I went to talk to them about a car that they had on one of the other lots. At first, I was working with Magali, who is the nicest person and puts you at ease. But that's where the bait and switch comes in. She steps out and the fast-talking finance specialist steps in and tries to screw you over. He offered me $3500 on my trade. We negotiated and he acted like $4200 for it was gonna break them. I ended up selling to CarMax for twice that. He kept pressuring me, asking me what I wanted since I didn't want to do things their way. In the end, the car I wanted wasn't even available. I really dodged a bullet because I was able to get a much better deal elsewhere. I recommend you go anywhere else.

Best service in town. Had body work done from an accident and you can't tell! Looks perfect! Big kudos Michael Dijulio. He was professional and kept in contact with the progress of my issues. Thank you! I recommend this dealership especially for any body work needed.

Brett was super helpful and accommodating. He made the process very easy and was great to work with from start to finish. Tony in finance helped me with some paperwork issues that I had and both he and Brett went out of their way to make sure I had a smooth and pleasant experience. Most importantly, Brett made sure I was able to get the car that I really wanted.

Jack Platt, the Faulkner service representative went way above and beyond for me. It was the Thursday leading into Memorial day weekend. I had my car towed into get serviced. Jack called me and walked me through the upgrades needed. He made sure my car was entered into the repair process during a very busy holiday weekend. Jack even checked in with me over the weekend, his days off! I bought a 2010 GMC Yukon Denali, and because of the excellent support over these last 9 years, I'm definetly going to buy another one. The very worst dealership I have ever been to. Found a car there that we were considering buying, gave them everything they needed for the credit app and they never contacted us after we left. I will not chase a dealership for information that they should be calling me about

I don't think my vehicle was repaired. I brought it in for a very bad vibration and hard shifting in the transmission. I was told it just needed reprogramming and to give it a couple of weeks to "learn our driving habits." Admittedly it has not been 2 weeks since the "repair" but it still vibrates badly and shifts even harder than previously. It almost feels like, at times, the transmission is going to fall out of the truck.

They sold us a Lemon Law vehicle without any notification or information. I never expected something like this from a serious dealer. Obviously Faulkner does not care about customers and truthful business.

I agree with spencer I regret giving this dealership any of my money. Do not buy a used car here they do not inspect them correctly my Honda came with transmission and other issues. Used car sales manager is very rude. His exact quote to me was "the buyer needs to assume the responsibility after the sale" even though I had a 3 month warranty.

I was mot pleasantly surprised by this dealership and their staff. Everyone is very friendly, kind and interested in your comfort and car buying needs. My sales person Joe DeMarco went above what I have encountered from car salesman before. He was attentive to my needs and wants in a new car and found just the perfect fit. I cannot thank him enough for going an extra mile or two. I love the Encore! Great ride quiet motor and a great price. Anyone seeking to buy a Buick should visit Faulkner at West Chester, Pa.

Where to start, I drove 3 hours to this dealer ship after they knew my concerns over the phone and we talked about price. I made sure to tell them that I knew my credit score (A+) and no funny business. Needless to say I get there and talk to F&I with an attitude she goes "Your in the 4's like (4.6 APR) I looked at her like she had 3 heads I said heck no and I walked out. The manager comes out as I am pulling out and says how 2.7 APR. I said now it isn't about the deal, its about the concept. So insulting and a waste of time. 6 plus hours driving. They will bend you over and screw you.

***EDIT*** I like to take the time to update this review and give a lot of credit to John, the general sales manger. As it turns out John reads every Google review personally. Within 48hrs of writing my initial review john reached out to me via phone which I was impressed with. John went on to state he had looked into the matter at his end and after a review of the incident he found my account of events to be accurate. John was extremely apologetic and asked if he could explain what had lead to my negative experience. We went on to have a 20 minute conversation where he explained what happened but never once looked to make an excuse or pass the blame. I was extremely impressed. At the end of the conversation John asked permission to make things right. I don't feel that this part of the conversation needs to be posted here but I can say I feel it was very fair. Truth be told the individual salesman I dealt with has burned a bridge with me forever but I certainly would consider John's dealership for my next vehicle purchase utilizing a different associate. ________ Called the dealership and went through the phone tree for sales. When it was answered I asked to speak to someone in used car sales. Was told by the person at the other end that "yep, that's me. How can I help you?" Asked her to confirm the trucks availability and condition. She came back and said the truck was available and in amazing condition. (Keep in mind the free carfax provided on their website also stated the truck had a clean title) Scheduled an appointment for 3.5hrs later and began the long trip in the car. Upon our arrival, there was no one at the greeter table and I had to go seek out someone to help me. By happenstance I ended up finding the person I spoke to on the phone who I thought I would be helping me. Turns out they were not a salesperson at all! Instead, they were an internet liaison to the sales staff. I was then introduced to a salesman who inquired why I was there. I informed him the exact vehicle I was there to see and immediately was informed that the truck had a branded title for a manufacture buyback. He knew off the top of his head without even having to look it up so why was this not made aware to me on the phone? Furthermore why was this not in the description of the vehicle on the website? Seems rather unprofessional to post a clean carfax link while simultaneously knowing it's not. I informed the salesman I felt I had now been lied to on 2 seperate issues that had I known, I would not even have made the trip.... I asked how I was going to be compensated for the time I wasted by taking a day off of work and money spent on travel expenses such as fuel. He then informed me there was nothing he could do as he shrugged his shoulders I requested to speak to a manager at which point the salesman stated "I can go get him but he's going to tell you the same thing." I asked for him to go get him anyways and he disappeared only to return 5 minutes later and state his manager was unable to come speak to me as he was "knee deep in making other deals". At this point we decided the best course of action was to just leave. Our exit out of the building would end up leading us right by the sales mangers office who appeared to be far less busy than we were told. Right before exiting the the building I received a smile and wave by the original person I dealt with as I'm sure she thought I was making my way outside to view the truck. I took the time to inform her how horrendous my visit had been and suggested that someone in a position of power such as the owner contact me the following day. 5 days later and still no call. It's flat out unacceptable. I can't believe this is how they run a buisness. It is my personal opinion that the only way to have handled this situation would have been to be extremely appolgetic while offering to compensate me for my travel expenses. Instead, I got a salesman who couldn't have cared any less while shoulder shrugging at me and a sales manager who didn't even show his face.

My car was damaged by the recent hail storm and my insurance company, USAA directed me to Faulkner. I was early for my appointment, but very promptly greeted by Michael DiJulio, an estimator. He inspected the car and we made an appointment for the next day for the repairs. We had to leave town and were a few days late picking up the car, but Michael took care of the payment details and had it ready to pick up on Saturday night, as we were coming back to town. On Saturday night, when we picked up the car, we had to sign paperwork left in the car and place it in the drop box. The dealership was closed, but when they saw me circling the show room, someone came out and showed me where the drop box was. The car looked brand new after the repairs. Only suggestion to improve experience would have been for the cashier's note to have described where the drop box was. Michael DiJulio was a real pleasure to work with during the process. You can really tell that Faulkner focuses on their customers experience. I highly recommend this dealer.

UPDATE!! I have tried contacting Faulkner in West Chester,PA the last several days and even over the weekend left two voicemail's for two different people, and every time I call in I get a mailbox, don't know if the response from the owner was just to try and look good in the public's eye but THEY WILL NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE!!! Just a heads up everybody look at the post directly below mine, they had some big issues as well with USED CARS from this dealer I would go elsewhere. Never do this but thought people looking to buy a used car here should be aware before they go in. My wife and I bought her a used SUV about a month and a half ago from faulkner, when we test drove the vehicle noticed that a seat in the 2nd row and the rear parking sensors were not working, when we decided to purchase this vehicle Faulkner was supposed to fix the problem. Seat was fixed my mistake never checked the rear parking sensors and as it is my wife vehicle I don't drive it that much, so after having it last week noticed a few things were a little off so decided to take it up to the service shop to get it fixed, was under the impression that we had a 3 month 3,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and then we opted for a extended warranty. Well I was wrong. I got a call today from service saying they only looked and 1 of the 4 problems that we were having and it wasn't covered under the warranty I needed to talk to the sales manager. So I call and get a hold of him tell him my story, and he tells me that I never got a bumper to bumper it was changed to a power train warranty somewhere in the process, NICE how they slid that in there. Explain parking sensor's he says no paperwork of that was ever documented and the salesmen that dealt with us didn't remember it either, SHOCKER. Then tells me that he will cover the first $300 for repairs but I am better off taking it somewhere else, literally his words "my guys aren't smart enough in service to fix the problem here." So just a heads up they like to sneak in stuff in paperwork and tell you false things when signing the papers, nothing gets documented when you have a problem and that their service shop isn't smart enough to fix problems.

I've been using Faulkner's Service Department for years because they consistently provide quality repairs as quickly as possible. As a local businessman, it's particularly important to get my Isuzu trucks repaired and back on the road... Faulkner Gets That! They do it right the first time, and my business depends on it. I highly recommend Faulkner and their team!

Brought the vehicle in for a vibration in the dashboard on the passenger side. Mechanic pulled the blower and said there was a couple of leaves stuck in there, but the vibration is still there. Also brought the vehicle in because the passenger mirror sticks when the close mirror button is operated. I was told that the switch had to be reset and the problem was fixed...it was not fixed, the mirror still sticks and the switch has to operated a couple of times before the mirror will close. Had the recommended 45000 mile transmission flush completed while it was in the shop and now it feels like the engine/transmission is hanging in 3rd gear much longer than necessary before shifting into 4th gear.

I bought a car here, and upon the walk around inspection at the time of purchase, I noticed there was considerable damage to the vehicle. They made no effort to rectify, credit or accommodate me in any way shape or form to remedy the situation. My lease is finally up, and I can say with confidence, I will NEVER deal with this dealership again. Sales rep "Steve" was nice and friendly prior to and at the time of the sale, afterwards, unresponsive. This dealership is what gives the car industry a bad name!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.

I have been dealing with Faulkner of West Chester for 20+ years. We have gotten all our vehicles from them. I absolulty hate pushy sales people but I have never found that at Faulkner of West Chester. The sales and finance people have always done there very best to make sure I get what I want. Sometimes that takes a lot of patients because I am a very picky person. Jim in the service department has been great! He is always looking out for me. I am currently leasing an Encore and will be going back for my next care in June. I have recommended Faulkner of West Chester to everyone!

Unfortunately our new 2015 Yukon Denali has now been in 3 times for service. At this point we are very disappointed with the purchase and the overall quality of the GMC product. We have spent too much time sitting in the service center and are actively looking to potentially trade in the vehicle with another dealer after only 3200 miles.

I still remain concerned about the work performed, the cost of it and whether anything was actually fixed. I have an open case # with GM on the concern and am waiting for a call back to get my car in...agina. I am hopeful for the appropriate financial resolution and fix to my car but thus far am not happy with the experience.

Daniel was a great salesman! He went above and beyond with getting my car ready for me, with only one minor hiccup but it s not going to affect the way my husband and I rate the Faulkner Dealership as everyone there was fantastic! A very nice bunch of people and when we are ready for another vehicle again, the 40 min drive up to the dealership will be well worth it as we will bring them our business again! We are very pleased and I couldn t be happier with my new vehicle so thank you so much to everyone who made that a possibility! Oh and the leather interior is absolutely gorgeous! Thank you so much for everything! I will also be bringing my vehicle up for some free oil changes and a few car washes while I m there as well! Thanks again!! See you soon!!

Made an appointment at the dealership and it required 2hours and 20 minutes for just an oil change. In that time frame, I could have driven to an auto supply store, bought oil/filter and changed it myself. Used the dealer for convenience before my truck had to haul and it was anything less than convenient. I also watched vehicles come out washed and mine was not washed, I asked about it and did not receive a response from the employee. I got in my truck to leave and they adjusted my seat and side mirror without returning it to the original position. Will not go back to the dealer unless absolutely necessary

I took my GMC to Faulkner because my mechanic could not clear the errors that kept reappearing. Faulkner determined that I needed a new thermostat, new Front Brakes and resurface rotors, replace the adjust links and an alignment. Note one... my mechanic can replace the rotors and brakes for the 396.26 that Faulkner said they would "resurface" the rotors. Additionally, these "adjust links" seem like the dealership is just looking for more money. My mechanic said he would look at the items, but said this was just a dealership looking for funds. I thought something was a miss when I called I could get an appointment immediately... when I had another dealership was 3-days out for a previous appointment. I would say, no-one gets their vehicle serviced there because of all these "hidden" items that just miraculously "show up". I also brought in a key-fob I purchased on-line back in March due to Covid... not really understanding that it was not programmed or cut. Faulkner charged me 150.00 for programming and cut. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!! For minutes worth of work....yet I was told I was charged an hourly rate for this. WHAT? Again...I was robbed! NEVER AGAIN!!! My perception of Faulkner is that they are thieves and I will tell anyone who asks of my experience. I agree to your terms below, but feel confident my response will never be published.

My wife, 2 teen aged daughters and I arrived at Faulkner W. Chester on Saturday 9/29/2018 without an appointment and was greeted immediately by Magali who asked how she could help us. We explained the reason for our visit and were led to Magali's work space to farther discuss the vehicle we had in mind and our expectations. After a test drive, understanding the history of the vehicle and the negotiations, we made the decision to proceed with the purchase. The wait for the closing of the deal was a little long, however that was to be understood being the end of the month and us arriving without an appointment. I'd like to say that every member of their team were very friendly and treated us as if we were long time customers. The fact is, we'd never heard of that dealership and we drove about 75 miles to get there. This was an excellent customer experience and I'm very pleased with my 2017, 2SS Camaro. Thanks again to Magali and all of the Faulkner Buick GMC West Chester team members for a memorable and pleasant experience.

Thieves, no customer service, ran my credit after agreed on a trade in and then when I went to pick up the vehicle and turn the trad in key to them they said that I have to take care of my old vehicle and they have nothing to do with it, also they ran my credit 3 times. I got cursed at pushed out the dealership literally 3 people ganged up against me. I filed a police report and I m filling a civil suit against them. They are thugs thieves and far away from being professional or trustworthy. I advice everyone want to go to this dealership to turn back. I live local and I have connection in the comity of west Chester chamber of commerce and I m determined to expose these thugs not professional thieves to everyone.

Came across a vehicle on their website through Autotrader. Inquired and was contacted by a sales rep. Informed that sales rep that we already have loan approval and were serious byers looking to move on the vehicle asap. Informed him even further that we were looking at putting down a serious chunk of change. Rep/Dealer not willing to budge on price one bit. Since when are dealers not willing to come off the listed price even $1?? I have never paid listing price and never will, I'd be a fool to do so. Just bad business. Onto the next vehicle and the next dealer.

Was looking for a GMC Canyon for about 6 months. Finally saw something that caught my eye at Faulkner GMC West Chester. Due to the pandemic, we held all the preliminary meetings via Zoom and completed everything else in person with DYLAN STEVENSON. He had the paper work and car ready for a test drive before I arrived. I will be sending people that want a GMC/Buick to Dylan in the future!

My experience through this dealer was very well. They were very polite and worked with me on the the price of my used truck that I purchased. I got home and realized there were no spare tire tools or owners manual. They sent them out to me no problems. My salesman Brady has been keeping in touch each week to see how everything is going. I feel like this dealer actually cares. I am pleased with their service.

I appreciate how efficient and accommodating the service department was with me. I called for an appointment to get my vehicle inspected, an oil change, tire rotation, daytime driving light replaced and a couple of small noise issues. Because of the number of things that were being done, I was offered a courtesy vehicle (the same model that I was driving). I dropped my vehicle off about an hour after making my appointment and picked up the loaner. They called me less than 24 hours later and told me that my vehicle was ready and I could come pick it up at my convenience. The light and noise issues were completely covered by warranty and when I arrived at the dealership to pick up my vehicle, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I could not be happier with the excellent service I received or how friendly everyone was to me.

Firstly I would like to convey a thank you to the staff of Faulkner Buick GMC for following CDC guidelines during this time of the pandemic. I felt safe observing how all the personnel wore masks and kept a six foot distance during my service visit. I had brought my new 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 Denali in for a oil change and tire rotation. In addition I had requested that the technician take a look at the truck's tires, which since I purchased back in the end of June would constantly lose up to six pounds of air pressure, meaning I had to constantly monitor the air pressure and refill. The Faulkner technician resolved the air pressure problem. He purged the tires of nitrogen. Hence, over the past week since my service visit, the tires are now retaining the proper PSI. I can always count on Faulkner to take care of my GMC vehicles. I have over the years purchased twelve GMC trucks from here. My present truck I purchased from another GMC dealer, although I chose to have Faulkner Buick GMC be my prime service dealership to keep my truck running smoothly.

First off...I cannot fault the sales team. They were excellent to deal with. They honored the rebates on my selected GMC Sierra and handled my out of state registration as promised. HOWEVER, most of the dealership's revenue and reputation comes from the service dept and repeat business. Here is my experience: I purchased a brand new 2020 GMC Sierra in May. Within a few days I noticed that it had a pretty big oil leak. Took it in to the service dept. They couldn't find the leak but added a dye to the oil. Fine I can understand that. Within a week and 300 miles later took it back in for the same problem. This time they were able to locate the leak and ordered the part. Sent me back home with my truck. Had to come back two days later for them to fix the leak after they received the part. Within another few days. Noticed there was still oil dripping on my garage floor. Took in back in a fourth time. They couldn't find a leak. Chalked it up to residual oil spilled from the previous repair. They hosed it off and sent me home. Fine I understand that. However, you would think that the Technician would have cleaned up any spilled oil....Or at least during the prior visit service department would have advise that I may see some oil that leaked onto the frame it would dry up in a week or two. At the same time I observed that greyish/blue smoke coming out of my exhaust every now and then. It wasn't consistent. This issue was not present prior to having the leak repaired. I knew if I took it it and they couldn't replicate, it would be of no use and just time wasted. I decided to investigate on my own. after researching and confirming it was not a head gasket leak or leaking coolant, I decided to check the oil level. It was way above the fill line. An overfilled engine can cause many issues....Including oil to getting into the combustion chamber and burning causing the smoke. Frustrated with the service experience already I decided to change the oil myself after only a total of 1200 miles on the truck. The 6.2 liter engine holds 8.0 quarts of oil. When I measured how much oil drained it was a whopping 2.5 quarts overfilled. Who knows if any long term engine damage has been down due to the overfill. I can only hope that it has not fouled up the plugs. In the following days I began installing an illuminated emblem on the front. When I removed the front valence in the engine compartment to route the wiring, I discovered that the lower baffle (P/N 23390790) was bent out of shape and both clips on each side holding in place were broken. Apparently it had to be removed and reinstalled each time I took it to the dealer to address the leak so the clips holding it in place were worn/broken as the wind from driving cause it to bend and be dislocated. Not wanting this service dept to cause more damage than what has already been done, I order the part online and installed it myself. My sales person was aware of the oil leak issue and she had called me to check in to see if it was resolved. When I told her the situation she told me she was going to alert the General Manager of the dealership. That was it. No further update from Faulkner Buick/GMC. If this is how this dealership's service dept repairs vehicles, I won't trust them to even do a simple oil change. Forget the free oil change and other maintenance. I will take my vehicle to another GMC dealer, purchase my accessories elsewhere and gladly pay more to have more qualified people work on my vehicle. In addition, the service dept still has not provided any paperwork stating that the work was performed or completed. Based on my experience I CANNOT recommend Faulkner Buick GMC West Chester.

Every since i bought my 2015 GMC 1500 denali from the dealership i've experiences issues with the Transmission. It's clunky, jerky, and often makes the truck cab shake violently. Dealer admits there is an issue and wants $300 for a software update. I'm not spending a dime to fix an issue from the factory. Currently 16k miles and looking forward to trading it in for a Ford or Dodge. Never buying a GMC again.
