Staff and service manager are always friendly. Waiting area is clean & complimentary beverages/snacks are a plus. WiFi is on point as I usually have to do work while I wait for my vehicle. Been coming here for years. Highly recommend!

Awesome job to Neville pin nick for helping me pick out my Subaru. He was very helpful through the whole process. The only complaint I have is that my vehicle was sold to me and explained it had an automatic started kit. My fault for not trying it out at the dealer. The system was removed to make it a certified vehicle through your dealership. When I got home and found it the system was taken out I was disappointed. Other then that great job.

When I picked up my car I was parked in and had to wait for other cars to be moved, which was no big deal Until I got in and realized that the content of my car had been thrown around. What used to be sitting on the front seat was thrown on the floor in the back. Papers that used to be between seats were thrown on the floor in the front. Items from my glove box were shifted around with some having been left on the floor of the front passenger side. At no time was I told they would need to be in those locations in my car for any of the repairs being done or I would have moved any items necessary. At first I wasn't sure if my car was burglarized or simply missed treated. Either way, not a feeling that makes me want to go back.

We purchased an Impreza a little more than two years ago from here. Went in for an oil change on 10/9/2015. The folks in the Service Department are great and accommodating. I was in and out. I have gone back for routine maintenance and have never had a bad experience. They didn't try to sell on extras...very straight forward.
The buying experience was just as good. We dealt with Mr. Bob Gearhart. Very friendly and professional. He also was straight forward and did not pressure us. After interacting with a few Subaru dealers in tbe area, Faulkner Subaru had the Best Price and no hassles.
The car itself has been trouble free and a great investment.
We Highly Recommend Bob Gearhart and Faulkner Subaru Service.

I hate dealing with dealerships for obvious reasons - but this place is by far the worst of the worst. I couldn't be more disgusted! All they did was lie to me & inconvenience me. I dealt with Sarah Early & honestly she couldn't have done a worse job. Pathetic excuse for service. Please don't waste your $ or time!

Our sales guy Sean was great. We where looking for a Subaru Ascent. He understood out needs and didn't pressure us. It was refreshing, because with two small kids we don't have all afternoon to sit a dealership. The car was nice but if we decide to buy its going to have a lot to do with the sales experience.

We were moving from upstate NY to CO in our 2009 Forrester. Three hours after leaving our car made a noise and then shut off permanently. After getting towed to a mechanic and finding out our car was a goner we had to decide if we would rent a car to finish our move or buy a new one. We found some great deals on Faulkner Subaru dealership's website and decided to visit them. They hooked us up with a 2011 Forrester the day of under blue book value. We could not be more grateful for their service! It was a truly unfortunate situation but they made it much better.

Update: Following a rather dismal experience I was immediately contacted by Nancy McCabe and received a huge apology. The apology was accepted on my part and I chose to stop in for a test drive with Roland. While I did enjoy the ride the Ipreza wasn't entirely what I was after. Roland treated me like a gentleman nontheless. Later on after some debating and further shopping I could not find the ideal car for me. I chose to hang up the shopping altogether for a while and when the mood would move me I would return to looking again some other time. And yes, I will certainly make Bethlehem Subaru a part of my places to shop when I resume looking again. Everyone deserves a second chance especially when I received the effort to correct the situation. Thank you, Nancy and Roland. Until we meet again. Jack

Being a first time car buyer, this is definitely the place I felt most comfortable in buying a car. They didn t pressure you as a first time car buyer, didn t overwhelm you with numbers and rates. Explained/taught me about my loan, and my interest rates. Ben helped me with my financing, and I m so glad he was the one to help me. He got me with an interest rate I m so happy with! They re great customer advocaters. So glad I came to Faulkner for my first car purchase.

The staff that we met with were all very warm, friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles.. They even minded our dog while we took the Outback for a test drive!! First trip to the Faulkner dealership and it was great! I've been buying cars for a long time & have never had such a good experience in every way. I purchased a certified pre-owned car for myself in February and a few months later I was back with my son to get a car for him. I cannot say enough about the staff - friendly, concerned, experienced. They made sure we got the right cars for the right price and worked hard to get us both to payments we could afford.

I've never seen a staff work so closely with each other to serve the customers needs. I tell everyone how great my experience was and refer them to Faulkner. There is a Subaru dealership closer to where I live - but I will gladly drive the extra miles to go to Faulkner.

My husband and I bought a car in 2015 a new Crosstrek. Love the car love the salesmen and love the service. However we refinanced the car in 2016 and requested a refund on our remaining gap insurance on 03/02/2017. As of today still waiting no one will answer my calls or emails VERY DISSATISFIED!

FAULKNER SUBARU TRUELY CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I just purchased my (3rd) vehicle from Faulkner at the Subaru Dealership in Bethlehem Pa. The whole staffing team gave me a great experience, that will insure I continue purchasing from the Faulkner. The Sales Manager John Bolich's awesome... He worked very hard to provide me with what I would consider to be more than a fair trade-in value for my trade. Their very professional, and are more than willing to take the time to answer any and all question. This is a (no) pressure dealership. I'm very happy I purchased a vehicle from a dealership that I know will be there when I need them.

Within two hours he presented several options which would meet my needs in a car. By 2 o'clock the following day I was driving home in a Subaru Legacy. Took my car in for service. First time ever taking it here for service. I'm a real first impression kind of person, and my first impression wasn't very good. I needed to leave my car there for work to be done on it and upon giving me my car back my inside door handle is broken! I took a photo and walked back in to tell them but the service folks were already gone. Taking your car to a dealer for service costs an exorbitant amount of money and for the amount of money I spent on having them work on my car I expect my car to be returned to me in the exact same condition that I left it. That door handle was absolutely not broken when I dropped it off and I have plenty of folks that can attest to that. Going forward I will be doing my own maintenence and service, and for anything I am unable to do, I will take it somewhere that will take better care of it. I wouldn't be nearly as annoyed if it popped right back in but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't get it to go back the way it was....

Awful service department. Seriously such a nightmare to deal with. & forget trying to get an answer to an e-mail or status updates on your vehicle. I swear they were having a party in my vehicle while it was there & taking it to pick up lunch. They'll of course deny it & I can't fully prove it....but I'm not an idiot. Save yourself money & headaches.....go elsewhere.

We had a great experience at this dealership, the people we dealt with were very straightforward, and the car we were interested in arrived on the day they said it would. There is a quirk with the web site: not all of the cars listed as in stock are actually there - some are at other dealerships, such as the dealership in Mechanicsburg, which is almost 2 hours away. The salespeople have immediate access to that information, it seems like it would be easy to make that information available on the web site. To be fair, they did say that they could get cars from Mechanicsburg in a day or two. Overall, a very smooth experience.

This is my fourth vehicle purchased from Faulkner Subaru and I could not be more pleased. The high ratings Subarus receive in every national rating speak for the vehicle itself in performance, quality, safety, amenities - and my Legacy is a hot little item as well! But to speak directly to Faulkner I give them my highest recommendation. A special kudos goes to Wes Brown, who went above and beyond what the average salesperson would do to get me exactly what I wanted and in record time. If you want a car salesman with integrity and genuine concern for others, he is your man!

The reason for my 1 star review is not due to the sales floor. Working with Steve Parr Jr. And Joe have been wonderful. They are the most helpful people at that dealership. The 1 star review is for the service department. I bought a brand new 2019 accent which was preordered. The first time it came to us is had a dent in the door. We had to wait another 3 months for a new one to come in. The service department was to install 6 LED lights in the vehicle that are preordered. I waited 2 months for the lights to come in. They installed 2 and left the rest in the car. I find out they ordered the wrong set and i had to go back the next day to have the right ones installed (which they had in stock so I wouldnt have had to wait 2 months). I also complained that the passenger side panel continued to fall off and that we could not snap it back into place... we needed it to be looked at and fixed. The lady who helped me (Sara) was miserable and didnt want to help me. She gave me attitude when I told her that I didnt have an appointment (after I called the day before and I was told I did not need an appointment because they di "quick service" for customers during the week before 4pm. I waited 3 hours for my car and then they tried to charge me for the lights which were already paid for and an IOU (I had a slip). It is not even a week later and the passenger side panel is off again. I have to go back to have it looked at - and they will order parts - which means I will have to go in AGAIN to have it fixed. It should have been looked at and parts ordered THE LAST TIME I was in and complained. This is a 2018 accent- the touring model. It came from the factory. I should not have to deal with these issues. Needless to say- I will not be purchasing my next vehicle at Faulkner because I do not want to deal with their service department and lack of knowledge ever again.

This is the most horrible dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. Staff was rude not only to me but other employees as well and didn't honor the warranties and their part of the deal that was discussed during the purchase. I do not recommend anyone to go here. :( Terrible service.

FIVE STARS! Sean Corr and Eric Stuettgen were both extremely helpful and efficient. This was by far, the best (and quickest) car buying experience of my life. It's a shame that such a huge purchase generally has to be so miserable. Not at Faulkner! Every single person we dealt with was efficient and above all there were ZERO games played. Dare I say it was a pleasure?? The first car I ever enjoyed buying. Bravo Faulkner Subaru!! We'll be back!

I have been a customer of Subaru Bethlehem for 2 1/2 years after purchasing a new vehicle. If you are considering a Subaru, whether used or pre owned, I would highly recommend this dealership. They are low key ( unusual for car sales) professional, efficient and most of all customer oriented .I worked with Shawna Sniezik. Shawna continues to follow my service history even long after my purchase by coming by to greet me and say hello when ever I am in for routine service. It's like seeing a friend. I have done all service at the dealership and can tell you that they are a top notch department. John in particular is extremely helpful .If you like having a good relationship with a business long after the sale is complete, if you like fair competitive pricing and you like to have no nonsense good old fashioned stellar service, then by all means buy your car here.

The only reason they get a 2 is because we like their service guys and we have had good salesman, but one that has been there for a long time finally put an end to our relationship. I've purchased 3 Subaru's from here, 2 under Dennis Diehl, who was fantastic, prayers to him, the other was under someone else a while ago who was also great. The 2 times I have not bought a car from there I was approached by this senior salesman and also the worst. This last time was it for me. No follow-up contact, no discussion about trade-in, possibly ordering the car, looking around, nothing. We left and went to Ciocca and bought a brand new 2015 Outback, great service, great salesman and overall team, never going back to Faulkner for another car purchase.

I very much enjoyed my experience with this car dealer. This is my second Subaru which is been a reliable car. This was a dealer that was willing to work with me and that made the experience more pleasant the dealers in my area. Even though it was a busy day A my appointment was last minute I still was treated with courtesy indignity. Only one thing I would suggest, I understand the business manager hestu accomplished additional sales with warranties . Sometimes the pressure to purchase a warranty is a little much. This happened at the last Faulkner dealer in Harrisburg that I work with. Everything and I mean everything was good up to that point! So that would be by my opinion a small valuation overall this is an excellent dealer and oh yes the popcorn is a nice touch! And I would recommend this dealer to a frien even though I live some distance away and my friends do I still would recommend them. I appreciated a full tank of gas and a clean car at delivery! Service area was wonderful also.

This dealership is grimey!! I'm only speaking for the service department....not the actual dealership part that sells cars. I've never dealt with that part of Faulkner and after the treatment I received from their service department this last time, I never WILL deal with the dealerahip part. 10 months ago I gave them 4 stars....today, if I could, they'd get negative stars! The short story....they said they did work that they really didn't and proceeded to charge me over $4,000 for said work. The hoops that I jumped through while my vehicle was there....all FOUR times for the same issue, is unreal!! This dealership provided the worst dealer experience I've EVER had. Customers going for service beware!
Such an upset because I really thought they were different from the rest. Ha! What a joke! Lesson learned.
This is just the first of MANY reviews and claims/complaints that will be written.

Best car buying experience I have had.
I was mainly looking for certified pre-owned cars, not thinking I could afford a new vehicle. I saw a new 2018 Impreza on Faulkner's website that I really liked. I clicked the button for the e-price and entered my information. Almost immediately, I got a text (the way I asked to be contacted) from Heather inviting me for a test drive. I made an appointment then got an email with the e-price. It took $2600 off sticker price!
I took my friend with a head for finances with me to make sure I was getting suckered. I drove it and loved it. Matt, our sale guy, was helpful and informative without being pushy. We decided to see what kind of financing they could get for me. My credit is not great, not terrible, but not great. Their finance guy, Sean, worked some kind of voodoo and got me a rate much better than I thought I could get.
Needless to say, I drove off with the car.
You expect spending a few hours at a dealership when buying a new car with the financing, them trying the up sells. Nope. It took us less than an hour and a half to finish everything.
We have bought 3 Subarus from Faulkner and will buy our next upgrades from them.

I always dread when it's time to look for a new car. I was looking for an Impreza and had picked one out on-line to test drive. I met Dylan when I arrived and we started to discuss the car. I told him I would have really loved to have the iSight technology on the car, but knew it was only on higher end packages. He told me they had just got one in that had the iSight. Drove that car instead and loved it. And being able to have the iSight system on the car was a bonus. Definitely get everything to them early....credit app, license, insurance card, even estimate your trade if you have one. I worked with Heather for all the on-line stuff and having it over to Faulkner before I got there definitely saved time. Dylan worked with me on my trade and what I could afford and kept working on the numbers until he made it work. He gave me a monthly amount which didn't change through the rest of the process (which hadn't been the case at other dealerships). Dylan explained all the features of the car before I left and answered any questions I had. I'd highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Faulkner Subaru.

Roland Zuk has now put me in two Subarus. Rolands customer service is incredible. Not only did he get me the car I wanted, but he made sure that I could leave with it that day. His service is not only about selling the car, but also what he can do for the costumer. I would not only recommend Subaru as THE brand to own, but I would also tell everyone that Faulkner Subaru in Bethlehem, PA is the best dealership that I have dealt with. When you get there.... I was referred to Jared Neff at Faulkner Subaru by 2 friends when I began researching a new car. He was very honest, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a 2015 Impreza through him and it was a very easy and stress-free experience. He gave me a competitive price right from the start. There were no games or sleazy salesman tactics. I can't say the same about the other local Subaru dealership. All in all, buying my Impreza was a great experience.

I went to Faulkner Subaru Bethlehem where I had got my last Subaru and bought a new one or at least so I had thought. Three days later on the day of delivery they called me saying that they in fact could not get the car that they had promised even though I had already put a down payment on it and they had also run my credit.

In light of this they did absolutely nothing to attempt to keep my business. The management didn't even so much as reach out to me to apologize.

The actions of Faulkner Subaru Bethlehem Management are indicative of not only a flawed business practice and philosophy but most importantly character.

Very friendly staff, took my 04 forester in because the transmission was acting up thought I was going to have to replace the whole thing, they called and gave me other options that saved me over 1200 bucks when realistically they could have screwed me and said it had to be replaced. I bring both my subarus here and will continue to.

I told them my car was towed to this one by accident when I called and I told them that there will be a towed truck coming to pick my car up they had the audacity to keep it in the garage. Because my car should be at the one in Allentown because that's where I got it from.. .They weren't very compliant to my needs for a rent a car either
