingredients and the preparation.
The atmosphere is a nice blend between a pub and a chique restaraunt.

Food was ok , thought it would be better because of the reviews. Very long wait for our meal we were a party of 4.
Two large groups came in after us and were served first. All four of us were disappointed in the food.
Not worth the money we spent.

Fantastic service, great drinks! Good food. (portions were slightly small) our server was amazing. He was super helpful and really friendly. Cool modern atmosphere. They say all food is made fresh and it definitely seems like it! My wife is gluten intolerant and they were easily able to accommodate her needs.

So my wife and I went tonight (Tuesday) and this place was packed with people from a conference this week.

It took a long time to get our order as we were behind a party of 50. We didn't complain as we were having fun.

Anyway, Nate the manager (I think that was his name) came by and explained to us the long reason and offered to get us anything (we declined).

Our entrees finally came and Nate told us out entire meal was free. I told him that's wasn't necessary, but he insisted. I did as him to charge me something so I could give a tip as our server deserved it. He charged me a cent.

I've had long service in the past, and I've barely has so much as a sorry. This was a very nice gesture.

Thanks guys.

This place is great. I was in Phoenix for work and really wanted to find a cool and unique place to eat and have a beer or two. This place checked all the boxes. I had the new York strip steak and it was cooked perfectly. I would definitely recommend.

I ve been to the Arrogant Butcher many times for lunch while on business in downtown Phoenix. The food has always been above par and given the diet restrictions of a colleague I had the same as he did except I added the fries. Even when ordering off the menu, the foods is good. The atmosphere is light and fun. The staff is always friendly and cordial.
They go out of their way to tend to your needs even trivial requests.
Evenings (pre-Covid) are fun and lively. And they are just across the street from the arena, so a great place to grab a drink or food before a concert or a game. Locals and visitors will enjoy the Arrogant Butcher.

The ambiance is spot on! Loved the motif and the chicks in suspenders and guys in vests was very in sync with the title! Meat was delicious, pairings on par and service direct and in line with theme. A bit slow, but good meat prepared right often is! The name caught my attention and the experience held it! Check them out.

The presentation of food is solid, as is the ambiance. It's a classic Fox concept in that way. Prices are high, so when there, we typically split appetizers and desserts. Their nachos get rave reviews. Among the entrees, I've enjoyed their meatloaf - the best part of which is their buttery, rich mashed potatoes. Their desserts are decadent and shareable.

My go-to place for pre-game meals. The charcuterie is good for a starter or just a pre-game snack and I especially enjoy the deviled eggs as an add-on. My favorite entree has to be the short-rib stew that has just the right amount of green chile and the egg on top is a nice touch.

Started the evening with the spinach artichoke dip, excellent taste, on to the almond crusted rainbow trout, Green beans, potato puree, shallot confit, brown butter, charred lemon, outstanding, slow roasted prime rib prepared perfectly, very very good. Perfectly prepared to perfection. Moving to dessert, Mascarpone Cheesecake and Sticky toffee pudding. Immaculate taste. Phenomenal dinner.

Wow... This was a great night and the food was absolutely delicious. Atmosphere steps it up a whole other level. Perfect for a date night. Only critique would be service. I feel like out waitress could have come by a bit more to check on us, but it was Valentine's day and they were busy. Other than that she was great and knowledgeable and we got seated quickly. ( I had a reservation)

Very solid. Shared oysters and Buffalo chicken thighs for appetizers. Both were very good. For entre I had the strip steak with Brussels sprouts. I ordered the steak medium rare and it was cooked to the proper temperature. Overall, very tasty meal.

Went solo for lunch. Ordered a beer and crab stuffed chicken. Beer came like 80% full. Meal was tasty but seems like you pay more than the real quality of the whole restaurant. Server was slow and waited a while for the bill, eventually the manager checked me out. Decent but wouldn't search out for this place.

my favorite restaurant!! While you could eat here for a modest cost, i prefer to save up and splurge here. The drinks, appetizers, seafood bar and daily specials are amazing! I like to start with some cheese selections, enjoy an entree of steak with some seafood and end with a desert if I have room.

Wow!!!My husband's Christmas party was held there and we had an AMAZING time. The service, atmosphere, and food were impeccable. There was at least 100 people there and my water glass was never empty :).
I haven't had service this good since I was on a cruise. I look forward to going back real soon. Highly recommend.

We came to this restaurant unannounced with roughly 40-45 people as an unorganized group and filled their patio to capacity. Not only did they keep their composure with being slammed, the food and service was impeccable. Thank you for giving us a great experience and compliments to your serving staff and kitchen.
