As a first time car buyer, car shopping can be quite the nerve-wracking experience. My dealer, Alex, listened to what I wanted and immediately searched for the car that fit my needs. He didn't try to sell me anything out of my budget, which was refreshing because most of the dealers I met with always urged for a couple thousand of dollars out of my range. I did not buy a car at my first visit, but when Alex saw a good fit for me a couple days later, he called me up. It was the perfect fit and I ended up buying it. He was patient, not pushy at all, and very honest. The car is in beautiful condition and I feel assured that Faulkner Honda inspects, repairs, and cleans all of their cars thoroughly before selling them to ensure optimal vehicles.
Very professional, everyone is always nice and explains exactly what they will be doing and why. Waiting area has free popcorn, tv, and vending machines. Staff always offer you water and ask for your permission before doing something to your car that you had not initially planned on doing.
Paula Bruckner, Sales rep is totally a failure treating a customer. She talk very sweetly when you walk in and that's it. She want to close the deal in 5 minutes and it's total pressure on customer. If you say you came to inquire then she doesn't care and talk rudely. I'm a easy reviewer and this deal was no good. Paula would get a negative 10.She didn't have time for a customer. multi tasking is okay in other jobs, it may not work in sales. I had made an appointment with her prior to coming. I will never buy a Honda from Paula Bruckner!!!. Also, I will NEVER refer anyone to Paula the way I was treated by her. All she say is Sorry, not enough. I would prefer Dan or someone else who have patience to talk to the customer. She feels that she took care of everything for sake of it.

Wonderful service! The sale process was as you can imagine, a process. However, I m so glad to have bought my CRV from this dealer as their service department more than makes up for the annoying parts of buying a car.

I first went to Faulkner for service on my old Honda Civic in 2002 and the service was decent, honest and friendly. I bought a new Honda Civic from Faulkner and went there for service and I see a BIG change in the service dept. It went DOWNHILL! It seems it is not just the service but also the sales staff. One time I was there, the sales staff were all idle and seemed interested in the ambulance and police activity outside than greeting and helping customers. The service staff are rude on the phone and I am put on hold and it takes an extremely long time to get anyone from the service department on the phone. When I go in, the service staff does obvious customer racial profiling to decide if they want to help you or not. One service guy was putting water bottles in the fridge and saw me walk in and decided to continue to put water in the fridge instead of greeting me and helping me. Most of the service staff were standing idly around and none of the service staff greeted me. They would take the time to look at me and then turn away. I had to ask someone to get service and they answered back with extreme drudgery. I cannot make this stuff up. The only friendly person is the shuttle car driver. Before , there was friendly service staff so this was worth going to this service dealer. Now, there are other options and no reason to go there anymore.

The Faulkner Honda Staff are one of the nicest, trustworthy, and most reasonable people you could ever meet at any car dealership or anywhere. My family bought a brand new Honda Pilot Elite and I recommended one of my relatives there and they ended up buying a Honda Odyssey Elite. We love our vehicles so much! There was nothing more that my family could ask for from him and the staff. They provided us with the greatest deals and went in depth with the car payments and information on the car itself. We have been having our 2005 Pilot Serviced here since the day we purchased it. Everyone has been extremely friendly and I have never felt like I was being told to fix something that didn't need fixing. In fact on numerous occasions I have asked about having something replaced because I thought it was going bad and have been told "Nope your still good, no need to do that." Our Pilot is pushing 155,000 miles and runs great. Thanks to everyone at Faulkner Honda for all the work they do.

The customer Service was excellent. The gentleman that was my service technition couldn't have been any nicer and explained everything my car needed that I could understand. They even washed my car and put something on it looked like new.
Got screw removed from my tire on 7/16/19, got home & realized the one stem cap was missing, came back to dealership on 7/17/19 to replace stem cap. Left & was driving down 83 & they had not fastened my hood properly. That could have been dangerous. Spoke with a manager who's last name was Baker. He kept saying they have a good reputation . Dont believe the service department can handle the amount of vehicles coming in for service. Not happy.
I will give one star because of the following reason I take my car at 12:30 pm for inspection I come out from work at 4:30 pm to pick up the car .It was not ready by the time I pick up the car . I have to call out from my second job because I did not have the car ready went I was told wait 10 minutes pass 1 hour car was not ready . One star because they want to rip off people my starter cost 188.00Dolores and Faulkner want my to pay 700.00 Dolores. I was not happy at all went I leave the places I pay two cars there and I think im a great customer but, rapping off people is never good not every one have money like that not good at all.
I was shopping around for a 2011 Honda Fit - their prices were competitive, they had the vehicle in stock, and the salesman, J.Miller, was polite, knowledgeable and low-pressure. The pressure amped up a bit when we were negotiating the final price and terms of the car (especially when the sales manager came out), but, really, that's to be expected. Overall I've been pleased with my experience there.

I just had our pilot inspected at Faulkner and as usual we are completely pleased with the time and attention they have to our service! I had a small chip that we accidently got on the rear door. I ask to purchase some touch up paint. Not only did they take time to show me how to do it correctly; they did the touch up for me! When I left they said that if I ever got any other "ding" to just drop in and they would touch it up for me again.

Friendly, professional and efficient check in. Only downside to this visit was that they scheduled the service as part of an air bag safety recall, but did not have a part required for my car. Next review should be able to put more stars.

Faulker Honda is a wonderful dealership and I m very happy with our experience buying our 2017 Honda CR-V Touring with them. I ve purchased vehicles in many states of various makes and models, but the Faulker Honda experience is exceptional. We live in the DC area and cross shopped all of the DC area dealerships. We quickly found that none of them were very motivated to sell their 2017s and each of these vehicles had numerous mandatory dealership add on accessories, very high documentation fees ($599 and up), and none of the dealers would give me a price on the car without me walking in to the dealership. I sent an email to Faulker Honda. Vy answered the email promptly with a price. The price was not only fair, but the best offer I found canvasing the dealers in DC. I didn t have to negotiate and there was no reason to based on my homework. I later found their documentation fee to be <$200 and that included the dealership registering the car for me in the state of my residence (Texas in my case as I m in the Military). I normally have to do this and it s a big pain, but this dealership has the service to take care of that for you. We drive up as the dealer is a little over 100 miles from the house and meet Kris, our sales associate. Kris was a joy to deal with and was very knowledgable about the car. He sold the car to my wife by showing her all of the features and how to use them. We drive the car and put the deposit on the color we want. A week later, Kris and the dealership locate our car and have it ready for delivery. The sales process seamless, easy, and didn t require any games/arguments/high tension. I d go back in a heartbeat. If you re tired of the DC experience and want to deal with people who are hard-working and honest people who value your time, give these folks an email and let them give you a reason to make the drive.
I had a left axle seal leak that was covered under warranty. Made an appointment on Saturday for 7:00 am Monday morning. Service rep said it would be an hour and a half. Took my car in today; job finished in exactly one hour - no charge and Terrence the representative was professional, helpful and delightful. Very satisfying experience.

These guys post used vehicles online before they even go through the dealership's shop. It's frustrating. I was interested in an S10 truck and scheduled a test drive and everything, and 15 minutes before I was scheduled to see it, I get an email saying it had too many issues after being run through the shop. Happened to me at Faulkner Nissan recently as well. Went to look at a Colorado and the sales guy comes out and says it needs a new transmission. A little advice, don't spend the time posting a vehicle (and waste the time of a prospective customer) before it has even been run through the shop! Seems like common sense.

I had an amazing car-buying experience at Faulkner Honda from the moment I got in contact with Ben, who was the salesperson I worked with at Faulkner. From the very beginning, Ben was very friendly, genuine, and very honest about pricing, car availability, and with his answers to all of my other questions. Before coming to the dealership, I looked at what was available online and forwarded Ben the cars I was interested in. By asking me questions about what was most important to me/what I most want in a car, Ben helped me narrow my choices down to 2 cars, both pre-owned Honda Certified. I have come here for service since I purchased my Honda in 2012. I am always pleased with the work done, but I feel like the service reps underestimate the time it will take to get work done. I would rather know the actual time as opposed to a promise that has not been kept. This has happened at the last 3 service appointments. I will continue to come here, but this is something to work on.

This is the worst dealership you can go to, i purchased my Honda Civic here in 2016 and started having "electronic parking break" within a week of having a car. I contact them about it and wanted to speak to a car sales man that sold the car to me but they informed me he had taken a completely different position in the company and is no longer at the location. Fast forward to about 2 years later, I inquired about an SUV they had and wanted more information on it. They contacted me and asked me if I would like to work with the same sales man who sold me my Honda Civic (George). I asked if George moved or took another position within the company which they informed me he did not. They lie to you when they have nothing to gain from you but when they want your money they make themselves seem as if they actually care. I have an ongoing issue with "electric parking brake" which Honda does not know how to fix, their version of fixing it is "we have update your software and hopefully that fixes it". If you are experiencing the same issue look up "Lemon Law" for your state and Federal Warranty Act and hire a lawyer.
Mr Stewart is a genuine asset to Faulkner. You can tell he cares about doing the right thing and not only does he make you feel like you brought your automobile to the right place, he promotes Honda, he promotes Faulkner and he does it with sincerity without an over bearing attitude. I would like to give a big thank you to the 2008 Paxton Street Faulkner Honda in Harrisburg. Both Jay (Sales Consultant) and Chris (Business Manager) were extremely helpful with not only finding me a dream car but also helped me get the car off the lot and in my hands two weeks before I expected to be able to. They both definitely deserve a huge raise and I will definitely be recommending this location to friends as well as coming back routinely for maintenance and car washes. Thank you guys so much!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. I had my Civic I purchased 4 months ago into the Honda Service Center on Paxton Street for the first oil change service and was very pleased. Everyone there was super helpful from checking in my car to informing me of everything that would be done. The check in advisor was taking great care to make sure that nothing would get nicked up on the car. Overall very satisfied and would give the service center a 5/5 stars. I will definitely be back for future service appointments.

My first visit to Faulkner Honda's Service Center went smoothly. I received my first 5,000 mile service and state/emissions inspection. The service was friendly and my car was finished an hour before they had said it would be done, considering it was VERY busy that day.
Our family was on a road trip passing through Harrisburg and we had an emergency with the car. We stopped by and they fixed the issue on the spot. The tech Kyle was outstanding! Very friendly and helpful.
Paula Bruckner of Honda she was pushy and did not want to answer my questions. I never had a car so computerized and not everything was explained real well in the owner's manual. Yes, I would think a low rating is not good. If there were no stars that is what Paula would get!! I told Paula I needed some of her time but she only gave me about 5 minutes of her time which was not enough time. I had made an appointment with her prior to coming. I will never buy a Honda from Paula Bruckner!!!. Also, I will NEVER refer anyone to Paula bu the way I was treated by her.
Sales Dept. are superb and will recommend prospective Honda buyers to go and experience wonderful service but do not take your car to service Dept. you will get very sad treatment rather disappointing.

9/11/19 took my truck again for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was complete, except they forgot the sticker. No problem though, it was fixed and even though they suggested I get more work done, I wasn't pressured into getting it done at that time. Awesome new technology coming in the door too. They have an automatic recall and alignment check. Really cool! I took my truck in to get service and when I picked it up, my car wasn't washed and one of my problems I don't believe was even touched after paid for it. After calling though, Ken said to bring it back in without making me feel bad at all and gave me a loaner as well for convenience. Then it was taken care of but again I was sad my car wasn't washed. The only thing I would suggest is the service rep checks the repairs to make sure everything was done so it doesn't lie in the responsibility of the customer.
I recently had the check engine light on my 2001 Civic come on (never a good sign on a 17-yr old car) one morning while driving to work. I called Faulkner Honda and they told me to bring it right in. Long story short, Ken B. took excellent care of me and my car, and was able to diagnose the problem - it was user (me) error! And he graciously didn't charge me for my stupidity! You have definitely earned my trust and I can't recommend your Service Dept. highly enough! Thank you!
Because I was concerned about Faulkner's history of taking advantage of their customers, I accompanied my niece to purchase her Civic. The salesman Cesar was great. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We were able to get a good deal. Everything was great until it was time to sign the papers and they tried to sell my niece the worthless warranty that they just got busted for by the attorney general according to an article in Pennlive. The article goes on to say: "As part of the Assurance of Voluntary Compliance settlement, Paxton Associates, Inc. d/b/a Faulkner Honda has agreed to pay restitution for eligible consumers who were affected." If my niece had not turned down this warranty, she would have been one of the "affected consumers." I told her that she needed to be careful when it's time to get her car serviced there as well. That's where Faulkner Toyota (Scion), Faulkner Nissan (Murano) and Faulkner Subaru (Forester) took advantage of me years ago. So, now that I've experienced most of their dealerships I've concluded that the whole organization cultivates a money first, consumer second attitude. Be careful dealing with them.

FAULKNER HONDA IS THE BEST. I am following up to a rating that was mistakenly marked as 1 star. I dropped my phone in my lap and as i was picking it up it selected a 1 star rating. Unfortunately by the time i was able to regain control of my phone and my cig all the while driving. It was to late to make the correction. I even said to my passengers how bad i felt that it happened and asked if they were able to change it or knew if it could be changed. So with my sincerest apologies. FAULKNER HONDA does not deserve a 1 star rating. They by far are a 5 star. Or all the stars in the universe. I highly recommend FAULKNER HONDA for all your vehicle service needs and any vehicle purchases you plan to do. They have exceptional knowledgeable staff to assist you with all your needs. They are friendly professional and i personally look forward to making my next purchase with them. Once your a customer of FAULKNER you will never go anywhere else. They treat you like family.

It's a car dealership service center. History has taught me that these places are ripoff artists. Every time I walk in I'm mentally ready for an argument. But not anymore. The staff here are exceptional. They are friendly. The area is clean. The waiting room comfortable. Yes they offer (up sell) services but it's never pushy, and they even inform me of discounts I didn't know I had. (free oil change? Yes please) I've not needed them for major work. So far just a couple oil change jobs and tire work. But I'd feel comfortable bringing in my car when the engine starts making weird noises or the suspension falls off. Yes, they take longer than a Jiffy-lube-drive-through place. But its not a deal breaker for me.
I had a positive experience buying my used Honda Pilot from Faulkner a few years ago. I was hoping for another positive experience trying to find a car for my teen driver. I drove from York ready to buy. The car I was told was available was not ready to be shown and wasn't even on the lot. Alex kindly found the car I wanted to see. Unfortunately Alex didn't seem interested in selling me the car. When I returned from my test drive he didn't bother greeting me to discuss the car. He sat at his desk chatting with another salesman. I waited outside for 15 minutes. I had to enter the building and find him. He didn't want to discuss the car or my intentions, nothing. In fact, I accidentally walked away with the keys, Alex didn't even know. I got no follow-up from him. Seems odd to me. I was ready to write a check but not with that sort of service. I am very disappointed.
At this very moment I am only some what satisfied. Not even 48 hours after receiving the Jeep there was an issue. I was told to bring to service center, the young man does not have people skills and told me I would have to take care of these issues myself. Unfortunately the manager had left for the day and the following he was off. Now 4 days into this there is one more issue and it took 9 hours to get a call back. Even though I called twice. He did call me and I am hopeful that these issues will be resolved shortly.
Yesterday, I took my car there to be serviced. I did not buy my car from there, though. The service people were wonderful. I was there for 4 hours, Doug Smith checked to see if I was ok, needed water. He was very reassuring and said I was very patient. I needed a new starter. He even called the auto dealership I originally bought my Honda from to check to see about the additional warranty I had. All the people I encountered here were very nice.

Not sure if it was a bad day or what for the Honda Faulkner Maintenance Department staff, but upon arriving at the Harrisburg location to pick up my vehicle that was serviced I wasn t expecting an extra 35 minute wait. From the start the staff in the check-in check-out office did not know where the employee who handles the paperwork for car detailing was. There were about 5 staff members in the area who could not assist us with checking out. We d also requested that a new lifetime battery be installed so it just did not seem like the Faulkner crew there wanted to take our money cause nobody was in a hurry to get us out and on our way. We had to tell one of the staff members that normally someone does a walk around your newly detailed vehicle and ask if you re satisfied or not. I don t think my wife has to tell the service personnel that it s the normal process. Anyway, maybe since that was the last detailing service on our paid plan and we might take our car business elsewhere until we feel that this particular service center personnel has had more cross training and or customer service skill training. It s not too much to ask for paying customers...

I have Honda pilot 2012 need fix AC at honda service it isnot cool .They just bump Preon with no check up .I paid 200$ .Next day it still not cool air.I ask them about and they said another problem and cost 600$ more .total 800$ .I am very up set with this service
